Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The house is very spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts. There is also a private inner garden where you can relax and get some fresh air. The host was very accommodating and allowed me to check in late (after midnight) without any extra charge. Thank you.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026La casa est très bien située (5-10 min de marche du centre) tout en étant dans un quartier tranquille. L'hôte était très accueillant et nous a organisé le transport jusqu'à l'aéroport. Il y a un balcon arrière bien ensoleillé.
Il y a un café bar juste à coté qui est assez bruyant. Ça ne nous a pas beaucoup dérangé, mais c'est bon à savoir.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Sehr sauber, ruhig, sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer, Herr Isaias Costa, hat etliche verschiedene Zimmer zur Auswahl. Er ist dabei sehr flexibel. Zwar immer sehr beschäftigt, aber hilfsbereit und unterhaltsam. Das Haus ist ca. 5-10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Angra entfernt und relativ weit von der zentralen Busstation, dafür nahe am Hafen, wo die Fährschiffe der Atlanticoline anlegen. Ebenfalls ein paar Minuten entfernt ein großer Supermarkt (Guarita).
Mein Apartment war ebenerdig, keine sehr schöne Aussicht auf einen Hof.- Das ist aber nebensächlich, da man tagsüber ohnehin nicht im Haus ist. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

Mit der Feuchtigkeit muss man klar kommen, das ist in den Inseln halt so. Die Bettdecke war leider nur ein Laken über einer Wolldecke.

O facto dos outros hospedes fecharem a porta da cozinha,é em momento algum abrir. Algo que foi mt chato o facto de ter que entregar a chave às 9h30 de manhã visto que tinha entrado as 21h acho k foi mt curto o prazo.Visto que existem mt hospedes a água do duche ficou sempre em fio.Tornando-se um banho mt pouco satisfatório

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026There was no breakfast I was aware of. The location was great, near many things in the city centre. The directions to find it on Google maps was incorrect but it was very easy to contact them. I appreciate their responsiveness via text or call.
We forgot to discuss checkout procedure, I would have liked to go over it ahead of time, it didn't wind up being a problem though. The bar downstairs was a little noisy but it was likely due to a football win so understandable.

Reviewed Nov 22, 2025Chyba jedynym plusem obiektu jest w miarę dobra lokalizacja i duża ilość miejsc parkingowych w okolicy.
Niestety bardzo nie polecam tego miejsca :( zdjęcia nie oddają bardzo słabego komfortu tego miejsca. Dostaliśmy pokój z dwoma osobnymi łóżkami, pościel była średnio czysta a i tak była najczystszym elementem tego pokoju. W rogach pajęczyny i stare owady. Na drzwiach pajęczyna nie ściągana długi czas. Wszystko bardzo zaniedbane ale przede wszystkim brudne. Łazienki niby odnowione ale na bateriach rdza, prysznic z licznymi zabrudzeniami. Obiekt oferuje wspólną kuchnie - korzystaliśmy jedynie z lodówki bo inne sprzęty były w niehigienicznym stanie. Zaopatrzenie kuchni generalnie nienajgorsze ale brak np. jakiegokolwiek noża. Poza tym z wszystkich szafek jak i w samym obiekcie był okropny zapach stęchlizny i wilgoci. W naszym pokoju cały czas utrzymywała się wilgoc. Najgorsze jednak że byliśmy w listopadzie i okropnie zmarzliśmy. Pościel na łóżkach obejmowała tylko cienkie poszewki, które w żaden sposób nie grzały. W szafkach były schowane koce, ale nie dało się ich oblec w poszewki. Wyglądały tak źle, że nie było opcji korzystać z nich z uwagi na kwestie higieniczne. Klimatyzacja nie sprawna, wyłącza się po 15 minutach bez opcji dalszego podniesienia temp.

The bed was terrible. Hard as a rock. I had back and neck pain every single morning from sleeping on it. Also, the pictures on the website do NOT match the room at all. My window opened to a dirty, alley even though the website shows a beautiful view. The community trash can was just outside my room and I was awakened constantly by people throwing trash into the can.

Es war einfach nur laut laut und noch mal laut denn die Bar direkt daneben hat jeden Tag bis 1:00 Uhr offen und wenn diese schließt, dann geht es im Haus weiter mit lauten Gespräch und außerdem wurden uns Lebensmittel und Getränke aus dem Kühlschrank entwendet

Todo fue perfecto. si nos hubiera tocado en la habitación que da al bar ya hubiera sido otra cosa porque los clientes del bar hacían mucho ruido. sin embargo la habitación que nos tocó a nosotros era totalmente silenciosa y no se escuchaba para nada el ruido del bar

The reception is in another building and is not 24/7 available, even though it should be according to the announcement, I had to wait almost half an hour. Somedoby locked the doors to the shared bathroom and the key for guests isn't included, limited parking - you have to find some free place around
