A atenção e simpatia de alguns funcionários da recepção. Um deles especialmente de muito má vontade

Zimmer ist abgeranzt. Dusche verschimmelt, Bettlaken solala. Empfang sehr unfreundlich, das Frühstück ist eine Frechheit. Dieses heruntergekommene Hotel müsste geschlossen werden.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bed was massive.

Die Klimaanlage machte einen Höllenlärm, das Frühstück hatten wir uns etwas anders vorgestellt, sowohl von der Räumlichkeit, wie auch vom Angebot

O Hotel era próximo aos pontos turísticos e ao aeroporto, possui estacionamento pago a parte, mas tudo estava descrito na reserva.

There's only 1 key per room

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. Our Superior room, however, was very small and is probably better suited for a short stay of a couple of days. The breakfast was below average and could definitely be improved. Overall, a decent option for a brief stay, especially given the convenient location.

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή. Πρόγευμα πήραμε σε πακέτο. Μας έλειψε ο καφές.

Curățenia lăsa de dorit. Se auzea tot prin pereți de la ceilalți clienți, inclusiv când trăgeau apa la toaletă. La micul dejun legumele nu erau proaspete, ca să fiu diplomată.

Frühstück mittelmäßig. Backwaren: eine Sorte trockene Brötchen und Zwieback. 2 Sorten Wurst. Sehr laut !!!!! Kein guter Auftakt in den Tag.

Ottima posizione perché vicino alla stazione e alla metro linea gialla (fermata Repubblica) che porta in piazza Duomo. Pulizia ottima. Accogliente e confortevole, personale cordiale e disponibile.

1) breakfast- this was awful , I don’t know who wrote great words about food but our experience was awful: breakfast is from 7-10 we came at 8.10 and I totally understand that something can run out of because of amount of client - for options there were : cold scrumvle that was less then 1 portion ( there were 2 of us ) and boiled eggs , they were not fresh defenetly , pre made cold sausages- 3 left when we came , warm yougurts , warm juice .AND COFFEE, this was the worst part - you should order at the counter and the ladie doesn’t speak english at all , I said one latte please - she started speaking loudly Italian - I told her I don’t understand, and she was like - okey go coffee , 7 mins later we had warm coffee not a late in a dirty pot . 2) I have alrwady travelled a lot in Italy and I know that sometimes there are taxes , but absolutely every time they prevent you - message , on booking and so .. I had a conversation with stuff about our check in and there was nothing about tax , when we came in they told nothing about it ( there is iPad on the side of reception , with Italian sentences , and some English in the corner about it , but if you have -0,5 or glasses you won’t be able to read it . When we were check out they were like , hi please and payment for tax - that was definitely a surprise and not only for us

Unterkunft teilweise sehr dreckig Haare aufm Bett und stickig, dreckig, Rollladen waren kaputt. Personal super unsympathisch an der Rezeption

Minden teljesen rendben volt. Reggeli is teljesen megfelelő volt a részünkre. Tisztaság, rend ok. Mindenhez közel.

A media hora caminando al centro de Milán, tiene acuerdo con un aparcamiento prácticamente al lado.

La zona de desayuno algo pequeña.

Hotel zlokalizowany blisko stacji metra, 10-15 min. piechotą od dworca. Blisko sklep spożywczy. Bardzo sympatyczny Pan obsługujący śniadania - zawsze uśmiechnięty, bariera językowa nie stanowiła problemu. W pokojach czysto. Wygodne łóżka. Lodówka w pokoju 👍.

Jeden Pan na recepcji - zero uśmiechu, strach podejść i zapytać bo odpowiadał w taki sposób jakby pracował tam za karę, nie odpowiadał na "dzień dobry", zero kultury. Nie podobało nam się, że mimo pozostawienia karteczki "nie przeszkadzać" lub zaznaczenia przy drzwiach na panelu zakazu wchodzenia do pokoju, obsługa i tak wchodziła i sprzątała. Słabo działająca klimatyzacja w pokoju. Śniadania - mało urozmaicone. Wiem, że hotel nie ma wpływu na otoczenie, ale śmieciarki, które zabierały śmieci już przed 6:00 niestety nie dawały spać.

Нормальний готель за свою ціну. Гарне розташування, близько до залізничного вокзалу та в принципі недалеко до центру.

Була пилюка в номері, також потрібно зробити косметичний ремонт у номерах. Сніданок не дуже, краще піти поснідати у кафе

Lokalizacja hotelu jest genialna, wszystkie główne atrakcje w zasiegu 25 min wolnego spacerku. Spokojna okolica, blisko metra. Pokój codziennie sprzątany, czysty, klimatyzacja beż zarzutu.

Śniadania- nie dałabym 1 gwiazdki za te skromniutkie śniadania. Ciasno przy stolikach. Poduszki - nie dało się na nich spać.

Codziennie przemiła Pani sprzątająca dbała o porządek w pokoju. Udogodnieniem była winda, ponieważ pokoj był na 4pietrze. Blisko stacji kolejowej około 10min, jak również spacerkiem około 20 min do Duomo.

Trochę ubogie śniadanie, które przez 5dni wyglądało tak samo. Można by było nad tym popracowac.

> Personal: -unfreundlich (vorallem der Rezeptionist hat uns behandelt wie Tiere als wir in die Stadt gehen wollten hinterhergerufen, gepfiffen und uns mit Finger zurückzitiert, weil wir die Zimmerkarte nicht mit nach draußen nehmen durften) - respektloser Umgang - unzuverlässig > Zimmer: - schmutzig überall Bartstoppeln von Vorgänger auf dem Boden Chips, welche nicht von uns stammen und nach 3 Tagen noch immer an der selben Stelle lagen - Boden war dreckig (es wurde nicht einmal durchgesaugt) - verschimmelte Dusche - bereits beim Check-In Flecken auf der Bettwäsche - stinkend (unangenehm bestialisch riechend aus - sämtlichen Ausgüssen > Verpflegung: - man sitzt dem Nachbarn gefühlt auf dem Schoß (Tisch an Tisch gereiht) - Auswahl sehr klein; meistens leer; wird nicht aufgefüllt - obwohl mehrfach Kaffee bestellt wurde kam dieser nie an - in vermeintlich kostenloser „Minibar“ lediglich 2x 0,5l Wasserflaschen; Kühlschrank verdreckt (braune Brühe läuft an der hinteren Kühlschrankwand innen runter)

The location is ok. Personnel is not ok, very rude receptionist and also the restaurant staff is not too nice. Breakfast is awful, no variety and bad quality for the few items they have. The cleanliness is not great, my first room was dirty, smelly and noisy. The second one after they changed it was better. The biggest minus is the staff, they should not work with people. Policy is to leave the key with them, this is not ok in 2026. I would not recommend this hotel.

J’ai passé mes 2 premières nuits dans une chambre calme et confortable. Après une nuit ailleurs, je suis revenue et la chambre etait plus petite, avec une climatisation bruyante et une insonorisation insuffisante / voisins

Location

First night when i arrived the room had a window that was next to a air conditioning system that made an awful noise. The bed was worn, filled with black hairs from a previous stay. The small carpet next to the bed smelled like sourdough from being used and not washed, the floor was sticky. I called the receptionist and he did not manage to offer another room or clean the room until next day! It was repulsive to sleep in such a dirty room. Next day the other receptionist treated me very bad, he was disrespectful when i asked for another room but i managed to get one. The hotel policy is to leave the key at the reception, very strange. Also to move my stuff into the new room i was asked to let them do it while i was not there. I was asked to pay a city tax even though the booking reservation did not mention it, i assumed it was included in the bill. The food was bland, pastry was very bad, eggs were cold, staff was not nice especially the elderly lady that runs the bar.

First of all it wasn't clean. Sheets were dirty and the room wasn't very clean. The breakfast was very poor, the were serving with bare hands after touching other stuff. The receptionist that was in the morning wasn't polite, only the other receptionists and the cleaning lady were polite.

Hôtel bien situé. Environnement calme. Très propre.

Hay personal muy simpático, resuelve tus dudas y está muy pendiente. La limpieza y los servicios que se esperan. Relativamente cerca del centro, parada de metro al lado.

Otra parte del personal ni se esfuerza en entenderte o contestarte. El desayuno es excesivamente escaso, no había para poder desayunar en condiciones y con variedad.

Goed gelegen wat betreft openbaar vervoer vanczowel metro als trein.

Restaurant-service ontbrak: restaurant naast de deur was gesloten.

Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Das Familienzimmer für 4 Personen für uns vollkommen ok. Die Lage ist zentral und durch eine gute ÖPNV Anbindung optimal für eine Besichtigung der Stadt. Die Mitarbeitenden beim Frühstück waren freundlich und hatten auf Nachfrage glutenfreie Optionen.

Der Nachmittagsportier war unfreundlich.

Czystość w pokoju jest tylko pozorna, sprzątany tzw rynek, wszędzie ogrom kurzu, w fugach w łazience grzyb, przez cały pobyt nie doczekaliśmy się uzupełnienia żelu pod prysznic (mimo zgłoszenia), śniadanie monotonne, kubki nie domyte, pan w recepcji bardzo nadęty i nieprzyjemny, pobranie podatku przy check out

Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, tiszta, kedvesek voltak az ott dolgozók. Ott tudtuk hagyni a táskákat estig

A reggeli finom volt, de nagyon kicsi volt a választék

La chambre était très sale, les murs étaient couverts de poussière et il y avait de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas non plus à la hauteur de nos attentes au vu du prix...
