Reviewed Aug 23, 2026La gentillesse du personnel, l’une des dames parle français, les gens sont très serviable, avec beaucoup de bons renseignements. Tout l’ensemble de l’immeuble est très propre.
La route qui donne accès à l’hôtel est en très mauvais état, même les tuk tuk ont du mal à monter cette route.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Convenient location, around 15 minutes walking distance from the port, and less than 1 dollar by tuk-tuk. The hotel was very clean, and I enjoyed my stay. I stayed for one night before heading to the islands, and it was a good option for that. The staff was very polite, and when I asked for a room on the first floor instead of the second, they kindly changed it for me. The price felt a little higher compared to other hotels in Cambodia, but it seems that this city is generally more expensive. Overall, I can definitely recommend this place.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Es war relativ günstig im Preis. Und das Personal war freundlich. Balkon vorhanden. Zimmer ist groß mit 2 riesigen Doppelbetten. Trotz vorzeitiger Abreise, haben wir Geld zurück bekommen.
Sehr schlechte Lage. Kein Zugang zum Strand, nur über Casino-Hotelanlage. Gegend war unheimlich. Ausstattung der Zimmer sehr spartanisch: kein Schrank, Gartenstühle und Tisch zum sitzen. Durchlauferhitzer in der Dusche sehr gefährlich: Verkabelung frei verlegt. Da Duschkopf defekt , spritzt das Wasser beim duschen auf das Gerät. Das macht Angst. Wenig Pflegeprodukte. Nur ein Handtuch pro Person. Die Klimaanlage ist mangelhaft. Trotz zusätzlichen Standventilator war es unerträglich heiß im Zimmer. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Es ist eine typisch kambodschanische Unterkunft. Die Zimmergöße hat mir gefallen. Check-in und Ausstattung war ok. Es werden Getränke und kleine Mahlzeiten zum Kauf in der Lobby angeboten. Mit meinem Motorrad hatte ich keine Probleme was die Abgeschiedenheit des Hotel angeht.
Optisch ist die Gegend ein Totalschaden, so wie vieles in Sihanoukville. Für eine Nacht fand ich es ok. Ohne Motorisierung wäre man etwas verloren, allerdings ist die Haupstraße nicht weit weg. Beim Einschlafen nervte der Bass von irgendeinem Nachtklub und gleich morgens um 7 ging dann der Baulärm los, typisch Sihanoukville, typisch Kambodscha.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026The guesthouse itself was extremely clean and comfortable and helpful staff. The family of 7 kittens made our stay even more enjoyable. We retreated to the comfort of the guesthouse and the kittens as there was absolutely nothing in Sihanoukville to see or do.
Sihanoukville is not inviting at all. Full of building works, v little restaurants or cafes open to choose from. We struggled to find somewhere to eat at all. Fortunately we only needed somewhere to stay for 1 night to catch a boat from the port.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Meglepő módon minden tökéletes volt. A szoba és a folyosó tökéletesen tisztán van tartva, a szobaajtó alatt sincs rés, így a hűvös nem tud kiszökni, a meleg vagy a bogarak kint maradnak. A szoba tágas, festése és bútorozottsága kifogástalan.
Talán a hűtőszekrény esetében hasznos lehetne, ha a vendégek távollétében is műdödne.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025Quartier en développement en août 2025. Donc rues alentours anarchiques. Notre TukTuk a eu du mal à trouver l’entrée de l hôtel en plus il faisait nuit. Mais l’accueil a été très chaleureux et efficace. Il est situé à 10 minutes à pied du petit port où se trouve le départ pour Kho Rong. Donc idéal pour une nuit si on part vers les îles le lendemain.
Un peu plus de confort dans les chambres peut-être. Mais pour une nuitée c’est déjà suffisant.

No real sheets just a mink blanket. Hole in the wall with mice running through it, woke me up from the scratching. Aircon was leaking on the bed and on my head, making a pool on the floor. No hot water as soon as you put it on it tripped the circuit breaker and loose all lights and power during shower

Reviewed Feb 19, 2025We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are really nice with good aircon, great bathroom, super clean with a fridge and kettle. The staff here are ever so friendly, good wifi. We ordered takeaway food which was good, cheap and easy. People around this area were very friendly. There is a shortcut to the main road here - when you leave the property, turn right and go straight up the steps ahead - it saves a lot of time and you will get to shops / food options. This is a great stop for the train or the ferry to Koh Rong. There is a very nice communal area downstairs for sitting / eating.
