Très difficile de se faire comprendre en anglais. Travaux à côté de notre porte dès 7h du matin, donc impossible de dormir par la suite. Chambre vendue avec télé, mais en réalité, inutilisable sans avoir un pc portable. Impression de dormir dans un bunker.

Wij wilde lekker een hapje eten en dat kon zei de Jongen achter de bar. De kaart is beperkt maar prima voor nu. 3 hamburgers met friet, kip met friet, pannenkoeken met honing en gebakken rijst met beef. Helaas, er zijn geen hamburgers. Oké, dan maar kip. Alleen kip voor 1 portie, niet voor 4. Dan doe maar alleen friet. Pannenkoeken bakken lukte niet, dan nog maar meer friet. Beef voor de rijst is er niet, oké dan maar met kip. Oja, de yoghurtdrank die was besteld lukte ook niet want er was geen yoghurt. De kip die bij de friet werd geserveerd was denk ik drie dagen geleden al gefrituurd en lag te wachten tot iemand deze zou bestellen…… de friet en de rijst waren oké. Na het ‘eten’ zijn de jongens bij het winkeltje aan de overkant een paar zakken chips wezen halen. De jongen achter de bar, tevens de kok, heeft hard zijn best gedaan. Bleef vriendelijk en rende hard. Ondertussen was hij ook met zijn baas aan het bellen omdat onze airco het niet deed en dat heeft hij ook nog opgelost. Kamers waren prima, locatie niet bijzonder. Eten moet je hier niet willen doen. Ze hebben wel een hele lieve Tuktukchauffeur, daar zijn we wel een beetje van gaan houden!!

Reviewed May 6, 2026An dieser Unterkunft gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Betten sind bequem, es gibt sogar Doppelbetten, was nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen, und man kann eigentlich alles direkt vor Ort organisieren – egal ob Weiterreise oder Touren, es wird einem unkompliziert geholfen. Shampoo und Duschgel sind ebenfalls vorhanden, und insgesamt ist alles sehr sauber. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen – vor allem für den Preis ist es wirklich perfekt!

Possibilité de Pick Up gratuit à partir de la station de bus. Espace commun agréable avec hamacs et table de billard. Possibilité de prendre une douche après avoir rendu la chambre.
Déjeuner proposé sur place un peu cher.

Les chambres sont très grandes très propres et la literie est vraiment confortable. Il faut à manger sur place si vous avez besoin et ont de très belles excursions à proposer, je les ai toutes faites. Rapport qualité, prix génial.

Les chambres sont incroyables, beaucoup plus grande que la normale, c’est très propre et vous pourrez manger sur place si besoin, ils font la cuisine.

There is a place called Le Cabaret Vert where you can refresh in their pool for a 6-10$ food/drinks at 400m
Very very poor wifi for the 3 days we were there, shared toilets could have been cleaner. No gate, fence, night reception and a random dude tried both upstairs doors around midnight (make sure you lock yours) ;)

El aire acondicionado no lo encienden a la hora que tienen establecida en los papeles informativos que hay colgados por el alojamiento, se lo tienes que pedir, sino no lo encienden, y lo apagaron horas antes de la hora que tienen establecida en los papeles informativos. Las motos en este alojamiento las alquilan por días, no por 24 h, así que si llegas a partir del mediodía, mejor ir al lado de Central Markt a alquilar una moto, ya que allí sí que las alquilan por 24 h. En el hostal me dijeron que alquilaban las motos por 8£/día. Yo la pedí a partir de las 14 h y me dijeron que eran 6£/día y tenía que devolverla antes de las 22 h. Al lado de Central Markt las alquilan por 8£/día durante 24 h.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Für den Preis ist das Hotel absolut in Ordnung. Es wurden Touren angeboten, man wurde kostenlos vom Bus abgeholt.
Es liegt doch ein wenig außerhalb zum Zentrum. Man muss ca. 20 Minuten über teilweise sehr staubige und dreckige Straßen laufen. Mit dem Tuk Tuk ging es aber immer sehr schnell. Morgens wurden wir leider von Baulärm geweckt, nicht schön. Und das Restaurant ist OK, ich würde aber empfehlen im Zentrum zu essen. Dort ist es zum Teil günstiger und besser.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Lit confortable et propre Check in jusqu'à assez tard le soir donc pratique (22h il me semble) Le jeune homme de l'accueil adorable ! Le restaurant dépanne bien. Nous avons eu une bonne expérience avec la location de scooter. Pensez bien à prendre une vidéo du scoot quand on vous le donne. Nous avons également réservé notre transport auprès de l'hôtel avec pick up a l'hôtel pour le même prix que le bus en ligne.
La nourriture n'était pas très régulière (certains plats étaient ok d'autres assez mauvais). La déco est vraiment très moche dans les chambres. Le choix de casques très limité pour le scooter. C'est tout de même assez loin du centre ville, ça se fait mais c'est pas the place to be.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Es gibt genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Man kann über das Hotel Ausflüge, Bus-Tickets usw buchen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Hof gibt es einen Außenbereich zum sitzen. Sie haben einen sehr guten Kaffee (ähnlich wie vietnamesischer Kaffee)
Anscheinend wurden vorher kleine Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Im Bad waren am Waschbecken Brösel von getrockneter Farbe, und am Boden kleine Plastikteile (von Kabeln) zu finden. Das hätte man noch entfernen können. Ansonsten war es sauber.

Not a big deal but it was awkward. I arrived and they told me they didn't know what time they were expecting me. I messaged them twice in 24 hrs with no response but they didn't see it. I asked if I can check in at the time or can I leave my baggage somewhere. They said you can check in earlier if they upgrade me to a larger room, but I promise not to use the air condition, because I paid for a fan room. (I didn't want the air condition anyway, wire book the room with a fan, but the guy let me in and took the remote.)

Le service est assez lent côté snack. L'emplacement assez éloigné des lieux d'intérêt. Dommage pour le service de linge : pas de repassage, et certains vêtements étaient encore sales.

The food isn't the best at the in-house restaurant, and the location is a bit far out. The showers could really be improved, especially the lighting, it kept on going off while I was trying to take a shower

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025A lovely stay in Battambang here. The staff were amazing, really helpful and kind. They organised a pick up from the bus station for us and we ended up booking a day tour with the Tuk Tuk driver and we had the most amazing day with him. He went above and beyond to show us his home city and told us so much about his own life growing up here it was a pleasure. A highlight of our trip. So thank you!
It was quite basic but that is to be expected for the price. The room we stayed in had no window which don’t bother us but the random lights from plugs and bulbs made it harder to sleep. Not really to much of an issue and would still stay here again!

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025room was very clean and spacious. Property was very clean with plenty of peaceful public sitting areas. Staff was very attentive and pleasant...even when I woke them up at 5am to open the gate so I could leave.😁

Reviewed Nov 11, 2025Très bon accueil, personnel très sympathique. Rapport qualité prix très bien. Le restaurant bar snack est un vrai plus: la nourriture est bonne et variée avec des prix abordables. Idem pour les services tuk tuk à prix hyper compétitifs pour les sorties. Bien placé.
