The host- big boss Abdul jr.-was very generous, he took care of everything for us. He set up a guide for Medina tour and arranged a trip to Chefchauen for us. You could probably get both for slightly cheaper, however the comfort of getting certified guide who can actually speak English and pick up from riad was definitely worth it. If you are not familiar with Morrocco and Arabic world in general, I strongly recommend letting Abdul manage your trips. It will save you time, stress and money eventually.

There was slight bad scent in the room, however from what we have seen on Booking it is common issue here in Medina. Also slightly harder beds but good sleep overall

Tout était sublime : le cadre, l’ambiance, le charme des lieux et surtout l’accueil qui nous a été réservé. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Abdellah, qui a été aux petits soins avec nous du début à la fin. Toujours présent, disponible, souriant et attentif, il a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Il a fait le nécessaire pour que nous ne manquions de rien et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Franchement, une très belle expérience, un endroit magnifique et un accueil exceptionnel. ❤️ Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Riad Fès Ghenoun pour ces quatre jours inoubliables. Fas’ta kaldığımız bu riad, seyahatimizin en güzel deneyimlerinden biri oldu. Özellikle Abdül Jr.’a ayrı bir teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Daha ilk günden itibaren güler yüzü, samimiyeti ve yardımseverliğiyle her konuda yanımızdaydı. Fas’a geldiğimizden beri kendimizi en rahat ve güvende hissettiğimiz yer kesinlikle burasıydı. Abdül, Fez’i gerçekten çok iyi biliyor. Gezilecek yerlerden yapılabilecek aktivitelere kadar her konuda ona gönül rahatlığıyla danışabilirsiniz. Ayrıca aracıları aradan çıkararak güvenli ve sorunsuz bir şekilde araç kiralamamıza da yardımcı oldu. Sayesinde hem işlerimiz çok kolaylaştı hem de tatilimizin keyfini çok daha rahat çıkardık. Sevgili Abdül, güler yüzün, enerjin ve samimiyetinle tatilimizi daha eğlenceli, rahat ve güvenli hale getirdiğin için sana çok teşekkür ederiz. Seni tanımış olmaktan gerçekten çok mutluyuz. Ayrıca kahvaltımızı hazırlayan ve mutfakta çalışan hanımefendiye de ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz. Her şey çok lezzetliydi ve kendisi de son derece tatlı ve ilgiliydi. Kısacası, Fez’de kendinizi evinizde gibi hissedebileceğiniz, güvenle kalabileceğiniz harika bir yer. Biz çok güzel anılarla ayrıldık ve gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyoruz. ❤️

Abdel Junior is really nice, he helped us getting from the parking to the hotel. Told us a great story about fes and recommended us some places but als let us free to choose. The riad was in a really classic authenthic wat designed. Great place to start your trip near the medina The room was perfect with airconditioning working, extra towels and a clean bed. Abdel junior thank you for providing us with the perfect breakfast and extra’s. Next time we will for sure come back

Abdul Junior was our host at this Riad. He was so attentive, talkative and welcoming. Anytime we needed anything he was willing to help and find a solution for us. The rest of the workers at the hotel were nice, the location is very centric and close to the Medina, and the food they serve is very yummy. If you are looking for a nice quality-price deal, this is the place.

Riad traditionelle avec excellent rapport qualité /prix ! Vous ne.pourriez pas trouver mieux! C'est très calme (loin de l'agitation de la médina) très bien situé pour explorer la veille medina. La chambre est propre équipe d'air conditionné et lit bien confortable. Riad familliale et Tout est fait tout pour que vous vous sentiez comme à la maison. Abdul junior super sympa et il est la pour rendre votre séjour doux et agréable car il se soucie de chaqune de vos demandes ou besoins. Il est super sympatique et gentil et souriant tout en restant respectueux... J'ai du quitter le riad très tôt le matin et Abdul s'est chargé de me laisser un petit déjeune à emporter. La.dame qui entretien le riad est d'une gentillesse incroyable et sert le petit déjeuner pour que vous vous sentiez servie comme votre propre maman :-)! Choukrane ❤️ ! Si je reviens à Fes cest sur que je reviendrai dans ce riad. Le petit déjeune est simple mais bon et suffisant et si vous souhaitez quelque chose Abdul junior fera tout son possible pour l'apporter .le rooftop est magnifique avec une vue sur El.Borj sud et vous pourrez y chiller le soir pour se reposer et admirer la superbe vue au calme

La vera attrazione di questo luogo straordinario ha un nome: Abdul Junior. Questo ragazzo adorabile di 22 anni ha fatto della nostra soddisfazione durante il soggiorno una vera missione di vita. Ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa, ci ha accompagnato fisicamente nei luoghi che ci ha consigliato, ci ha organizzato un tour guidato ed una esperienza in Sua 5 stelle a prezzi accessibili e di livello eccellente. Ci ha organizzato una cena privata in terrazza straordinaria, al tramonto. Le camere sono bellissime e super spaziose, colazione abbondante e di qualità, pulizia eccellente. Insomma, organizzazione perfetta. Grazie Abdul Junior. Torneremo a trovarti.

J’ai passé 3 nuits au Riad Dar Guennoun et mon séjour a été excellent. Abdul Jr et toute l’équipe étaient très accueillants et vraiment sympathiques. Abdul Jr demandait toujours si j’avais besoin de quelque chose ou si je souhaitais changer quelque chose dans la chambre, comme les serviettes ou les couvertures. Le service était vraiment attentionné.

Posizione, camera spaziosa e pulita, staff (Abdul jr.) molto disponibile e puntuale. Ci è venuto a prendere al punto di incontro concordato e ci ha fatto parcheggiare praticamente a due passi dal Riad. Ci ha fornito una guida che parlava italiano per girare la Medina e visita alle concerie.

Pranzi o cene possono costarvi più del soggiorno anche se la qualità è Mdavvero buona cucinate direttamente dalla mamma di Adbul.

My friends and I absolutely loved this riad. It is located in the heart of the old Medina of Fez, yet away from the noisy streets, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Our rooms were beautiful and authentic, with a sitting area, bedroom, and private bathroom. Everything was wonderful, and we really appreciated the included breakfast and convenient laundry service. The terrace offers an amazing view of the old Medina and the mountains. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to assist us. We also used the taxi service for our large group, which was especially convenient as it was our first time in Fez. There are many great rooftop restaurants, pharmacies, and shops nearby, which is very convenient. We will definitely come back! The prices are very reasonable for the quality and service. Most importantly, we always felt safe and well taken care of. We are truly grateful to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Expérience décevante

Malheureusement, notre séjour dans cet établissement a été très décevant et je ne le recommande pas. Dès notre arrivée, une mauvaise odeur était présente à l’extérieur de l’établissement. Les meubles situés à l’entrée sont également très usés et donnent une première impression peu soignée. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre longtemps devant la porte, car aucun concierge ou réceptionniste n’était présent pour nous accueillir. Lorsque quelqu’un est finalement arrivé, l’accueil était très froid et nous n’avons reçu aucune véritable attention ou formule de bienvenue. Le personnel ne portait par ailleurs aucun uniforme ou signe permettant d’identifier clairement sa fonction au sein de l’établissement. Concernant la chambre, une forte odeur était présente à l’intérieur. Les tapis étaient très sales et donnaient l’impression de ne pas avoir été nettoyés correctement depuis longtemps. La climatisation était également très bruyante, ce qui nuisait au confort. Nous avons aussi été dérangés par du bruit provenant d’un groupe de musique à proximité, notamment des tambours et du hautbois. Un autre problème important concernait la réservation de la Suite Juliette. Selon l'annonce Booking, la suite devait comprendre un lit double et trois lits simples. À notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé seulement un lit double et deux lits simples. Le concierge a ensuite installé un lit d’appoint, mais celui-ci ne correspondait pas à un véritable lit simple tel qu'indiqué dans l'annonce. De manière générale, l'atmosphère était étouffante et le niveau de confort ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. La Suite Juliette est essentiellement une grande chambre et ne présente pas le niveau de confort ou de luxe que son appellation « Riad Luxury Suites » pourrait laisser penser. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Accoglienza all'arrivo. Gentilezza a venire incontro alla nostra necessità di non fare scale (sono troppo strette e ripide), peraltro segnalata in fase di prenotazione, ma che non era stata considerata nell'assegnazione della stanza. Colazione ottima con qualche piccolo margine di miglioramento. Bella la vista dalla terrazza attrezzata in cima alla struttura. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, letto e cuscini comodi. Struttura indubbiamente bella ma molto piena di oggetti di pregio e decori, penso che "alleggerirla" porterebbe un beneficio a chi vi soggiorna senza, comunque, farle perdere il carattere tipico del Dar marocchino. La posizione è vicinissima alla Medina, sicuramente non alla parte più turistica con tutti i pro e i contro che ne conseguono. Disponibilità a organizzare trasferimenti. Soggiornato a mezza pensione per quattro notti, cena tipica ottima ma un po' ripetitiva.

La proposizione a fare visite guidate in lingua italiana con persone che si son rivelate poco preparate a livello linguistico e culturale: la persona in questione è stato più un autista che altro e la visita ha avuto un'impronta principalmente commerciale sebbene a prezzo contenuto. Per un'altra escursione ci è stato chiesto il pagamento anticipato facendo riferimento a contatti con l'ufficio del turismo (?!). Successivamente, avendo scelto di svolgere due attività in autonomia, ci è stato palesato che il prezzo che avremmo concordato col dar sarebbe stato più basso...informazione non richiesta.

La stanza Juliet è davvero spaziosa. Abdul/Google sempre disponibile e sorridente, ci ha procurato un’ottima guida in inglese per visitare la Medina.

La terrazza, forse per il troppo caldo, non era in funzione. La colazione fissa, un po’ ripetitiva e non varia.

Riad Guennoun consigliatissimo. ABDEL è gentile e disponibile. Affidatevi a lui per suggerimenti e spostamenti. Il riad è pulito nello stile marocchino. La signora che prepara la colazione è brava e gentile. Colazione ottima. Bellissima la terrazza per godersi un panorama suggestivo di Fez.

Très bon accueil. L’emplacement est stratégique, à proximité du parking Bab Jdid R’Cif. Le reste du trajet se fait facilement à pied. Le riad est très joli, bien restauré, et l’on ressent pleinement l’authenticité du lieu. Le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel.

The riad is so beautiful and our room (Suite Juliette) was fantastic, couldn't have asked for more. Same with the location, it's in a more chill area but still close to the busy streets. Both breakfast and the lady that cooks it are absolutely lovely, it was a big highlight of our stay. Thanks Abdul for your kindness, we enjoyed talking with you and all your advice :) shukran!

Tout était parfait. Riad propre, authentique, chaleureux. Petit déjeuner excellent. Nous avons pris nos repas du soir au riad et les repas étaient tres bon. La terrasse permet d avoir une vue sur la médina. Très bon séjour grâce à l équipe qui a été aux petits soins pour nous : cuisinière, femme de ménage, chauffeur. Une mention particulière à Abdul junior qui a tout fait pour garantir la réussite de ce séjour. Merci beaucoup

Le Riad est situé au coeur de l’ancienne Medina, ce qui le rend accessible à pied au Souk de Fez. Le personnel était exceptionnel (les deux Abdou) et très sympathique. Ils étaient toujours disponibles pour répondre à tous nos questions et aussi pour nous guider et proposer des bons plans.

A mon avis c’est la meilleure option pour bien découvrir la culture et la beauté de la ville avec le meilleur rapport qualité prix.

J'ai bien aimé l'emplacement et le personnel surtout Abdul junior et Zinab ils étaient d'une grande gentillesse et prêt à rendre service le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux. Je le recommande vivement

This riad is a real hidden gem. Despite being in the heart of the souk, it was easy to find, spotlessly clean, and peaceful. The staff—Abdul Jnr, Zaynib, and Abdul—were exceptional and showed genuine Moroccan hospitality. Airport pickup was seamless, and they even accommodated a late breakfast on my first morning. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with orange juice, tea, pastries, Moroccan bread, jams, and eggs. My room (“Adam”) was comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a seating area, and adjustable lighting. I highly recommend taking Abdul Jnr’s offer of a local guide on your first day—I declined and ended up dealing with unofficial guides and unwanted sales pitches. There are plenty of affordable restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. As a lovely bonus, I was allowed to keep my room until 3 pm on check-out day at no extra charge. This was my best stay in Morocco, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The amenities need a little bit of maintenance but nothing major

Purtroppo la mia recensione è negativa: nel letto c'erano i capelli, sia sulle lenzuola che sui cuscini, glielo abbiamo fatto presente ma, dopo varie spiegazioni, ci hanno dato delle federe e dietro nostra insistenza ci hanno fornito un solo lenzuolo che abbiamo appoggiato sul materasso. L'ambiente è claustrofobico, non si tratta di un vero riad, ma di una guest house senza grossi accorgimenti e scarsa pulizia. La colazione è buona ma la servono alle 8.30, per chi è in viaggio non è un orario comodo, gli abbiamo chiesto se potevamo farla un pò prima perchè ci attendeva un lungo viaggio, la risposta è stata negativa. Non lo consiglio, sicuramente ci sono strutture migliori a Fez.

Molto comoda la posizione, camera grande, buona colazione, Abdul e il suo collega si sono dimostrati gentili, ci hanno indicato un buon ristorante lì vicino e hanno prenotato per noi il taxi per raggiungere l'aeroporto.

Mi è dispiaciuto il secondo giorno rientrare dopo una giornata caldissima e stancante e non trovare la camera pulita (letto disfatto, asciugamani utilizzati la mattina e ancora umidi, bagno con tappeto bagnato...). Il mattino seguente abbiamo chiesto come mai, visto che nella prenotazione è incluso il servizio pulizie giornaliero, ci hanno risposto che loro non entrano nelle camere senza permesso (a saperlo prima!!). Ci è sembrata una scusa ad una loro dimenticanza, però prontamente la stanza è stata messa a posto.

Personnel très aimable et à l’écoute. Emplacement idéal pour visiter toute la vieille ville à pied. À quelques pas de restaurants et de commerces tout en étant très au calme. Belle vue du rooftop et très bon petit déjeuner. J’y ai séjourné avec ma famille et nous le recommandons vivement.

Ottima posizione e colazione

Durante il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti siamo stati costretti a cambiare ben 3 camere. Avevamo prenotato una suite, pagando naturalmente un prezzo superiore rispetto alle altre tipologie di camere, ma al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che era occupata. Per la prima notte ci è stata quindi assegnata una stanza diversa. Il giorno successivo siamo stati trasferiti nella suite prenotata, ma l’aria condizionata non funzionava e risultava impossibile soggiornarvi. Siamo stati quindi costretti a cambiare nuovamente camera. Ci è stata assegnata una stanza all’ultimo piano, molto più piccola, con un bagno minuscolo e il soffione della doccia rotto. Inoltre, durante la notte abbiamo dovuto sopportare continui rumori: bambini che giocavano a pallone e urlavano fino a tarda ora, con la sensazione di averli direttamente in camera. Anche la chiamata alla preghiera delle 4 del mattino, vista la vicinanza alla moschea, era estremamente udibile. Di conseguenza, abbiamo trascorso 2 notti su 3 praticamente insonni. Se avessimo prenotato fin dall’inizio quella camera, probabilmente avremmo accettato qualche compromesso. Tuttavia, avendo pagato per una suite e avendo subito continui disagi e spostamenti, l’esperienza complessiva è stata decisamente deludente.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Das Zimmer war außergewöhnlich und schön groß. Das Riad war etwas versteckt, aber die Kinder auf der Straße waren lieb und haben uns den Weg gezeigt. Der Mitarbeiter Abdul Junior war super freundlich und lustig. Er hat uns nett empfangen und uns jeden Morgen das leckere Frühstück serviert. Das Frühstück war sehr groß, also sein Preis definitiv wert. Die Lage an sich war auch super, sodass man zu Fuß alles erreichen konnte. Zusammenfassend würde ich jedes Mal wieder die Unterkunft buchen bei einem Besuch in Fès.

Un Riad bien situé, proche du cœur de la médina tout en gardant un calme à l'écart de la vie animée de Fès . Des chambres de différentes valeurs ( de la simple chambre à la suite royale), mais qui sont toutes équipées d’excellentes literie, de draps d’une douceur inégalée et bien équipée. Des petits déjeuners et repas très copieux et de bonne qualité. Mais le Must de ce Riad. C’est ABDUL Junior. Un jeune homme toujours souriant et très investit dans son rôle de régisseur. Roi du thé à la menthe, super professeur pour vous apprendre l’arabe, pleins de bons conseils pour vous faire visiter la ville et surtout prêt à parcourir la ville pour vous. Vous êtes malade, vous avez une envie de pâtisserie, pour vos moindres besoins, pas le temps de finir de parler (T’INQUIETE) qu’il est parti vous le chercher et en très peu de temps. Une merveilleuse personne, avec un cœur énorme que l’on est pas prêt d’oublier.

Vous allez prendre des kilos après votre séjour. Tellement vous allez bien et beaucoup manger. Tellement serviable qu’il n’y a rien à dire.

La camera che è stata data non era pulita e la porta del bagno rotta. Abbiamo richiesto il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani perché macchiati e ci sono state date delle lenzuola troppo piccole. Ci è stato detto che il giorno successivo avrebbero sistemato la stanza ma non è successo, anzi non è stata proprio neanche lavata. Il gestore ci ha bussato alle 22 perché si era dimenticato di farci pagare la tassa di soggiorno. Nonostante i tentativi del gestore di essere gentile nel complesso non capisco come questa struttura possa avere dei punteggi così alti

Riad Dar Guennoun memberikan pengalaman Morocco yang sangat autentik di tengah-tengah Medina Fes. Seni bina riad yang tradisional, perincian ukiran yang halus, suasana courtyard yang tenang serta layanan mesra daripada pihak penginapan menjadikan pengalaman ini sangat bermakna. Sebagai seseorang yang meminati seni bina, saya amat menghargai keindahan jubin zellige, ukiran kayu, dan pengalaman ruang yang begitu intim dan unik di dalam riad ini. Lokasinya juga sangat strategik untuk berjalan kaki meneroka Fes El Bali. Terima kasih khas kepada Abdul Jr atas layanan yang sangat baik, mesra dan membantu sepanjang penginapan kami — benar-benar membuatkan kami rasa dialu-alukan seperti keluarga sendiri.

Seperti kebanyakan riad tradisional di dalam medina lama, akses ke lokasi agak mencabar kerana lorong-lorong yang sempit dan laluan berbatu yang tidak rata.

Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war sehr sympathisch und hat sich wirklich bemüht, dass wir zufrieden sind. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir, dass er uns am Tag der Abreise sogar Frühstück mitgegeben hat. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Le personnel de l’hôtel a été exceptionnel, surtout Abdul et Abdul Junior: chaleureux, attentif et toujours disponible. Ils ont vraiment fait la différence et ont rendu notre séjour très agréable. L’emplacement était aussi parfait, en plein cœur de la médina comme annoncé, ce qui permettait de tout faire à pied facilement.

Les chaises sur le rooftop pourraient être remplacées. La vue est superbe ! Sinon, tout était très bien.

Atención impecable y una habitación marroquí preciosa! Me quedé dos noches en el Riad Dar Guennoun y la experiencia fue de diez. Una joya de lugar. La habitación me pareció increíble, súper amplia y con un diseño súper marroquí muy auténtico. El desayuno y el café estaban deliciosos. Abdul y todo el personal te ayudan con todo lo que necesitas y resolvieron todas mis dudas. Me ayudaron a contratar dos guías excelentes: uno para recorrer la Medina y otro para conocer el Palacio Real y la ciudad. También me reservaron el Hammam; me encantó el detalle de que mandaran a un chico al riad para recogerme y traerme de vuelta para no perderme. Totalmente recomendado.

Bellissimo Riad nella Medina di Fes. Atmosfera autentica e suite super comoda e spaziosa. Un ringraziamento anche agli host, molto gentili e che ti fanno sentire a casa. Consigliato!

Sehr schönes Riad im Herzen von Fes. Wir wurden am Parkplatz abgeholt, was wir sehr gut fanden, weil das riad in der medina liegt. Die Zimmer sehr gut und komfortabel eingerichtet. Alles sehr gemütlich und sauber. Zum Abendessen haben wir gute Tips bekommen und dann auch gut gegessen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Alle Wünsche sind erfüllt worden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Abdullah jun. Du bist ein toller junger Mann. Vielen Dank für alles.

Tutto !!!! Complimenti per la pulizia, la gentilezza, abbiamo dormito qua' già una prima notte e ritornare è stato, come tornare a casa. Ti senti coccolata in un ambiente decisamente tipico , la nostra suite Juliet era bellissima,spaziosa e decisamente il tipo di stanza scelto ha fatto la differenza! Posizione ottima a due passi anche dalla strada , dentro la medina , ma comoda per raggiungere mezzi , in due minuti!

Assolutamente nulla !

Tutto !!! Accoglienza e ospitalità in particolare di Abdul Junior, un ragazzo molto , molto gentile e disponibile , sorridente , una vera perla. Inoltre camere e cene buonissime e abbondanti, disponibili per qualsiasi organizzazione, dal taxi, alle escursioni, venite senza dubbi!

Obwohl im Haus zwei männliche Mitarbeiter und eine Frau für die Gäste zuständig waren, hatte man den Eindruck, dass dort nur eine Frau dort arbeitete.. Die Herren der Schöpfung waren eigentlich für das Frühstücksservieren zuständig, ließen sich aber immer erst wecken, wenn man zur verabredeten Zeit am Tisch saß. Ehe sie dann in die "Gänge kamen" waren 15-20 min vergangen. Es schafft auch nicht wirklich einen schönen Morgen, wenn man den Tag mit dem Anblick eines muffligen, verschlafenen Menschen beginnen muss. Zimmer war kleiner als angegeben.

Posizione comoda per girare nel centro città e vicina ai servizi principali (ristorante, farmacia, taxi), ed è molto bello che la struttura sia rimasta tipica nella sua architettura. Accoglienza veramente top e disponibilità del personale davvero encomiabile, bravi!

Avendo una posizione abbastanza centrale, la struttura è soggetta a frequenti disturbi dovuti a passanti per le vie (anche purtroppo fino a tarda notte). La struttura è posta vicino ad una moschea quindi, per chi non è abituato, può essere un po’ traumatico sentire il richiamo alla preghiera al sorgere del sole (con tanto di gallo del vicino che con il suo verso insistente spezza il sonno ogni mezz’ora).

Wir hatten insgesamt einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt, aber was uns besonders in Erinnerung bleiben wird, ist der Service von Abdul Junior. Er war von Anfang an präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Anliegen. Was wir besonders geschätzt haben: Viele Dinge liefen einfach reibungslos, oft schon, bevor wir überhaupt danach fragen mussten. Genau diese kleinen, aufmerksamen Gesten machen am Ende den Unterschied. Man merkt, dass ihm die Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegen. Für uns hat er den Aufenthalt definitiv aufgewertet. Ein besonderer Gruß geht an Abdul – vielen Dank für den großartigen Einsatz!

Todo. Nos dieron a elegir habitación dependiendo de nuestros gustos. Nos recomendaron un sitio para comer. El desayuno exquisito. La amabilidad del personal. Me encanto todo.

Abdul was by far the best property manager I’ve ever met. Gifted with a very warm personalty and a smiley face, he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and enjoyable! He runs the the place like a pro. Thank you Abdul!!!

実はフェズとシャフシャウエンに3日かけて楽しみにしていましたが、食あたりで体調が悪くてホテルの部屋にこもりっきりになりましたが、ホテルのスタッフのAbdui Juniorさんがとても親切に気を使っていただき、お願いした薬を買ってきてくれたり、消化に良いものを用意してくれたりしました。おかげて、無事に乗り切れました。結局観光は何も出来ませんでしたが悪い思い出にならずにすみました。ありがとうございます。

少し回りのノイズがありますが市内なのでしかたないですね。

Très bon établissement , bien situé en entrée de médina avec possibilité de parking tout proche. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Le personnel a été charmant et dévoué, notamment lors d'un léger malaise de madame.

Accès au gîte très compliqué, heureusement que le personnel est venu à notre rencontre. Ta, e de séjour annonce de 3e par personne, mais on a payé 3.85e par personne finalement. Alors que le Riad nous dit que le parking est gratuit, la surveillance

Purtroppo sono stata una sola notte.. un'accoglienza straordinaria come sentirsi a casa?! 😍 la pulizia ineccepibile, colazione ottima .. Abdul Junior è il migliore, gentile, cordiale e super disponibile .. fantastico!!!! Il riad gode di una terrazza con vista pazzesca sulla Medina!!! Tornerò sicuramente!!! Grazie ragazzi!!!!

Un Dar bien placé pour accéder à la médina de Fès. Accueil sympathique et petit déjeuner copieux. De jolis meubles et éléments d'architecture , un beau dar. Une salle de bain assez grande. Des éléments de rangement pour les vêtements appréciables dans la chambre. Surtout une très belle et vaste terrasse avec une jolie vue sur la ville.

Abdul et Abdul junior et madame d'une gentillesse et d'une serviabilité exceptionnelle. Très pro pour le service et l'organisation de promenade. Le lieu est parfait comme situation. Je recommande les yeux fermés.merci
