Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Wir haben laut Beschreibung v. Booking.com ein Zimmer mit Balkon zum Innenhof gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer ohne Balkon zur Straße. Nicht nachvollziehbar, da offensichtlich nicht ausgebucht. Die Straße laut, am Morgen ab 6 Uhr Flohmarkt direkt vor der Tür...sollte dem Besitzer ja bekannt sein. Fenster offen lassen nicht möglich. Die Klimaanlage klingt eher wie eine Waschmaschine im Zimmer. Der Hausherr spicht nur das Nötigste. Zimmer, insbesondere Dusche/ Badewanne, renovierungsbedürftig. Wir sind seit Jahren viel in Italien unterwegs, so etwas ist uns noch nicht passiert. Kann man überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

The car parking, whilst appreciated, demands a bit of nerve . Driving through the courtyard entrance, our Ford Kuga had an inch either side with mirrors folded. The owner offered to park it for us and having watched him parking his own car I would have full confidence !

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Lage ok, ruhig. Zimmerausstattung wie angegeben. Alles da, alles funktionierte. Sauber. Kaffee/Tee/Wasserkocher vorhanden, Kaffeemaschine, auch Milch. Dazu noch abgepackte Toasts, Marmelade und etwas croissantartiges. Fanden wir gut, da es dgl. woanders eher nicht gibt oder nicht fkt.
Preisniveau in Piacenza hoch. Gilt auch für andere Hotels. Ein wenig beengt.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Agréable ensemble de chambres dans un immeuble calme et fleuri à deux pas du centre. Possibilité de parking bien pratique et sécurisé. Le propriétaire fait le maximum pour rendre le séjour parfait : aide touristique, eau et jus dans les chambres, petite collation, air co, belles terasse… difficile de faire mieux !
Il y a plus grand, plus moderne et plus cher mais ce logement est particulièrement charmant et agréable. Nous n’avons rien noté de négatif !

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Unheimlich nettes und gut geführtes Gästehaus. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet; dort gibt es auch die Möglichkeit, sich einen Kaffee zu machen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar; sehr freundliches Personal; wir schätzten auch die Möglichkeit, das Auto im Hof abstellen zu können.

Reviewed May 25, 2026La posizione è ottima, la camera bella e spaziosa, bagno completo i ogni comfort. Abbiamo lasciato la macchina nel loro garage privato a pagamento e per fortuna la zona non era delle migliori.
La zona, non mi è piaciuta, sembrava di essere in un quartiere africano. Per fortuna abbiamo potuto parcheggiare all'interno a pagamento, altrimenti avremmo avuto molte remore a lasciare la macchina fuori per strada. Il proprietario, sbrigativo nelle spiegazioni e avendo bisogno di un surgelatore per conservare il mio medicinale ho dovuto ricorrere ad un ristorante lì vicino, molto gentile e disponibile.

Bisschen schwierig auch mit angelegten Außenspiegeln in den schmalen Hof zu kommen, noch schwieriger rückwärts hinaus. Ok, ein Touareg ist breit. Nette Hilfe! Also trotzdem volle Punktzahl!

Das hat dann gut geklappt, aber wir haben bis zur Ankunft weder von BC noch vom Hotel eine Stornierung erhalten. !!Beim wem der Fehler lag, war leider nicht zu erfahren!

Le stanze sono grandi, e accoglienti, e dista pochi minuti a piedi sia dalla stazione che dal centro. Gentilezza e disponibilità del gestore Consigliatissimo.
