La mancanza di un piccolo frigorifero dove poter mettere acqua, yogurt. La mancanza di qualsiasi tipo di contatto con il gestore. Nessuno ha controllato che noi fossimo realmente i titolari dei documenti che abbiamo inviato. Ci era stato chiesto se eravamo interessati a una colazione con un locale convenzionato ma alla fine nessuno ci ha contattato.

Locația este amplasată într-o zonă foarte bună, la câteva minute de Gara Centrală și la câteva minute de Centrul Vechi. Poti merge pe jos inclusiv pe plajă dacă îți place să faci o plimbare de aproximativ o jumatate de oră. În jurul locației ai multe restaurante și locuri unde poți servi micul dejun.

Am stat în camera nr. 4 (familie cu doi copii). Din păcate, până pe la ora 0.00 se auzea gălăgie dintr-o altă cameră de care eram separati printr-o ușă încuiată. Se auzea absolut orice discuție e celor de dincolo de acea ușă

Highly recommend this place! Communication with the host was excellent—Sofia made sure every single detail was perfectly explained before and during our stay. The accommodation itself was spotless and very clean. Plus, the location right near the train station made it incredibly easy to travel around and visit nearby places. Would definitely stay here again!"

Galériás lakás ablak nélkül, kifeküdt kiszakadt kanapé ágy, nehézkes bejutás a lakásba a megadott kód nem nyitotta az ajtót, wifi csak a galériás részen volt.

Am avut o experiență minunată la acest B&B din Bari! Locația este excelentă apropiată atât de gară cat și de centrul istoric al orașului, camera a fost foarte curată, patul confortabil… Mi-a plăcut foarte mult faptul că aveai cafea și ceai la discreție, ceea ce oferea un plus de confort și libertate. Nu eram obligați dimineața să ieșim din locație pentru a ne savura cafeaua la un bar, ci puteam începe ziua relaxați, în liniște, exact cum ne doream. Singurul mic inconvenient a fost conexiunea Wi-Fi, care a avut câteva probleme. Pentru mine personal nu a fost un impediment, deoarece aveam date mobile, însă este un aspect util de știut pentru viitorii oaspeți care depind de internet. În schimb, procesul de check-in a fost foarte simplu și comod, realizat de la distanță, fără nicio dificultate. Recomand cu drag și cu siguranță voi reveni!

C’est la deuxième fois que je loge dans ce B&B car il est à proximité de la gare, du centre ville, du centre historique… La chambre est spacieuse avec une petite terrasse. Les indications avant et durant le séjour via WhatsApp sont très pratiques. Et Sofia est une hôte d’exception, très sympathique.

Беше идеално за семейната ни група от 12 човека.Хем бяхме заедно, хем всяко семейство си имаше лично пространство.Имаше възможност да оставим багажа си след check out в общо помещение.Имахме проблем с паднал бушон, което често ни се случва в Италия, на който собственичката реагира мигновенно.Много отзивчива!

la posizione

Nel complesso un po' caro tenendo presente anche il costo del parcheggio e la colazione extra. Essendo però Bari diventata una meta turistica molto di moda e frequentata penso che i prezzi siano un po' lievitati.

Die zentrale Lage - Nähe Bahnhof, Einkaufsstraßen, Altstadt war super. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat super geklappt, war sehr freundlich.

Im Zimmer ist leider jedes Fließgeräusch deutlich zu hören gewesen. In der Nacht störend! Leider auch das Geräusch der Kaffeemaschine, die von Gästen, die früh morgens abreisen, genutzt wird.

Lage war sehr OK. Nähe Innenstadt, gut erreichbar.

Das Zimmer hat an einen Bunker erinnert. Entlüftung war nicht vorhanden, Eiskasten hat laufend gebrummt, wenn man die Tür öffnete , waren die Gelsen im Zimmer.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento trovandoci davvero molto bene. Gli spazi sono ampi, puliti e arredati con gusto, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Il bagno è grande e molto funzionale, mentre il fatto che l’appartamento sia al piano terra è stato particolarmente comodo per i bagagli. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria, sempre gentile, educata e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Un’esperienza piacevole che consigliamo volentieri.

Top! Extrem sauber, schön eingerichtet, perfekte Lage und das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen.

Very clean, very spacious, good furniture and towels, good water pressure. We had the family room for a single night. Very attentive and responsive host (via messages). We appreciated that we could leave bags in the lobby after check out Close to train station and 10 - 15 min to old town on foot.

There was no natural light and no way to bring in fresh air except by opening the front door directly on the street. You could hear traffic from outside, very busy street, in the living room area and normal noises from next door neighbours (voices, TV, even sneezing) in the bedroom area, quite loud.

Great location and room size. The feeling of the accommodation is as of a brand new unit. We felt right at home and our stay was super comfortable.

Nothing besides maybe the room was too warm but that is not a complaint.

Great little gem in the centre of Bari! Sofia is a great host and you can tell she loves her job. She is always super helpful and caring with everything you need. Room is functional and the location is superb, close to everything. Will come back!

Only minus is the noise of the elevator going up and down (Room 1) which is not great for light sleepers.

Très bon emplacement près de la gare et du centre ville. Explications pour l'arrivée très claires. Communications avec Sofia qui est très réactive même lorsqu'elle n'est pas présente. Climatisation silencieuse ce qui est très positif car peut fonctiotla nuit.

Problème des grandes villes quand il fait très chaud avec parfois des remontées d'odeurs. Mais je pense que l'établissement ne peut pas faire grand chose y ce sujet.

Everything was perfect. The place is on a great location, everything is near and can be reached on foot. The place was very spacious and perfectly clean. The owner Sofia is really kind and answers questions right away. Great experience.

We like this property very much. It was in the center and has very good location. I like Sofia very much. She is very attentive person, when i wrote her she answered me quickly and helped rent a car, also called taxi for us because our flight was on night and maybe we couldn’t find taxi on time. We are satisfied with this stay.

This place is literally 10 minutes walking distance to all important parts of Bari. Best strategic place to stay. In the proximity of the apartment there were some of the best bars for breakfast or coffee. Instructions from the host were also very good, they offered additional services and special discounts. It was a pleasure to communicate with them.

De ligging was perfect. Er was een betalende ondergrondse parkeergarage in de buurt. De kamer was voldoende groot en op het gelijkvloers. Er was thee en koffie te verkrijgen op de gang. Communicatie met de verhuurder verliep prima. Ook het aanmelden met de verschillende deuren verliep heel vlot.

Een dag voor we aankwamen kregen we een berichtje dat de lavabo lekte. Oke, kan gebeuren. De loodgieter zou het lek niet kunnen herstellen. Maar dit leek geen recent probleem. Qua oplossing hadden ze er een bak onder gezet met een handdoek in, om het afvoerwater op te vangen. Maar ipv de handdoek dan dagelijks te vervangen omdat hij nat was van het afvoerwater, bleef hij er 3 dagen liggen. Er was enkel een zeer klein raampje in de badkamer en geen andere verluchting. Onze handdoeken, die ook niet vervangen werden, bleven nat, zelfs het toiletpapier was vochtig. De verwarming werkte ook niet. Er was een raam dat toegang gaf naar het terrasje maar dat konden we niet open zetten want de afvoer stonk verschrikkelijk. Dus via die weg ook geen verluchting. De badhanddoek was gescheurd wat in principe niet heel erg is maar ook niet aangenaam. Ook moesten we zelf de vuilbak leeg maken en gaan wegbrengen ergens in de buurt. Er was zeer weinig daglicht. Zeer donkere kamer. Spijtig, maar hier gaan we nooit meer terug.

La amplitud de las habitaciones, tiene cocina y heladera pequeña. La ubicación es cerca de la zona de Bari Vieja, el puerto, zona peatonal de locales de compras y gastronomía. Excelente experiencia!

La baie exista o chiuveta defecta, lipita cu 3 tuburi de silicon, apa se scurgea intr-un cos de rufe....Alt dezavantaj ca nu exista geamuri, miros de mucegai, nu puteai aerisi decat daca deschideai usa de la intrare si te vedeau toti care treceau pe acolo.In cele 5 nopti care am stat nu a venit nimeni sa faca curat, sa schimbe prosoape decat daca cereai in mod expres.Am ajuns seara tarziu si efectiv nu am primit indicatii clare cum se face accesul, am stat mai mult de 30 minute ca sa "descifram" cum puteam intra.Am sunat gazda insa mi-a dat ocupat, probabil era prea tarziu pentru ea, pentru noi ca eram cu copii mici dupa noi nu a fost.Am apreciat ca exista o cafetiera pe holul comun si aveam cafea dimineata, ar fi fost ok sa fie si ceai de fructe nu doar ceai negru si verde.

This property is at an amazing location within walking distance of the Bari central train station and old town. It is actually great that it is not in the middle of old town, which means it is accessible for cars. The room was also very spacious and comfortable.

Το δωμάτιο είναι πολύ σκοτεινό και έχει πολύ υγρασία, ο ωιπτήρας έσταζε, είχα ενημερωθεί για αυτό αλλά 5 μέρες μετά ακόμη έσταζε φέυγοντας. Για κάποιον που ταξιδεύει για δουλειά μου έλειπε πολύ ένα τραπέζι.

The location of as fabulous close to everything we needed. To get to meeting points for tours was close, great restaurants and cafe’s and loads of shops. Bed was great, firm bed.

Había olor a humedad , una gotera en el baño la cual fue notificada de inmediato. Obviamente ya sabían de la misma dado que había un tacho para que goteara ahí , dijo pasar para solucionarlo pero eso no ocurrió En los 5 o 6 días no nos dejaron toallas limpias, tuvimos que usar unas pequeñas No había ni una cuchara ni una servilleta Las tapas de los enchufes estaban todas flojas Una rejilla del patio tenía dolor muy feo Muy mal manteniendo Una pena

La localización cerca de la estación de tren, puesto que nos permitió visitar los lugares de interés en este medio de transporte. También la cercanía de una calle peatonal con restaurantes con buena relación calidad/precio. La habitación y el baño son amplios.

Cambiamos este alojamiento por otro porque no tenía aire acondicionado. Aunque este sí lo tiene, no funciona cuando se necesita. Contactamos con la gestora para que nos ayudara a conectarlo y funcionó, pero las siguientes veces volvió a pasar lo mismo. La habitación era amplia, pero era una planta baja-sótano y estaba húmeda. Tienes la sensación de que todo está húmedo. La terraza no es agradable, es un patio de vecinos y no la utilizamos nunca. No vuelven a limpiar hasta que te vas. El tercer día nos ofrecieron una limpieza superficial y toallas, y una limpieza completa el día antes de irnos, cuando ya no nos hacía falta. No había elementos que serían necesarios para una estancia de una semana, como vasos, copas, un abridor de botellas, platos y cubiertos. En nuestro caso, como salíamos muy temprano, necesitábamos desayunar en la habitación. El baño es amplio pero húmedo, y necesitas tener la ventilación activada. Las toallas no llegan para una estancia de 7 días. El precio nos pareció muy elevado para las condiciones obtenidas. Nos avisaron que tendríamos que bajar la basura el día antes de irnos, lo que no está anunciado en Booking y no es razonable, nosotros tuvimos que desayunar antes de salir para el aeropuerto muy temprano y, evidentemente, no nos correspondía hacer la limpieza.
