Tolle Aussicht, bemühtes und nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück

Nutzung von Sauna hat für uns nicht gut geklappt. Die Fernseher in den Zimmern waren teilweise nur schwer zu benutzen da schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen

sehr angenehmes Hotel ruhig gelegen. Das Stadtzentrum ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß mit großem Balkon und bestem freiem Bergblick. Eine beeindruckende Aussicht auf Watzmann und umgebende Berge. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksangebot mit frisch zubereiteten Eiervarianten und Kaffeespezialitäten bietet einen gelungenen Start in den Tag. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen wieder sobald es sich einrichten lässt. Herzlichen Dank ans nette Personal.

The property is absolutely beautiful and set in a very quiet location with views over the Berchtesgaden Alps.

Due to my health I have limited mobility and the provision of a disabled parking space would have been greatly appreciated. However the parking is limited and very small. The overflow car park is located off site 80 meters away down a very steep hill. It would have been difficult for me to climb up the slope back to the hotel for my wife and I. However we never had to use this parking area but it’s some to be aware of if planning your stay here.

Sehr schöner Blick vom Zimmer und dem Frühstücksraum. Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

WLAN war oft überlastet, so dass es keine Internetverbindung gab, bzw. man wurde auf das öffentliche Netzwerk geleitet. Ende Juli/Anfang August war Hochsaison für Wespen, nicht nur in den Restaurants in Berchtesgaden, sondern auch auf der Frühstücksterrasse, die ich nach dem zweiten Tag nicht mehr benutzt habe, denn es war schon sehr störend, so viele Wespen um sich zu haben. Ich würde Besuchern, die körperlich nicht sehr fit sind, dieses Hotel wegen seiner Lage auf dem Hang nicht empfehlen. Will man nicht dem Auto ins Zentrum--was sich als recht schwierig und wenig umweltfreundlich gestalten würde--so hat man auf dem Rückweg zum Hotel eine sehr steilen und anstrengenden Weg zu meistern. Der letzte Bus fährt noch vor 19:00 Uhr.

Chambre confortable avec balcon; salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Petit déjeuner très complet. Hôtel familial où les propriétaires sont très gentils. Situation calme et légèrement exentrée, facilement joignable par bus au départ de la Gare (environ 300 m de l'arrêt Hôpital)

Un détail, l'aménagement et la décoration des chambres pourraient être rafraîchis. Ecran de la télévision plutôt petit.

War mir persönlich zu hügelig aber so ist die Lage.

Sehr schlechte Möglichkeit das Fahrrad unterzustellen nur für 4 Fahrräder Platz.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es war alles da und Sonderwünsche (Spiegelei, Cappuccino, Espresso usw.) wurden gern erfüllt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Zentrumsnah (10 Minuten fußläufig), aber dennoch ruhig gelegen, mit Sicht auf den Watzmann. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und verfügen alle über einen Balkon!

The room had a great size, with a small living area, a walk-in closet, a balcony and nice bathroom. Everything was tastefully decorated. The hotel is in very calm, quiet area.

Tolle Lage mit wunderschönem Blick. Reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Zeer net hotel. Alles was heel hygiënisch. Personeel was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was niet heel erg uitgebreid, maar alles wat er moest zijn was aanwezig. Moest ik er opnieuw verblijven, zou ik een kamer aan de zijde vh dal nemen. Dat uitzicht is waanzinnig! Dit uitzicht heb je trouwens ook vanop het terras (waar je met goed weer het ontbijt kan nemen).

Niets eigenlijk.

Fantastisch ontbijt en een super locatie. Op een klein kwartiertje lopen afstand van het centrum van Berchtesgaden. De behulpzaamheid van het personeel (vader, moeder en zoon volgens mij) was ook super.

Bij binnenkomst is de aankleding wat gedateerd, evenals de gangen. De kamer was heerlijk met hout-elementen. Maar prijs-kwaliteit is het helemaal super.

Good location, not too far from the main part of town. Nice view of the mountains from the room. Nice German-style breakfast.

Parking was a little tricky, although there was a space available just around the corner in a small overflow area.

Very local which we love ..that Bavarian feel and the food and Hosts wonderful.

Krásný výhled na hory. Blízko centra, kam se dá dojít procházkou, jen cesta zpĕt je do kopce.

Check in ohne problehme. Ruhige Lage. Schöne Aussicht. Angenehme Ausstattung. Aufzug vorhanden. Parkplätze am Hotel ezwas knapp geschuldet der hanglage aber 3 Parkplätze extra 100m weiter.

Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und zu dicke decken war ziemlich warm in dem Zimmer trotz offenen Fenster.

Ontbijt was goed

Kleine hotelkamer, geen parkeergelegenheid (moest de auto 500 meter verder op parkeren), geen oplaadmogelijkheid voor hybride auto, klein fietsenhok, en tot slot was de kamer erg warm (geen airco). Het hotel was wat gedateerd.

Great, affordable accommodations in Berchtesgaden. Breakfast was very good and the view was really nice as it snowed when I was there.

The walk was a bit of a walk from downtown, and was up a hill. Good if you don't mind a little exercise.

Man fühlte sich herzlich willkommen und sehr wohl. Das Zimmer und Hotel war sehr sauber. Der Ausblick war der Hammer. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und nett. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Für jedes Zimmer gibt es einen Parkplatz! Immer wieder gerne.

Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß in ca 10min erreichbar , Die Gegend ist sehr attraktiv. Ein Muss ist das Bergwerk, wenn man schon mal hier ist (online buchen ist besser) Beim nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir den Königssee und die Berge näher begutachten.

Nur das Wetter und der Massentourismus können diese wunderschöne Gegend vermiesen!

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit einem fantastischem Ausblick, der Aufstieg war allerdings etwas außergewöhnlich, sehr gutes Frühstück!! Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich.

Der Parkplatz am Hotel ist wirklich sehr eng!!

Superbe vue sur la montagne. Hôtel très bien tenu, très propre. Petit déjeuner parfait. Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. Diverses attractions et centre ville accessibles à pied.

Malgré le fait qu’il y ait 2 télés, nous n’avons trouvé aucune chaînes françaises.

The view at breakfast was unbelievable. Short walk into town. We should have stayed longer.

Showers were very small and tight.

The views from breakfast room and my balcony are amazing, 5 stars! Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Staff are kind and helpful. Location is good, 15 walks to town.

Poor lighting in room. I usually read and do research for my next locations after dinner, but was not able to do so at this hotel. Suggest to have some time task lights. There were a bit of delay in communication. Reception was not always open even during normal opening hours. However staff were kind and helpful, just make sure to allow time for them to get back to you if any issues. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, recommended.

If you’re lucky enough to have a room facing the town, it will be an amazing view. The owners were a delight and friendly. The rooms were small but comfortable. Great breakfasts and amenities situated in a beautiful town.

Parking is tight, expected, but limited so if you’re unlucky to have a spot it’s a bit of a hike up from the other lot.

- Staff, very friendly and helpful, easy communication even beforehand - Location and view, a peacful street above the village with view to all 3 surrounding mountains, but still only a quick walk to the center - Clean room, comfy beds, very quiet. There is also a small fridge - Parking right next to the building - Authentic, last-century kind of vibes, i mean it as a positive, not at all "run down" - Breakfast was okay but nothing spectacular - Room was available for early checkin with no surcharge

- There is no toilet in the lobby (the one in the breakfast room is closed), so if you have to spend time or work there in the evening, without disturbing others already sleeping in your room, you cannot go - Quite limited opening times of the sauna and whirpool (although somewhat typical for this area), and you have to announce beforehand, if you want to use it. It also costs 4 euros to use the whirpool for an hour, and you need to pay in cash - squeaky floor in the room (probably old floor under the carpet), but it might only be a problem for us travelling with a small child, who is also a light sleeper...

The view and the balcony is beautiful. Parking is good but it does seem there are only 5 spaces, there may be more somewhere else. Breakfast was good too .

Location is somewhat difficult to get to when you are driving on narrow mountain roads but it's worth it. Beds could be a little longer. Wifi is spotty and lacking.

Not knowing the best bus stop to get off at when arriving - we lugged our bags up a very steep hill. If we’d have stopped at the next bus stop we would have had much easier walk to the hotel.

Friendly, comfortable hotel with magnificent views over Berchtesgaden and to Mount Watzmann. Good breakfast too. Quiet and pretty street.

The view from the room balcony was excellent. The balcony was large for multiple people.
