Niet veel eigelijk behalve dat de dames die het onbijt maakten erg vriendelijk waren

Kamers zijn heel luidruchtig je hoort alles, helemaal als je kamer 3 recht tegen over het keukentje heb waar ze om 6:45 beginnen. Dan ook nog is geen water meer vanaf 9 uur in de avond dus niet meer douchen, wc doorspoelen of je wasbak gebruiken dit was zo tot moment van uitchecken. Bedden waren ook erg hard

Nothing, we didn't go in as we didn't feel safe. There was no one at the property but us, we called the host to ask if there was anyone else, they did not pick the call. They came back to WhatsApp text & didn't answer tje being alone part. Our other concern was all the personal items we had in the car that we'd have had to unload since there was a notice at the parking area that if theft occurred they wouldn't be responsible. We would have been reassured in there was security or if the host took our call but they did not. We communicated our fear on the WhatsApp & eventually decided to go book elsewhere. Unfortunately for this reason l cannot give anything more than 1 star for everything.

The facility was good and met expectations. We were the only guests so quiet. Breakfast was adequate.

No facility but Booking.com. After I made the booking, which I specifically did for the inclusion of breakfast, my husband found the same booking on booking.com cheaper. Then whist en route there we got a message that stated the "promotional" breakfast is not the standard breakfast and was limited. It should have been advertised as "promotional" breakfast and not breakfast included.

Wir hatten Zimmer Nr 3. Ein Loch ohne Fenster. Gestrichener grauer Betonfussboden, gerissen. Booking.com wirbt mit Zimmer Nr 5 Note 9,2 ist besser mit Fenstern, aber von 9,2 weit entfernt. Wir kommen nicht wieder

The breakfast was good. It was very quiet.

No one to greet me at booking in. The contact number rang unanswered for 15 minutes. No way to access the property to check in. Key to entrance not available. Although advertised, no TV. Only You Tube. Very little water pressure in the shower.

Easy to find with secure parking. Self check-in was unusual for a B&B but worked well. Nicely decorated even though the ceiling needs some tlc. It provided an el.blanket to keep warm during cold winters nights which was awesome. It also offered a bar fridge in the room which was great.

It took a bit to have hot water and to figure out which way is hot. Interestingly in South Africa not all water tap mixers are the same. So a little red dot to indicate temperature direction would help to save water. Breakfast was ok, even though the 1 piece of toasted bread per person was very hard to say the least.

When we arrived on 19 July at 14.00 with a confirmed booking, no one answered the phone to open for us. Despite numerous calls and WhatsApp’s we only received a message from Michelle after 40 minutes. By that time we already found alternative accommodation. Despite numerous requests for reimbursement and promises from Michelle we still have not received it. Despite telling us that she would folllow up with Booking.com she is now not taking our calls. Today is the 25 July so this has been 5 weeks of frustration.

Way too impersonal...owner is unreachable to talk to on phone...no heater in unit in the middle of Winter .staff gives you a uninterested look when asking for onions in your breakfast eggs. The communication how to enter was good

I didn't realize it was a self check-in process, the details of which had been sent to my Canadian phone with only wifi access. It tool a little sorting out and all was well.

We had two very comfortable single beds and a nice sized bathroom. The breakfast was delicious. Lovely home made bread.

We woke up to no water. We weren't told why and we were told there was nothing they could do. However, once most of the other guests left, the water started to trickle through, which makes me think the accommodations hosting capacity is overestimated.

It’s clean as much as there were traces of hair in our bathroom .And the fragrance was too strong for us .

The lady that was serving is breakfast was not friendly actually regret having it cause it ruined everything for our stay. The electricity went off and they were not even willing to assist or check us out if we needed any lights . The gate i wasn’t comfortable with the fact that it sets to be manual the automatic after 9 the place is in a shady street very dark for my husband to come out close and open the gate was a bit risk and we stopped there for a while for them to communicate and the number cannot be called it goes straight to voicemail.

The facilities looked clean and the room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The wifi also worked perfectly.

Unfortunately the shower did not have hot water (or the water took extremely long to heat up), whilst the tap had hot water. The manual operation of the front gate also felt a bit more unsafe than if it were operated via remote (but I believe there was a technical issue).

Breakfast was wonderful, especially the coffee! Bedding was very comfy and warm.

Rooms are not very sound proof. You share the house with other guests. The light in the bathroom did not work (shone very weakly). The shower pressure was very weak. If these small issues can be addressed, it will make the stay exceptional. I will support them in the future again.

Easy to find.

The bed was hard and the linen and blankets were dusty like not cleaned in a while. We dusted the whole bed before sleeping. The curtains were dusty and my husband who has allergies suffered the whole night as the room was too dusty. Even the floor rugs were dusty.

It was a huge room and very spacious. We were very comfortable and enjoyed it all.

I know this is silly but I prefer double ply Toilet paper :)
