Хареса ми локацията най-вече. На една пресечка е от гарата. Беше чисто, имаше и еднократни чехли, ютия, кафемашина. Жената, с която си писах за стаята е доста мила. (Джорджия) Беше оставила кафета в стаята ни. Имаше си хавлии, сешоар и това е.

Не ми хареса банята. Беше много тясно, защото е с душ кабина. За жените особено не е удобно понеже е само с душ, без слушалка и това може да намокри косата. Имаше поне такива шапки за коса. Налагаше се да сме извън кабината, понеже наистина е доста тясно, а отвън всичко се мокреше, а като няма моп си беше предизвикателство. Хлъзгаше се и като оставяше мокро в банята, еднократните чехли попиваха цялата вода. Кухнята е обща с останалите от другите стаи, но не ги засичахме. Паста за зъби няма, но имаше в кабината закачена тубичка, на която пишеше, че става за шампоан и душгел.

Facile da trovare ed in una posizione comodissima: di fronte alla stazione dei treni, vicinissimo a due supermercati e pratico anche per raggiungere il centro a piedi in 15/20 minuti. Nonostante sia attaccato alla stazione, non si sente il rumore dei treni. La mia camera (letto singolo) era spaziosa, luminosa, con letto molto comodo e fornita di tutto il necessario. Ampio balcone. Anche la cucina/l'area in comune era ben fornita, con microonde, frigo dove poter lasciare le proprie provviste, lavatrice, asse da stiro...

Nulla, è stato tutto perfetto. Segnalo solo che nel mia stanza non c'era il bidet ma era comunque presente il doccino.

Camera al 7° piano e ascensore non funzionante, colazione fatiscente,1 capsula di caffè e 1 confezione mignon di marmellata,nessuna briosce o fette biscottate.Il lavello della cucina pieno di padelle sporche e,come se non bastasse un cartello con su scritto:si prega di lavare il bicchiere o il piatto usati.Mancavano persino il sapone per lavarli e uno strofinaccio ..La stanza ,dove consumare questa specie di colazione ,è priva di finestra e i tavoli sono senza tovaglia o fogli di carta su cui appoggiare il bicchiere del caffé e senza tovaglioli di carta.Ho dovuto usare un mio fazzoletto di carta come tovaglia

A very convenient option, well located a few minutes away from the train station, but if you are after tourism in the old town then it is a 15 min walk almost. Very clean and quite.

Bari vasútállomástól 5 perc séta. Szemben bevásárló bolt. A szálkás alatt csomagmegőrző. Óváros 20 perc séta. Elhelyezkedés nagyin jó.

Szobán belüli felszereltség hiánya. Picit komfortosabb lett volna ha van a mosdóban felmosó szett és az erkélyen ruhaszárító.

Gostei da limpeza do apartamento e da senhora que fazia a limpeza, a forma bastante agradável de como nos recebeu. A cozinha era boa. Próximo à linha de comboio.

O elevador até chegar ao apartamento, é um sétimo andar que tem um elevador bastante pequeno. A localização em relação ao centro também é longe. A cama podia ser mais confortável.

The property is very close to the train station and my train was scheduled to arrive late and the it was extra late so I appreciated the location being so close.

The buzzer for the door on the street didn’t work so I had to rely on people coming out of the building to get in which wasn’t the most convenient but it worked out fine because I didn’t have to wait too long each time. Lucky for me

Very clean. Giorgia and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely a must if you want to visit around bari, it is 1 minute away from the central railway station, yet super quiet and the area felt really safe. Also, there is a Lidl also 1 minute away.

Chambre simple mais qui fait très bien le job pour une nuit. Elle est idéalement située à proximité de la gare, ce qui est très pratique lorsqu’on doit prendre un train tôt le matin. Le centre historique est également accessible facilement à pied. La chambre est correcte pour un court séjour, et la terrasse est un vrai plus, très agréable pour profiter un peu de l’extérieur. Une bonne option pour une nuit de passage grâce à son emplacement pratique.

Innanzitutto l'ubicazione.Appena dietro la stazione, una vera comodità per chi viaggia in treno.Molto comodo per raggiungere Bari vecchia e per una passeggiata sul lungomare Non serve la colazione ma abbiamo trovato una cucina ordinata e con tutto ciò che serve. Con i supermercati a due passi potete prepararvi colazioni pranzi e pure le cene.Avevamo prenotato due singole e ci siamo trovate benissimo.

Op zich prima hotel. We moesten vroeg met de trein en het is direct tegenover het centraal station in Bari. De kamer was ook netjes en schoon en je kon gebruik maken van de keuken. Communicatie was verder ook prima en het was heel fijn dat we onze koffers er rond het middaguur al achter konden laten op onze dag van aankomst.

Het is op de 7e etage en de lift is zeer onduidelijk. We moesten de koffers omhoog en klaag tillen. Dat was vrij pittig.

Mieszkanie było zadbane, czyste i położone w bardzo dobrej okolicy. Na plus należy również zaliczyć szybką reakcję gospodarza i wezwanie hydraulika po zgłoszeniu problemu.

Prysznic był całkowicie zapchany już od początku naszego pobytu, przez co nie mogliśmy z niego korzystać. Z wcześniejszych opinii wynika, że problem z niedrożną instalacją był zgłaszany już w czerwcu, więc nie była to nowa usterka. Niestety po wizycie hydraulika nikt nie posprzątał łazienki, a problem nie został skutecznie rozwiązany przed naszym wyjazdem. W efekcie przez cały pobyt nie mieliśmy możliwości normalnego wzięcia prysznica, co znacząco obniżyło komfort naszego pobytu.

Qualche problemino col miscelatore della doccia. Purtroppo ero sola e la stanzetta piccola era vicino alla cucina quindi la mattina se qualcuno si alzava presto venivo svegliata. Ma per il prezzo che ho pagato direi che è una sistemazione più che valida

La struttura si trova in una posizione ottima per chi vuole soggiornare vicino alla stazione di Bari centrale. La proprietaria è molto precisa e disponibile nel dare informazioni utili. La camera spaziosa con balconcino. Molto pulito.

Гостевой дом находится в шаговой доступности от железнодорожным вокзалом. Напротив есть супермаркет. Комната была чистая, комфортная. Wi-fi работал хорошо. Заселение бесконтактное. Хозяин накануне направил инструкцию по заселению. Все понятно. В общей кухне есть холодильник, кофемашина. В номере были оставлены две капсулы для кофемашины, очень приятно.

El departamento es cómodo y limpio. Está decorado moderno y funcional. Fuimos solo una noche y buscábamos cercanía con la estación porque llegamos a Bari en tren. Es un lugar para dormir. Tiene una cocina/comedor común con cafetera, pava eléctrica, microondas, heladera y vajilla, con varias mesas. Proveían café e infusiones. Justo enfrente hay un supermercado muy completo y al costado tiene una entrada de autos que sirve para cargar y descargar equipaje.

El tamaño de la habitación es adecuado, pero un poco justo.

The location is very good!!

My bedroom was in the dinner area and close to the kitchen so when people arrived late and went to the kitchen to leave drinks or food in the fridge you could hear it. Plus the blind of the window is very noisy when you down it.

Nem volt a 7. emeleten elegendő a nyomás. A zuhanyzás nehézkes volt a poroszkáló vízzel.

Dobre miejsce na nocleg blisko dworca - dosłownie po drugiej ulicy, wygodnie przy wczesnym wylocie. Pokój wygodny i ładny, kontakt z wynajmującą bardzo dobry, szczegółowe wyjaśnienia jak dotrzeć. Wspólna kuchnia była ok, choć ciasna.

Winda jest mała i trzeba było z walizkami jechać na tury. Warto też dopytać wcześniej o otwieranie windy na piętrze, zorientowaliśmy się przy wymeldowaniu o 6, że nie wiemy jak to zrobić i nie udało nam się rozszyfrować tego dziwnego uchwytu, musieliśmy znieść walizki z 7 piętra.

Il quartiere (pieno di senza tetto e persone poco rassicuranti. Il rumore (anche se al 7mo piano e con doppi vetri, il rumore della strada e della stazione era continuo). La struttura (palazzo vecchio, pareti delle camere ultra sottili, l'aprì portone che suona a qualunque ora del giorno e della notte. La camera ( partei sporche e da riverniciare), bagno con perdite di acqua che non viene neanche voglia di farsi una doccia.

The owner, Giorgia, was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was clean and tidy, which I appreciated.

However, it would be helpful if some basic amenities, such as a drinking glass and complimentary water, were provided in the room. As it stood, we had to go to the kitchen whenever we needed these items. Another issue was the front door. Every time someone entered or left and closed it, the noise was very loud and disruptive, especially during the night. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to Giorgia's hospitality, but a few small improvements would make the experience even better.

Mesmo comunicando a proprietária a falta de itens básicos, como copos na cozinha( que é divulgado que é disponibilizada) não fomos atendidos. Ficamos 6 diárias e desde inicio que o problema foi detectado. Solicitamos também para trocar toalhas algumas dias antes da nossa saída e não fomos atendidos. o acesso ao prédio é muito frágil, qualquer pessoa que aperte o botão pode entrar.

La habitación era muy cómoda, limpia y estaba bien equipada para una estadía agradable. La cama era confortable y el alojamiento cumplía con lo necesario para descansar. La ubicación también resultó conveniente para movernos por la ciudad.

La principal oportunidad de mejora está en la cocina y el comedor compartidos. Los muebles se encontraban bastante deteriorados y había una falta importante de elementos básicos como vasos, tazas, cucharas y cubiertos. Tampoco encontramos suficientes utensilios para cocinar, lo que dificultó el uso normal de las instalaciones. Al consultar a la anfitriona, nos comentó que muchos huéspedes suelen llevar estos elementos a sus habitaciones. Sin embargo, independientemente del motivo, consideramos que debería haber una reposición más frecuente o una mayor cantidad de utensilios disponibles para garantizar que todos los huéspedes puedan utilizar correctamente la cocina. En general, la habitación estuvo muy bien, pero mejorar el equipamiento y mantenimiento de los espacios comunes haría que la experiencia fuera mucho más completa.

Das Zimmer war ok; es gibt einen extra Raum zum sitzen und eine kl Küche, Kühlschrank etc. Es war nicht übertrieben sauber aber ok. Toll ist die Lage, direkt am Bahnhof. Dadurch natürlich auch nicht ganz leise, aber mit Fenster zu in Ordnung.Altstadt gut fussläufig erreichbar . Gepäckaufbewahrung war am Anreisetag im Zimmer möglich , sonst recht günstig am nahen Bahnhof. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief gut und unkompliziert über WhatsApp.

no entendí mucho las instrucciones para llegar porque el video que me compartieron lo hicieron con las persianas de los locales vecino cerradas entonces no coincidian los edificios, hasta que lo encontré, es auto check in. tuve dificultades con el ascensor, estaba rota la manija en el piso 7 hasta que vi a unos vecinos abrirla con una llave y, lo último, para mi no fue una complicación pero el espacio de la ducha es cerrado con vidirios y es bastante pequeño

Mai visto un essere vivente in quattro giorni. Mi sono state fatte trovare delle chiavi del portone senza avvisarmi che non funzionavano perché erano state cambiate. Per entrare c'era un apriporta che chiunque avrebbe potuto azionare dall'esterno. Nei quattro giorni in cui ho soggiornato, nonostante le mie richieste, non sono stati presi provvedimenti per garantire sicurezza, così come la struttura non ha preso visione del mio documento d'identità per fare il ceck-in e sono partita senza che sia stato fatto. Preciso che dal primo giorno ho comunicato che non intendevo inviare i miei documenti tramite wa come richiesto dalla struttura. Nonostante diverse sollecitazioni da parte mia non è mai stata proposta un'alternativa a Wa. Infine ho segnalato la direttiva del garante della privacy del 29 aprile 2026 che invita direttori, affittacamere e simili a non richiedere ai clienti di trasmettere documenti tramite wa. Ho sempre comunicato con l'host tramite Booking per cui si trova traccia delle comunicazioni lì.

Intrarea in camera se face prin sala de mese/bucatarie. De aceea era galagie la cele mai nepotrivite ore. Oaspetii pureau folosii sala de masa/bucararia oricand. Daca stiam ca asa e amplasata camera as fi ales alta locatie.

The room is very spacious for 3 people. I recommend this accomodation if you plan on going to Day trips (for example to Matera and Alberobello): approximately 5mins to the bus station and train station. We also loved this accomodation as despite being close to the stations it was quiet all the time.

The location is great. Easy access to public transportation, buses, trains, including Bari Airport. Lidl right opposite the building. Quite a few local shops, restaurants and coffee shops too.

All was good. Perhaps, a little maintenance sometimes as the bathroom drain needs unblocking.

I'd like to highlight the excellent service Giorgia provided to us regarding our urgent request to accommodate on the same day we made the reservation, as we had to cancel with another site that did not reply to any of our messages. Giorgia provided instructions instantly and the room was excellent, just according to the photos shown. Also, she agreed for us to drop our luggage before check in so we could do some sightseeing. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The place was really nice and very convenient. The train station and bus station are both only about a 5-minute walk away, and there is a Lidl just across the street, which was super helpful during our stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and other useful amenities.

The only small downside was the shared kitchen — there was only one small spoon available, and there was no sugar for the coffee. I’m not sure if the other guests had used the utensils before us, but it was a little inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this place!
