We left our bags at the hotel and went out to explore Milan. Inside my backpack, I had my passport with €50 tucked inside it. While we were gone, SOMEONE FROM THE STAFF RUMMAGED THROUGH MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS! The money was stolen right out of my passport! Unfortunately, I only noticed this after I had checked out and left, so I couldn't confront them on the spot. But this is completely unacceptable! This isn't just bad service—this is theft. If you value your belongings, money, and peace of mind - DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES and avoid this hotel altogether. Zero security and zero trust in the staff.

El colchón de la cama de matrimonio estaba un poco hundido del lado derecho y era incómodo por ello. El tener una cama supletoria porque era habitación para tres personas, hacía que no pudiera tener buen acceso a la zona de armario. Y si movía para acceder a esa zona, no tenía paso hacia la terraza y el otro lado de la cama. Pero aún así, estuve bien. Solo es un dato que tendría en cuenta.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Het bed van mijn eenpersoonskamer was erg ruim. Verder had de kamer alles wat ik nodig had. De ontvangst was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Toen ik eerder arriveerde om bagage af te geven, kon ik direct inchecken.
De gang is best gehorig, dus helaas werd ik in de vroege ochtend gewekt door (de kinderen van) andere gasten. Dat is overigens niet iets waar de beheerder iets aan kan doen.

Our room had a balcony which was a special bonus as we were able to enjoy a cup of coffee there in the morning.

Lítið herbergi og aircon virkaði ekki sem skildi en hann kom með viftu. Allt leystist vel.

La doispozitie fierbator si aparat de cafea. Deasemenea foarte utile canile si tacamurile lasate in camera. Un balcon de care ne am bucurat tot sejurul micut dar foarte util pentru micul dejun si cinele tarzii cu un pahar de vin italienesc.

Reviewed May 14, 2026The proprietor looked after us superbly, from the moment we arrived. The hotel is brilliantly located, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and the central station. The accommodation, with lift access, is first class, with every amenity you might need. Rooms overlook the street or central courtyard, so you are not restricted to airconditioning which is there as well. The rooms are clean - impeccably so.
We liked everything. There is nothing to dislike

Reviewed May 7, 2026It was in a great location, easy walking distance to the train station. Felt very safe, you are behind multiple locked doors. There was a lift which was nice because I had a leg injury.
It was Milan during the Olympics so I understood there were not many choices and it’s an expensive city. It was fine, but in my opinion not worth the price (again, during the Olympics so it might have been more expensive than at a normal time). It did feel a little like a dorm. There was almost no soundproofing from the hallway, so you could hear every word of a conversation if someone was outside your door (or coming home drunk). The mattress was a bit hard for my taste.

I arrived several hours before the check-in time, but the host very kindly allowed me to drop off my baggage while the room was being prepared for me. The room is small, but surprisingly well designed and furnished. A window opens to the courtyard, so it was pretty quiet even though the building is located on a busy street. There were a coffee maker and an electric kettle. The apartments also feature a fully equipped bathroom. I had everything I needed.

Had to pay city tax is cash, thank goodness we brought some. Outdated check in system where he hand writes your passport information. There is technically AC but we had to ask for him to turn it on. Housekeeping then turned it off after the first day. Mattress was uncomfortable as it was too firm. You have to call 30 minutes before arrival and when you arrive as the doorbell does not seem to work. Also, this is not really a hotel. This means more towards an apartment.
