después de un mal entendido se volcaron en ayudarnos para que pudiéramos entrar al hotel después de media noche.

マルペンサ空港に行く前日に泊まりました。Milano centrale 駅から2分の好立地でバス停も目の前なので帰国前利用に最適でした。

The location directly across from the Milano Centrale train station was perfect for us, as we needed something that was convenient for travel. The gentleman letting us in was also friendly and efficient, and took the time to show us a bit about our room, too, which was nice. The room, beds/linens, and bathroom were all very clean, and the air conditioning was nice given it was a very hot and humid evening. The value for money was good.

The only complaint we have is that the elevator was broken the evening we checked in, so we had to walk up 6 full flights of stairs to get to the hotel and our room. With a young child this was a bit of an inconvenience as we had to do it a few times that evening.

Disponibilità e posizione

Avevamo fatto una richiesta check-in a cui non è mai stata data risposta e quando siamo arrivati abbiamo aspettato più di 45 minuti oltre l'orario indicato dalla struttura per il check-in. Avevano cominciato a pulire proprio allora. Fatte presente queste criticità lo staff è risultato impreparato e il responsabile chiamato al telefono molto polemico. Tutto ciò ha comportato ritardi e disagio alle nostre attività.

Odamız temizdi. Tren istasyonuna çok yakındı, havaalanına da yine istasyon önündeki otobüslerle çok rahat bir şekilde ulaştık. Çalışanlar oldukça yardımcı güleryüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi.

Odamızın kliması hiç iyi çalışmıyordu. Cam açık yatmak zorunda kaldık ama bu da oldukça gürültülü oldu.

Everything! The area does not look very nice, but it’s almost in front of the train station, which it was very conviniente. From there you can go everywhere! The property was very comfortable, very clean and modern. Also, you can take a shuttle bus from the airport to there and pay only 10 euros, a uber would cost you 100 euros.

The area, but still, wasn’t too bad. Easy to get trains to everywhere.

Very good location. 300 meters from Milan Central Station. About a kilometer from the Duomo. Great for a short stay, or as a base for trips to other destinations.I stayed in a single room with a private bathroom for one night. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Well-equipped. 6th floor, but there's an elevator. Very nice owner and helpful staff. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. 300 metrów od Centralnej Stacji Mediolanu. Około kilometr od Duomo. Swietne na krotki pobyt albo jako baza wypadowa do innych miejsc.. Byłam w pokoju jednoosobowy z łazienką, jedną noc. Bardzo czysto przyjemnie. Wystarczajco miejsca. Dobrze wyposażony. 6 pietro ale jest winda. Bardzo miły właściciel. I pomocny personel. Zeer goede locatie. 300 meter van het centraal station van Milaan. Ongeveer een kilometer van de Duomo. Ideaal voor een kort verblijf, of als uitvalsbasis voor reizen naar andere bestemmingen. . Ik verbleef er éen nacht in een eenpersoonskamer met eigen badkamer. Erg schoon en comfortabel. Ruim en goed uitgerust. Het hotel bevindt zich op de 6e verdieping, maar er is een lift. De eigenaar is erg aardig en het personeel is behulpzaam.

Il problema non è la struttura, ma le persone poco rispettose e rumorose che pernottavano.

Room was as expected and the host was helpful when we arrived. Overall we had a great stay and the unit was clean, comfortable and in a good location.

The walls are a bit thin between the unit and the hallway and we could hear people coming and going earlier in the evening, however all tenants were respectful during later hours of the night and we didn't end up having any noise issues while sleeping.

Location was great right across from the terminal. Friendly staff

Had to wait for someone to check us in and to come and turn on the AC on a very hot day.

Amazing location, right next to Milan Central Station. -Room was clean with clean bed linen and towels. -Bathroom with hot & cold water, manageable standing shower space. -It is on 6th floor with elevator access. -Room has Tea/Coffee, Coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge not so effective.

-No communication with property, they did not reply my several messages sent through “Message Property” option. Given number doesn’t work, no Whatssap. Did not receive any check-in instructions upto 1 hr before check-in. -Even I got hold of Booking.com customer service but they also couldn’t communicate with the property. -We proceed to the property by hoping someone will be there. Yes someone was there once we reach around 4-5 pm. Everything was explained to us. If you arrive at night then I don’t know how someone can get inside if no communication from property side. Main entrance door gets closed possibly after 7 pm. You don’t have any contact or communication to go inside unless host or someone approaches you on the street by saying “Hey are you trying to go to House Beatrice ?” -If they don’t reply your message or no communication then I recommend you to cancel your booking as after paying you are not sure if you managed to secure your accommodation with them until you go and discover it which might be too late for you to book another place. -After reaching there upon asking about no reply of messages, because he doesn’t know anything about it. Probably his colleague knows about it but he gave me his number to communicate if anything required. This is after meeting the person but what about before meeting him ? -I have given very low review rating as I did not like the fact of ZERO Communication from the property side. -Room # 2 AC is small unit & felt less effective, after informing them they checked and found it was working. For me it was still less effective, I presumed that it will cool down with time but after several hrs still the same. Rest all good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Milan. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and travel around. The public transport connections are fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and offered great value for the price. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail, which made me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable!

Hanno soggiornato presso questa struttura miei figli. Michele è stato gentilissimo con loro. La posizione vicino la stazione stata comodissima e mi ha permesso di stare tranquilla. Noi torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio a chi ancora non lo conosce.

Preis-Leistung sehr gut! Klein aber dafür direkt am Bahnhof! Für uns war Milano nur eine Zwischenstation daher hat dies für uns sehr gut gepasst! Das Personal sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Wir durften sogar unser Gepäck früher abstellen!

Из-за задержки вылета рейса мы не смогли заселиться до 23.00. Мы написали, попросили подождать. Заселились около 24.00. Очень благодарны, что дождались нас и заселили позже установленного время. Приятно удивило, что в номере чайник и кофемашина.

Good location! Very clean! It depends on the neighbours in the other rooms if they’re quiet or not so I was lucky! The price according to the location for someone takes trains, metro, or buses is worth it.

Only one thing I did not like or it might be a lack of communication or misunderstanding! Usually, I find the owner of the place waiting for me in front of the building outside to guide me but I was waiting outside and texting him without answer! Until someone told me that you have to go upstairs, he must be there!

Top location - close to public transportation, high floor, so no disturbance from the outside. The place is well taken care off and the personnel is knowing what they are doing and super helpful. We appreciated a lot the opportunity to leave our bags for a couple of hours before check-in time.

For us this place exceeded our expectations and met our need perfectly.

O quarto tem um tamanho bom, colchão e travesseiro regulares. A localização é excelente por ser ao lado da estação central de Milão, fácil acesso para transitar na cidade com transporte público.

O elevador é precário, limpeza de baixa qualidade. Como usei uma noite, foi tranquilo, mas não é um hotel para ficar hospedado por dia, caso se incomode com limpeza e conforto de travesseiro e colchão.

Wenige 100m neben Bahnhof Milano Centrale. Sicht über die Dächer. Bar um die Ecke. Praktisch.

The location is perfect! The main train station is directly opposite the hotel.

The lift is quite old. We stayed on a high floor, and when we checked out early in the morning, the lift was not coming to our level because someone had left the door open on the ground floor. We had to walk down to the ground floor ourselves to close the lift door before it would operate again.

A localização era boa, perto da estação, apesar de ser um pouco distante do centro histórico, mas não achei isso um problema. O quarto conta com um frigobar, isso é ótimo.

A decoração é um pouco pesada, a cortina vermelha me causou uma má impressão; e para piorar quando o dia começava a clarear, o quarto ia ficando avermelhado, ou seja a luz transpassava a cortina.

Vicinissimo alla stazione, ascensore, aria condizionata, stanza e letto grandi. Doppio cuscino disponibile, buon caffè in camera. Personale molto disponibile e gentile.

Il bagno poteva essere pulito meglio, inoltre con l'ondata di caldo sarebbe stato gradito che avessero acceso il condizionatore un'oretta prima del mio arrivo (orario annunciato per iscritto).

Je suis arrivée très tard ce soir là pour diverses raisons, la personne en charge m'a donné des indications et une aide pas à pas jusqu'à mon arrivée à minuit passé... Seul problème : l'ascenseur qui n'est pas très sûr et qui ne marchait pas ce soir-là d'où 6 étages à monter à pied avec des valises !!!!

It was perfect for my 1 night stay. Great room for a solo traveller everything that I needed. Straight across from the train station it was very easy to find. I loved the later check out as I was catching an afternoon train and I didn't have to wait around the train station too much I could just relax in the room a little longer

Il letto era comodo, 2 cuscini per una piazza e mezzo, poi c'era la macchinetta del caffè e il bollitore con le bustine del the. Televisore 32 pollici in camera. Ottimo veramente. Io personalmente lo terrò in cionsiderazione per il prissimo soggiorno

Ótima localização, em frente a estação de trem e ao ponto dos ônibus que vão para o aeroporto. Quarto confortável!

Infelizmente chegamos no horário de check in, às 15h e precisamos esperar um pouco, porque não tinha ninguém para nos receber. Mas o porteiro do prédio é brasileiro e super gentil, acabamos que nem percebemos os 30 minutos de atraso Não sabíamos abaixar o blackout da janela, o que incomodou um pouco e a tampa do banheiro estava quebrada e deixaram para arrumar quando chegamos. Como só iríamos passar uma noite, falamos que não precisava, pois queríamos descansar, mas acredito que isso poderia ter sido feito antes do check in No mais, a localização é ótima para quem quer usar a linha central e o quarto confortável

The location was great. 2 minutes walk from the Central Station. Buses to Malpensa Airport leave from right in front. The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. A kettle, tea, and coffee were provided. The most important thing for me was that I had to go sightseeing in Milan after checking out in the morning. When I left the hotel, Jem Bey, who worked there, helped us store our bags at the hotel. Thank you for your support.

I have been to 4 cities in Italy. No hotel provides slippers. This caused a lot of inconvenience. Also in this hotel, and the air conditioning was not working
