Amazing location! Everything you could possibly want to visit is no more than a 10-minute walk away. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. But the absolute highlight was our host, Sergio! He gave us such a warm welcome, checked in on us to make sure we were doing well, and sent us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants that we would have easily missed without him. We would absolutely love to come back in the future. Thank you so much, Sergio!! ❤️

The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave! Everything was wonderful, and we genuinely have nothing to complain about. Grazie mille di tutto, Sergio! Sei fantastico! ❤️

The place is charming, well-kept, very beautiful, and very clean, in a great location, within walking distance of everything. There is also a metro station nearby. The owner Federica was very helpful to us. I highly recommend. We will be back again.

It was absolutely everything that you would need and in a very good location to see around Naples. Federica was so helpful and just so pleasant and made the stay very easy for us.

L'unico piccolo punto negativo è stata l'aria condizionata in camera che anche impostata a 17 gradi non rinfrescava abbastanza... soprattutto durante le due giornate molto calde, mentre quella negli spazi comuni funzionava molto bene.

I had a fantastic stay here. The room was a great size, clean, and had all the facilities I could have needed. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. Federica is extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was also perfect, making it really convenient for getting around and exploring the area. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable, clean, and well located.

Posizione ottima per visitare la città. A metà strada da Spaccanapoli e i Quartieri Spagnoli, a due passi da via Toledo. Vicino la fermata della metropolitana. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad accogliere le richieste del cliente e a fornire aiuto in caso di necessità. Stanza molto accogliente, dotata di macchinetta del caffè, bollitore e ferro da stiro (apprezzatissimo).

Unico neo la porta della camera da cui passano troppo i rumori e filtra la luce

We stayed with 2 kids and the room was great. Super location, clean and comfortable. Sergio made us feel welcome straight away.

Totul a fost perfect, gazda foarte primitoare si amabila, ne-a oferit sfaturi despre localuri si obiective, nu ne-a deranjat cu absolut nimic iar locatia este exact unde trebuie aproape de port, centrul vechi, stație autobuz si multe restaurante pe lângă. Merită 100%.

It was a very small room, I could barely walk on side of the bed beside the wall. It's needs some tlc, paint, shower repairs. Towel rack fell apart when bumped. Bed mattress was quite firm and bed 2 feet off floor so very low, we were room number 2.

Very friendly host, full of useful tips to make the most of our visit. The room is cozy, with a great atmosphere and perfect air conditioning. It is perfectly located to discover the city by foot and public transport and easy to reach by metro or car.

I loved that the building was safe, clean,charming design, close to the port/ subway station& old center. The room was big, well smelling, enough space for luggage and very silent even if it was on the main street side! Francesca is a great & helpful host, always available to support you with tips& tricks for restaurants and places to visit! Definitely the best place to stay when visiting Naples!

The location is perfect—within walking distance of the historic center, the port, restaurants, and many of Naples’ main attractions. What made our stay truly special was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, making our trip even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent from the moment we booked until check-out. We especially appreciated all the little details and the genuine care they showed throughout our stay. They made us feel at home. We highly recommend Monteoliveto 33 to anyone visiting Naples. Thank you for helping make our holiday so memorable—we hope to come back again!

Les chambres sont joliment décorées, fonctionnelles et bien isolées quant au bruit de la ville. L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre historique de Naples et est bien desservi en transports en commun (métro, ferry). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôtesse, Frederica, qui était souriante et disponible.

RAS a part peut être quelques soucis au niveau du réseau wifi.

Otelin konumunun gürültü ve kalabalıktan uzak olması çok iyiydi. Tarihi merkezin kaosu, tehlikesini burada hissetmedik. Tesis cadde üzerinde, sakin bir bölgede, her yere yürüme mesafesinde, güvenilir bir binada yer alıyor. Bir binanın 1. katında yer alan 5 odalı butik bir tesisti biz çok sevdik.

Olumsuz tek şey 1. kat olması sebebiyle asansörünün olmayışıydı. Bizim sırt çantamız olduğu için 33 basamaklı bu merdiveni çıkmak bizi pek rahatsız etmedi. Sanırım tesisin ismindeki 33 bu basamak sayısından geliyor 🥰

A localização é ótima pela proximidade da estação de trem. Aparentemente as barracas de vendedores na rua pode causar algum estranhamento inicial... até o proprietário nos falou que os comerciantes poderiam fazer algum barulho muito cedo e isso poderia nos incomodar... confesso que nós chegávamos tão cansados dos passeios que nem ouvimos nada! Ahahaha E, detalhe: as janelas são anti-ruído!

Tem um lance de escadas que pode ser complicados para pessoas mais idosas ou com dificuldades de locomação. Mas para nós, os prós superaram os contras!

Lovely room and in a great location. Very near great bars and coffee places. Near Metro for travel. There’s a nice place at the apartment (terrace) for having a drink/ coffee or something to eat.

The location is the best. Right in the heart of Napoli. Sergio is very nice. Brilliant recommendations too. The small terrace is fantastic. Great place for a short stay.

TOTUL! Locatia se afla la nici 5 minute de mers pe jos de Centru Istoric si de Cartierul Spaniol. Camera este curata, chiar daca se afla pe o strada circulata, este izolata fonic iar de Sergio nu mai zic… comunicarea excelenta, prompta si iti ofera tot suportul de care ai nevoie! Fara doar si poate, cand mai venim in Napoli, tot aici ne cazam!! 10++++

Ne-a placut totul

Monteoliveto es un remanso de paz en el caos napolitano. Desde nuestra habitación no se escuchaba ningún tipo de ruido. El alojamiento tiene una ubicación perfecta, una calle más allá del meollo, suficiente para estar tranquilos pero permite ir a todos los sitios andando. Destacar también a Sergio, el anfitrión, pendiente en todo momento de que estuviésemos a gusto; y siguiéndonos en toda la visita a la ciudad. No tuvimos el placer de conocerlo en persona, pero nos encontramos su hija Federica, igual de amable y serivicial. Recomendaría Monteoliveto 200%.

Por poner una pega, la presión de la ducha un poco escasa, pero nada reseñable. Por otro lado, es un primero sin ascensor. Para nosotros sin ningún problema, pero importante para personas de movilidad reducida.

Ci sono luoghi che si visitano e luoghi che si portano nel cuore. Questo è sicuramente uno di quelli. La nostra prima esperienza a Napoli non avrebbe potuto essere più bella, e gran parte del merito va all'accoglienza straordinaria che abbiamo ricevuto. Fin dal primo istante ci siamo sentiti non semplicemente ospiti, ma persone accolte con affetto, attenzione e sincera disponibilità. Federica è stata eccezionale: sempre presente, premurosa e attenta ad ogni minimo dettaglio. La sua gentilezza e la sua cura hanno fatto davvero la differenza, trasformando un semplice soggiorno in un'esperienza speciale che ricorderemo con grande piacere. La struttura è impeccabile: pulitissima, curata in ogni particolare, in una posizione perfetta per vivere e scoprire Napoli. Ma ciò che rende questo posto davvero unico è l'atmosfera che si respira: quella rara sensazione di sentirsi a casa, anche quando si è lontani da casa. Partiamo con il cuore pieno di gratitudine e con la consapevolezza di aver trovato un punto di riferimento a Napoli. Fantastic hosts, gave us a lot of useful information about the city and recommended good restaurants. Very fast in answering questions.The room was small but had everything you needed, even a coffee machine with plenty of capsules. Location of the apartment is great, close to historic center and only few minutes from metro station. It is great we could left our luggage for few hours after checking out.

Struttura comoda, ben organizzata, host molto simpatico e disponibile (anche a fornire ottimi consigli su luoghi da visitare e posti dove mangiare). Camera e bagno perfettamente puliti, letto e cuscini molto comodi. Arredamento essenziale ma adeguato. Aria condizionata silenziosa e molto efficiente. WIFI gratuito e ben funzionante. Posizione molto comoda per visitare i luoghi di interesse.

Volendo trovare qualcosa da migliorare, sarebbe comodo avere in bagno una mensola per appoggiare cosmetici, pettini ecc. Attenzione, per salire nella struttura ci sono un po' di scale non proprio comodissime per chi ha difficoltà a muoversi.

It was perfect, pristine, roomy, comfy and cozy, great location, and had absolutrly everything I could possibly want or need. On top of that, I felt so taken care of by Sergio and his lovely daughter Federicka. I felt like my every need was anticipated, and Federicka went above and beyond to ensure my arrangements to get me to the ferry to Palermo went smoothly. I hope to return soon and spent more time in Naples, so you can be sure I will stay at this lovely B&B again.

We had a fab room, no 5, which had everything we needed for our break. It was centrally located which was great. Sergio was a font of knowledge and gave recommendations for both places to have breakfast and dinner. He gave us lots of ideas for places to visit which were most helpful.

It was the perfect place to stay! In the historic centre, close to metro station, bus stop, supermarket, cafés and restaurants, a short walk to the sea and to the archeological museum. Federica was very kind, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again and we will recommend it to our friends and family.

Dat het appartment boven een sushi restaurant was. Deze restaurant speelt lage tonen muziek tot omstreeks 23.00 uur. (Geen lift aanwezig)

Everything was excellent. The room was clean, the size was sufficient, and the location is within walking distance of the center of Naples and all the main attractions. Most importantly, Federica—one of the people running the place—is incredibly helpful and naive person. She explains things you might wonder about even before you ask, answers all your questions patiently, and even checks in on you after you leave to see how you are doing. If I come again, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else—I would stay here directly. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Just a small note: the shower cabin is a bit small, but you can still fit in. :) Thank you very much.
