El lloc es una mica per marxar corrents. El checkin es a un pàrquing subterrani, on un guarda de seguretat et dona les claus. L'habitació no estava neta i vam haver d'implorar via telegram que ens donessin dues tovalloles i una mica de paper de váter.

les chambres et la gestion des clients ne sont pas au niveau, mais il faut comprendre la situation particulière de Sihanoukville : la crise immobilière a fait que ce genre d’immeuble moderne est à moitié vide, les finitions des chambres sont bâclées et il n’y a pas de personnel sur place, il est impératif de prévenir le gérant de votre heure d’arrivée car il vous attendra pour vous donner les clés et gérer les difficultés s’il y en a : dans notre chambre, il n’y avait pas de serviette, il est venu rapidement nous apporter deux serviettes roulée en boule. Le robinet de la cuisine était cassé et faisait du bruit, il a proposé de le réparer mais ça ne nous dérangeait pas

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Het zwembad op de 22e verdieping was echt top! Verder had het appartement/verblijf wel alles zoals omschreven in de beschrijving.
Bij aankomst werd er raar gedaan over onze boeking. De eigenaar kon onze boeking niet vinden, maar na een enkele tijd werden we wel naar ons verblijf gebracht. Het is geen hotel, het is een appartement dat wordt verhuurd. Het zwembad is op de 22e verdieping en is openbaar. Ik denk dat alle bewoners van Air appartementen dit zwembad mogen gebruiken. Er is ook een restaurant, maar deze was gesloten. Er is geen receptie of iemand waar je face-to-face vragen aan kan stellen… Het verblijf was niet bepaald enorm schoon. Écht comfortabel was het niet, maar dat is de hele stad Sihanoukville niet. Het was een fout die wij hebben gemaakt om hier een middag en nacht te verblijven voordat we naar Koh Rong door zijn gereisd. We hadden prima vanaf Kampot (met de trein) door kunnen gaan naar het eiland voor één extra, comfortabelere nacht. Niet aan te raden dus!

Dirty bedsheets,dirty towels, staff, reservation issues. I check in early I pay 10$ but still they have issues and they charge extra money from me. I told them the bed sheet smells so bad and the towel is also not clean they were n't even ready to change it.

청소안해서 방안에 쓰레기가 굴러다니고, 욕실은 곰팡이에 세면대도 거의 막혀있고, 오래된 건물이라지만 침대에 냄새도 최악. 아무리 싸게 내놔도 청소는 해야하는거 아닌가?

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Infinity pool. 22nd floor. Very good and unobstructed view of the sunset. Bear in mind that the management are particularly sticky about using the elevator while in wet clothes. And swimwear only for swimming pool. Failure to comply? An immediate $50 fine. Rooftop has a nice cafe cum bar oozing chillness with buddha bar-like tunes.
Condo unit. Booked a unit with 2x queen beds. Got a room with 1 queen & bunk bed instead. Sofa bed wasnt comfortable to sit in, nevermind sleep in. The mattresses on bunk bed and sofa bed had seen better days. Cushions looked like they have not been washed for a while. Unit had a big fridge, but no kitchenette. Unit was supposed to fit 4 people, but had only 2 cups to make coffee. And 2 small mineral water bottles. Plug / power sockets : only 3 in a big unit supposedly meant for 4 people. One was already in use by the fridge. Air conditioner was cooling, but insufficient to cool the whole room - especially when it was facing the afternoon/evening sun. Woke up several times at night sweating (AC was set at 16, full power) The sunset view at the infinity pool saved it from getting the lowest rating.

There was no reception desk, and when I called the staff for assistance, they spoke very rudely. I had already paid for the room through Booking.com, but I decided not to stay there. I was worried that if I spent the night, I might end up having my kidney stolen.
This hotel is completely unsuitable for staying in.

Byl jsem zde jednu noc, jako přestupní bod na Koh Rong je to fajn. Tuk tukem je to do přístavu 5minut, centrum 10minut. Supermarket je nedaleko. Bazén je samozřejmě super 😀👍

No one is there to find out how to gain access to the apartment. You are literally just stood in a dark car park, no answer from any contact attempts by phone, email or WhatsApp. Very poor, eventually after maybe 30-40 minutes a man from an unrelated business agreed to try & contact someone on our behalf. A lady did then appear & took us to our room. Not sure what would have happened if that business was closed! The apartment wasn’t particularly clean, there was a very nice fridge, washer & kettle but no other facilities eg cups or cutlery to even prepare the 2 coffees they provided. Overall very poor accommodation & communication, I would say avoid at all costs
