La ubicazione della struttura no e per quel tipo di negozio

Posizione strategica. Ho parlato inizialmente con Salvatore super gentile e disponibile. Ci ha affidato a Domenco anche lui gentilissimo e disponibile. Lo consiglio.

The location was perfect, central to a great area to see and walk around in Naples, while feeling safe. Domenico was very kind and helpful with helping us get there and meeting us. He gave us some great recommendations and coupons. The place was clean, quiet and had life saving AC. We would absolutely stay here again.

Posizione ottima, cuore di Napoli, colazione fuori della struttura molto buona. I ragazzi del bar molto gentili.

Padrone della struttura assente, comunicazione tutto tramite whatsapp. Non riuscivo a dormire, 🫩perché c'era una porta al interno della nostra stanza certamente chiusa, ma non so a che altra stanza era connessa🫪 ☹️. Non mi sentivo al mio aggio . In bagno il tinello se riempiva d'acqua era oturatto 😖. Non tornerei.

Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó, közel van minden. Könnyű volt a bejutás az épületbe és a szobába.

Az információ átadás és a kommunikáció hosszas volt. Illetve a hűtő mérete nagyon kicsi, 0,5l palack fér be csak.

The room is in a building with bins of garbage at the entrance, which is also the back of a restaurant where there is staff dragging things all night long, like cases of beer or something. The entire building is filthy and the room as well. I really do not understand the positive reviews; they must be fake. The pillows were yellow and there was hair and sand or dust on the sheets. There was no lock on the door it was covered with tape, and we put the chair in front of the door. This was so unsafe, and I was with my daughter only. We were terrified in this building; our first holiday was a disaster. Since it was just the two of us we were afraid to speak up; the host was not very helpful from the beginning and only messaged to tell us to leave 55 euros for tourist tax and 15 euros for cleaning after we check out that we thought was totally ironic since the place was terribly dirty. Of course we left the money because we couldnt argue with him as we were alone. The second last night there I had a panic attack and we decided to leave for the night and go to another hotel to recover so we were paying for two rooms. I trusted the reviews, which is why I booked it. Please, people, be honest when leaving reviews; it'll help people just like it would have helped my daughter and I on our first ever trip together. I totally believe women alone should not stay in this place; it's totally unsafe. One night I was talking to my husband on the phone telling him about our terrible choice in room, and the next day I received a message from the host saying if you had a problem with the room you should have told me. This makes me believe that either he listens through cameras or someone around there is giving him information.

Plus to szybka reakcja wynajmującego, który udostępnił Nam nocleg pół godziny po zarezerwowaniu, a była godzina 21.

Niestety pokój nie wygląda jak na zdjęciach. Na fotografiach jest znacznie większy i czystszy. Sam pobyt utrudnia również kapiąca klimatyzacja. Pokój znajduje się w podwórku, sam apartament posiada tylko dwa okna pod sufitem wychodzące na podwórko.

Ottima la posizione, aria condizionata. Il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura è stato disponibile, ma abbiamo avuto solo contatti whatsapp.

Le foto su booking non corrispondono alla realtà. La camera è veramente piccola, (considerando che ci si sta solo per dormire ci si adatta...) senza finestra se non un vasistas sopra la porta, bagno pulito ma le porte della doccia lasciano a desiderare. Nella descrizione della struttura la colazione è compresa, in veranda...invece vai al bar, comunque colazione buona. Nel complesso ambiente discreto.

Perfect location in the middle of the center which allow us to explore the center and return to our room to bathe and continue our exploration without having to leave the center. surprisingly the noise from the center did not reach our room, allowing us to sleep quietly at night as well as in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, they even had a coffee service in the installation available 24/7. Salvatore has been a great host always attentive to our needs and ready to solve any request. Highly recommend...

The location. The bed was comfortable. The owner is very polite and he managed to get us the things we wanted for our stay.

The room was much smaller, it did not look like on the picture. There is not good isolation on the door,and we heard the noice from outside every night. The pillows were very much comfortable. We paid extra 15euro for cleaninig, which was nowhere mentioted before in the reservation.

La location est bien située dans le quartier historique, proche de nombreux sites à voir (musées, palais, églises...). La chambre n'est pas très grande avec peu de rangements mais propre. Le petit-déjeuner simple (un café + une viennoiserie) est sympa dans un café à proximité.

La chambre ne dispose pas de fenêtre, juste une porte vitrée (verre dépoli) sans la moindre isolation phonique. Comme le quartier est très animé, de jour comme de nuit, c'est donc extrêmement bruyant. Et si la salle de bain est correcte, le système de douche aurait bien besoin d'être changé.

Super centrale. Esci e sei nel centro dei quartieri storici di Napoli, vicino a tutti i maggiori siti. Host super disponibile. Colazione inclusa in un bar poco distante con ottime paste e servizio al tavolo eccellente.

La posizione ottima: scendi le scale e sei già in pieno centro, colazione ottima nel bar vicino a casa. Frigo in camera comodo x tenere bibite. C'è aria condizionata ma noi non l'abbiamo usata. Bagno spazioso. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza.

In the middle of the oldest part of the city. Close to main attractions. It is a chaotic, bustling area. Lots of small restaurants.

Everything was fine for me because I grew up in an old city centre (not this old), but take care about the limitations of these very old buildings if you choose the area.

Assolutamente tutto molto accogliente e camera in centro . Il ragazzo gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ! Tornerei sicuramente !!!

The property was located in the very central spot of hystoric centre. That is all i liked about it. And the host was ok.

There are many reasons i did not like it in 5 days (4night) of stay. The photos did not match the reality. The flat is located above restaurants what made it very noisy and the entrance in the building was through the bins area, smelly and full of flies. The pillows were too stiff, the description of the room mentioned a balcony, which did not exist , the bathroom was dirty, faucets were full of rust, the shower doors dirty, rusty and the shower head too tall and fixed in one place and unable to reach or to take it off to take a proper shower. Troubles with hot water, over 10 minutes to wait for hot water to come (came very hot like boiling water) and pouring only 2-3 minutes then again cold water. Another morning without water at all for several hours (some pipe broke). The main problem was that we were awaken every single morning between 6:30-7am because of the other people who had access to our entrance(workmans and restaurants staff) talking and shouting and throwing the trash in the bins and the glass bottles uin the bins. Totally nightmare. 3-4hrs of sleep at night. Nothing more. The included breakfast was a coffee and a croissant only, and the breakfast location a bit far from the property.

Nos cobraron 24 euros extras por el impuesto y la limpieza. La habitación no tiene ventanas al exterior, humeda. Nadie te va a recibir, las indicaciones son por teléfono.

Lokalizacja jest centralna, bardzo blisko do głównych atrakcji starego miasta, a także polecanych pizzerii i restauracji, wszędzie można dotrzeć pieszo w kilka minut.

Jest bardzo głośno, drzwi do pokoju nie są typowymi drzwiami zewnętrzni, przepuszczają każdy dźwięk, przez co trudno było zasnąć w nocy. Opis pokoju w ofercie nie do końca zgadza się ze stanem faktycznym, suszarka do włosów była, ale nie działała, brak okna w pokoju, czystość łazienki i podłogi też pozostawiały wiele do życzenia. Poduszka miała nieprzyjemny zapach, była bardzo twarda i na tyle duża, że nie dało się na niej wygodnie położyć. Wejście do budynku i stojące tam, należące do restauracji obok śmietniki, śmierdziały tak, że zapach przeszkadzał nie tylko przy wejściu/wyjściu do i z obiektu, ale także można go było poczuć w pokoju. Dodatkowa opłata za końcowe sprzątanie pokoju w wysokości 15€. .Za tę cenę możnaby znaleźć coś zdecydowanie lepszego.

Salvatore è stato molto disponibile sin dal primo momento. Struttura come da descrizione e foto; posizione ottima e munita di tutto il necessario per passare qualche giorno a Napoli.

È una camera molto carina, c’è l’essenziale. Il mini frigorino molto apprezzato!

Ottima esperienza. Posizione molto comoda per visitare Napoli a piedi. Camera pulita e ben organizzata. L'Host è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Consigliato a chi cerca una sistemazione pratica e accogliente in pieno centro.

La chambre était confortable et propre. L’hébergement est assez sécurisé et l’hôte reste disponible

L’entrée de l’hébergement est particulière. Nous sommes resté deux nuits et entre les taxes d’hébergement et le ménage nous avons dû rajouter une 30aine d’euros.

It was a nice stay. We just stayed one night because we planned to visit Rome the other day. It was a nice place, located in a central location with lots of points of interest. Our idea was to just have somewhere comfortable to stay one night and the place did the job.

The shower can be improved.

Direi che la struttura dovrebbe sottolineare forse prima alcuni dettagli che forse ogni tanto a chi viaggia poco…. Sfuggono….. come supplemento per check-in fuori orario e pulizia della stanza

Dobra lokalizacja jeśli chodzi o usytuowanie w mieście, bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Smaczne śniadanie w kawiarnii 200m dalej.

Do pokoju wchodzi się takim jakby wewnętrznym balkonem a w środku budynku piętro niżej jest śmietnik także przez cały pobyt towarzyszył nam okropny smród rozkładających się śmieci, przez co nie dało się nawet nieco uchylić jedynej szczeliny nad drzwiami (ponieważ nie ma w pokoju okna) żeby wywietrzyć pokój. Wyposażenie pokoju również pozostawiało wiele do życzenia np rozwalające się łóżko z atrapą zagłówka, brudny, stary zużyty materac. Jednak najbardziej obużającą rzeczą było pobranie od nas dużej opłaty za sprzątanie po naszym wyjeździe a ta opłata nigdzie nie jest napisana w momencie rezerwacji pokoju- DUŻY UKRYTY KOSZT!

La chambre qui paraît beaucoup plus grande en photo n'est pas du tout insonorisée, on entend du bruit H24 (voisins, passants, motos, avions, restaurants d'à côté) La douche (munie uniquement d'un grabd pommeau et pas de douchette) perdait de l'eau et au lieu de remplacer le pommeau il a été scotché Pour avoir de l'eau chaude il fallait faire couler l'eau du robinet du lavabo en même temps! Salle de bain humide sans VMC avec taches de moisissures au plafond

The location was good, right off a main busy bustling road, 20 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk to metro stations, the breakfast you get vouchers for a cafe round the corner which was what you would expect from any cafe - nice strong coffee and choice of pastry selections which all looked nice!

While the room was not exactly dirty but it was not the most clean which considering you get charged an unexpected 15euro cleaning fee per booking was disappointing (dusty, dirty smudges all over the doors/walls) but the sheets/towels/bathroom were clean enough. The place looks more run down than expected from the photos with very thin towels. There is not tea and coffee in the room - there is a kettle in the hallway but no tap to fill it up from and did not see any tea/coffee to use. The 'toiletries' provided is toilet roll which should be expected and then some watered down soap in a dispenser. The 'safety lock box' is a very small tin box in the back of the wardrobe which is easily removable so not likely to keep anything safe. The pillows were hard as rocks and were painful on the neck and caused me to have numbness in my hands overnight so we did not sleep with any pillows while we were there. The entrance way is round the back of a restaurant (I think) which is loud with staff coming and going all night and also smells like old food/rubbish. The curtain that covers the frosted glass door is not wide enough so all the light from the terrace and the outside street gets and its incredibly loud with the street outside which is busy until the early hours of the morning. While it was overall fine as we were not in the room that long I would not stay here again.

Nach der Buchung teilte man uns mit, dass wir noch 15 Euro für die Reinigung zahlen müssen. Es steht tatsächlich in der Anzeige, aber nicht auf der Buchungsbestätigung. Der Vermieter wollte uns nach geäußertem Unverständnis "entgegenkommen" und drauf verzichten. Meine Empfehlung: Rufen Sie beim Kundenservice von Booking an - Sie müssen die 15 Euro definitiv nicht zahlen!

Sehr lärmige Wasserpumpe im WC, die alle 10 Minuten sehr laut brummte. ( Auch Nachts!) Insgesamt schlechte Ausstattung im Bad.

Camera senza finestre. Esistono due vasistas a 3 metri di altezza che si affacciano sul corridoio. Nessuna possibilità di aria naturale. Non era indicato da nessuna parte su booking. Sporco, poca cura per il cliente. Indicati al momento della prenotazione servizi non presenti in loco come la cassaforte o il kit per il bagno. Bagno con copriwater rotto, rubinetto che perde parecchio, acqua calda a singhiozzo, le tubature fanno forti rumori praticamente ogni ora e mezza anche di notte. Sporco tendenzialmente ovunque. Soprattutto i sanitari. Io continuo a sostenere che il cliente debba avere una chiara e limpida descrizione di quel che compra. Nascondere le magagne risulta spiacevole e scorretto

La struttura era accogliente, ci è piaciuto la pulizia e la bellezza della camera, la posizione della struttura. I cuscini ed il letto erano comodi. Anche la colazione era ottima.

Ottima posizione, punto di collegamento con tutti i siti di interesse storico artistico e metro. Zona centrale per chi ama vivere il cuore della città di Napoli. Stanza curata e pulita con a disposizione tutto il necessario. Host molto disponibile e gentile ti guida nella scelta dei locali più accreditati, presente per ogni richiesta o necessità.

Gli spazi sono un po’ ristretti ma adeguati per ogni necessità. La zona essendo centrale non risulta propriamente tranquilla ma é una posizione ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi sito di interesse e immergersi totalmente nella vita (anche notturna) della città.
