Free upgrade. Amazing Idris is an amazing guy!

The host was very helpful and accommodating. We reached very late and still he came to pick us from the main Street. Helped us park the car and helped with the luggage. Changed our room to ground floor as I was travelling with elderly parents and was with heavy luggage. Also offered a free of cost separate extra room. Kept our luggage after check out free of cost. The breakfast was really good. The place is beautiful. Great value for money. Other places were double as expensive and half as pretty.

The bathroom is very small but most riad are similar as they are not hotels and are not made as hotel. They are more like home stay. The toilet ventilation is also not the best. The host was lovely but my advice would be not to take suggestions regarding guide and restaurants, etc. Anything suggested outside the riad was not good and overpriced such as restaurant and the guide left us half way.

Nostalji bir yapımı var avlusu çok havadar. Duvarlarında odalarında yerlerde her yerde El işçiliği mükemmel herşeyi ile eşimle kusursuz bi konaklama geçirdik. Personel olarakta idris abi vardı içeri girerken Morocco çayı ile misafirperverlik yaptı. Sadece morocco çayı değil nerede gezebileceğimizi neye dikkat edeceğimizi nerede güzel yemek yenir hangi cafede içecek içilir, saat ne olursa olsun bir mesaj kadar yakınımızdaydı. efendi saygılı dürüst yardımsever biri. Otelin kahvaltısı gayet güzel taze sıkılmış portakal suyu kahvesinden çayına hepsi mevcuttu. Birdahiki Fas’a gelişim olursa direk idris abi neredeyse biz ailecek oraya 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Tam Fas havasını yansıtan bir tarzda riad. Her detayı çok ince düşünülmüş. Odalar çok geniş. Kahvaltısı çok lezzetli. İDRİS bey çok ilgili çok yardımsever. Herşeyimizle ilgilendi. İDRİS bey çok profesyonel, sadece riad içinde değil dışarda da bize yardım etti para bozmadan şehirde nerelere gezeceğimize yerde yemek yiyeceğimize kadar anlattı. Otel gibi değil evimiz ve abimiz gibiydi. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.🙏🏻🙏🏻

Très beau riad, chambre spacieuse et est très bien placé dans la ville afin de se balader dans la médina. De plus le petit déjéuner est délicieux et surtout un grand merci au personnel de l'établissement qui est extremement gentil et disponible!

Sicuramente la posizione è eccellente, molto vicina alla Medina ma in una zona tranquilla. L'host è stato sempre disponibile a risolvere alcuni disguidi e trovare una soluzione.

Forse la mia camera non era tra le migliori, qualcosa andrebbe sistemato, soprattutto nel bagno che è un po' lasciato andare. Ma tutto sommato per tre notti e per il rapporto qualità prezzo è valido

I absolutely loved everything about Riad Arabella. The riad is beautiful, peaceful, very clean, and full of authentic Moroccan charm. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure I felt comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the medina. It truly felt like a special and relaxing experience.

My room was incredible — extremely comfortable, spotless, and beautifully designed. Every detail of the decor felt elegant and authentic, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere.

Nettes Personal, die Lage war auch sehr gut nahe Straße, das Riad war sehr schön. Betten waren bequem und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Vor allem der Geruch der aus der Toilette gekommen ist, hat den Aufenthalt um einiges verschlechtert. Unser Zimmer war nur mit einer dünnen Wand/Tür die teilweise aus Glas bestand von dem Eingangsbereich/ Frühstücksbereich getrennt. Durch lautes Reden bis 2 Uhr morgens wirklich nicht erholsamer Schlaf und wenn man gerne ausschläft auch laut durch die Menschen die schon etwas früher Frühstücken. Ist wahrscheinlich normal aber hatten wir nicht auf dem Schirm.

Am meisten hat uns die Herzlichkeit der Riad Besitzerin gefallen und die Fürsorge die sie mir und meiner Freundin (die krank war) entgegengebracht hat. Auch das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber, gemütlich und mit einem Fenster nach außen sehr angenehm gestaltet! Das Frühstück war lecker und ausgiebig und die Lage hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen da man schnell in den vielen kleinen verwinkelten Gassen der Medina ist aber dann doch das Riad in einer ruhigen Gasse hat und sich in Ruhe ausruhen kann!

Property exceeded our expectations. Our room was huge, very well decorated with incredible high ceiling (approx 07/08m high). From check-in to check-out, everyone was very thoughtful and welcoming, a big thank you to the whole team of the Riad Arabella !

Location is not directly within the Medina, or not exactly near major attractions. It does however help to reach it by car/taxi. Breakfast was also nice but nothing outstanding. still for the price, we are very happy about our stay.

Riad ligt in een goede buurt vlakbij place rcif. 4 persoons kamer, 1 heel groot bed en 2 1-persoonsbedden. Prachtige hotel kamer met airco/verwarming op de eerste etage. Mooi dakterras. Fijn ontbijt! Abdul was een zeer prettig persoon. We kregen de sleutel van de buitendeur zodat we ieder moment naar binnen konden. Lekkere warme douche met dikke handdoeken en douche producten.

Badkamer was klein maar voldoende. Je kunt er echter geen kleding neerleggen. Verwarming werkte niet goed of niet snel. Bleef best lang koud. Gelukkig hadden we overdag prachtig weer.

The bathroom is dated but then again, it is a Riad. There was a smell coming from there maybe bad drainage but again, it is an old Riad with i’m sure beautiful history. Staff accommodated our coming in late but would have been better to just give us a key for convenience. We did have a key to our bedroom though.

I felt unable to let my guard down, and wouldn't recommend it to solo female travellers. When I followed the signs to a restaurant, I had a scary interaction with a guy on moped in a dark alleyway who demanded my attention. I asked one of the guys, Mohamed, who work at the riad for advice who responded that he had told me not to talk to people around here (I didn't) and proceeded to ask if I wanted him to book a trip to the Atlas Mountains. I didn't, especially not after talking to another guest who went on the same walking tour of the city which was recommended by Mohamed after I asked but which I turned down after he quoted me €40. Apparently, it was a shopping tour which feels disingenuous as this wasn't stated, unlike the other guide I went with in the end who was very explicit about the type of tour (history of Fès). I left a day early. Mohamed offered a refund for the final day which was unexpected and generous so I asked him to deduct the city tax from it, and I asked if he could give me the difference in cash. I wasn't very surprised in the morning when his colleague told me that Mohamed asked for my PayPal for the refund. I did enquire about it a couple of days after and no response. To be clear, I didn't expect or request a refund but when offered, I'd expect the riad to make good on their promises. He also claimed that I hadn't paid but backed off when I was able to show the payment confirmation. I don't know how booking handles the payments but I can say that every interaction felt uncomfortable and by the sounds of other reviews, these practices appear to be a recurring thing. Fes certainly is an interesting city but I would not recommend the riad.

Come sentirsi a casa, siamo state accolte benissimo… lo staff era molto disponibile e raccomandiamo il ristorante: ci sono due signore che cucinano benissimo cibo marocchino. La proprietaria del Riad è una signora molto disponibile e accogliente, raccomandiamo al 100%

Unica pecca, se si va di inverno, la corte centrale per colazione e cena è un po’ fredda e lo split di riscaldamento nella camera non riscalda bene l’ambiente; per dormire, però le coperte sono sufficienti e i letti molto comodi

posizione ottima, stanza gigante. siamo arrivati la sera e abbiamo chiesto di cenare lì: la migliore cena che abbiamo fatto a fes!! le colazioni sempre buonissime e abbondanti, i ragazzi dello staff super gentili e disponibili. abbiamo chiesto di fare un hammam e ci hanno fatto venire a prendere da un signore che ci ha portato in un hammam in centro alla medina stupendo. dovessi tornare a fes tornerei senza dubbio da arabella!!!

siamo stati qui in inverno, fuori stagione. eravamo tipo gli unici ospiti. la stanza molto grande non era stata riscaldata prima e ci ha messo un giorno per arrivare a una temperatura accettabile…consiglio di chiedere prima di riscaldare la stanza

We reserved 2 rooms and arrived to find the rooms immense. About 5m high ceilings and very spacious floorplan. The riad was comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The host was very good. It even had a rooftop terrace to get some air.

Très beau Riad et staff très attentionné. Le lit est très grand pour deux c’est très agréable.

Le chauffage (la clim) ne fonctionnait pas trop mais un technicien est venu checker et un chauffage d’appoint nous a été prêté.

Man fühlt sich sehr wohl hier. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich und helfen einem bei allem was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind super, das Essen ist sehr lecker.

L’établissement est parfaitement situé car dans la médina mais au calme loin du tumulte. Vous passerez des nuits paisibles contrairement à d’autres Riad. La literie est parfaite. Le personnel y est tellement accueillant et gentil. Ils sont vraiment au petit soin pour vous. La nourriture y est incroyable, n’hésitez pas à y prendre votre dîner c’est vraiment délicieux. Le Riad est également magnifique avec une terrasse agréable.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix, cuisine excellente (petits déjeuners et dîners), riad convivial et bien situé dans la Médina, personnel aux petits soins durant tout notre séjour.

La amabilidad de Yousef y de todo el personal hicieron de mi estancia una experiencia maravillosa. Me recibieron con el tradicional té de menta y unas galletas de almendras exquisitas. El desayuno era delicioso, una mezcla entre comida típica marroquí con toques internacionales. El Riad es bellísimo, los detalles tradicionales te dejan sin habla. Lo recomendaría sin lugar a dudas y volvería a hospedarme en una próxima ocasión

Great location and very comfortable! The family running it are lovely and were super helpful, they even helped me with my Sahara desert tour booking and transfer to Marrakesh. The rooms were comfortable with aircon and nice mattress and bedding. Breakfast each morning was a nice touch also.

It was relatively easy to find, not like most riads. The staff member Youssef I met was absolutely amazing. He made my stay fantastic, going out of his way to help out any way he could. The place was absolutely fabulous as well, having all the facilities one needs. Everything was very clean.
