Reviewed Sep 5, 2026A házigazdák kedvessége mindent felülmúlt! A legjobb fogadtatásban részesültünk, mindenben segítőkészek voltak. Transzfert intéztek mindkét útra ahová ki is kísértek mert egy pár perc sétára tud megállni a kocsi a szállástól. A reggeli is teljesen elegendő és finom volt. A szoba és a riad stílusa nekem kifejezetten tetszett, egyszerű de mégis otthonos és kényelmes. Köszönjük!:)
A megfelelő fürdővíz hőmérsékletének beállítása kicsit nehézkes volt.

Az elhelyezkedése valami gusztustalan. Tele csótánnyal szemétdombbal. A romlott húsok lógnak. Mindenhova oda van szarva. Katasztrófális. Egy életre megutáltuk az egészet! A mosdóból folyt az ürülék, a falak penészesek voltak! A vakolat le volt esve a tusolóban. Botrány

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Molt ben situat a només 2 minuts a peu de la plaça Jemaa el-Fna. Net i molt ben decorat. És un riad encantador.
Esmorzar justet i poc insonoritzades les habitacions. A primera hora del matí uns hostes van marxar i el soroll que feien ens va despertar, tot i que després vam poguer tornar a dormir. L'aigua calenta no dura massa per dutxat-se.

No lo recomiendo.. pasamos un par de basureros para llegar allí, la habitación olía a humedad y hubo música y ruido toda la noche. Además de estar llena de hormigas que subían hasta la cama.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Minden kérdésünkre válaszoltak egyből segítettek, ha valami probléma volt. Nagyon nagy a tisztaság, reggeli nagyon finom volt. Megengedték, hogy az utolsó nap a bőröndjeinket itt hagyjuk, még az utolsó fél órában, amíg vártunk a transzferre le is ülhettünk bent megvárni. Az elhelyezkedése kiváló, pár percre a főtértől.

Das Hotel hat uns ein Taxi vom Flughafen organisiert und wir wurden dann von einem Mitarbeiter des Hotels abgeholt und durch die kleinen Gässchen in unser Riad gebracht. Das war super, um sich am ersten Tag ein bisschen zurecht zu finden. Als wir ankamen wurde uns direkt ein Tee/Kaffee angeboten. Es waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Riad ist sehr schnuggelig und wunderschön eingerichtet mit einem Auge auf Details. Wir hatten unser Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk, demzufolge hatten wir die kleine Dachterrasse direkt vor unserem Zimmer. Wenn man das Hotel verlässt, ist man nur eine Gasse von dem bekannten Platz entfernt. Also alles in allem echt super. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Riad Casa Sophia und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Eigenlijk beviel alles. De prijs wellicht wat aan de hoge kant en geen zwembad (40 graden was het), maar dat wisten we van te voren.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Me and my partner really loved the accommodation. It was very clean (they changed the towels every 2 days and cleaned the room every day). The location is central so it’s really easy to reach the medina and the taxis if you need them. The owner was the most friendly person we met in Morocco. He made sure that we feel very comfortable the whole time. Every day he asked us about the breakfast for the next day and if we had to leave early, he packed us the breakfast for to go. He called a taxi when we needed one and if you need a transport to the airport, he’ll arranged it for you also. If we ever come back to Marrakech, we’ll definitely reserve this place again.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Mi è piaciuto tutto. La struttura è stata ristrutturata di recente. Molto carina, arredata con gusto, possiede una graziosa terrazza. Anche le camere sono ben arredate, bagno con water, bidet e doccia. La posizione è centrale nel cuore della Medina. Nonostante questo è un posto molto tranquillo, lontano dai rumori. L' host è di una cortesia fuori dal comune. Noi siamo arrivati in aeroporto dopo le 20. L' host ha predisposto il transfer ed è venuto ad aspettarci all' arrivo del taxi per accompagnarci alla struttura.

La posizione del riad è fantastica, si raggiungono tutte le attrazioni più importanti di Marrakech in pochi minuti a piedi. Lo staff è magnifico: accogliente, gentile, disponibile. Ali ci è entrato nel cuore!
Quando siamo arrivati lenzuola e asciugamani non erano pulitissimi, ma durante la nostra permanenza bagno e camera sono stati puliti con regolarità :)

Lo staff molto accogliente, il ragazzo alla reception parla perfettamente inglese e francese. Rooftop molto carino. Bagno con doccia tipica dei riad marocchini, ma presente anche il bidet. Colazione marocchina buona. Nel complesso molto valido.
Unica pecca l'insonorizzazione delle stanze, che però è una caratteristica di tutti i riad, perché ci sono delle porte di legno non isolate che danno sull'interno. La stanza era un po' umida con un leggero odore di umidità, ma fornita di condizionatore (caldo e freddo) che poteva ovviare al problema. Tip in più, manca il phon, quindi se il meteo non è dei migliori portatene uno da viaggio.

Best thing was the host who helped us a lot with getting clear that the 3-day trip we booked elsewhere was actually going to happen and that we would be picked up. Finding the riad by using the coordinates in booking.com in google maps will bring you to the wrong alley. Probably better to find the riad in google maps itself to get directions.
Nothing really, maybe the shower head placement on the wall can be improved such that the water goes less to the front.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Dit is echt een top Riad. De mensen zijn super aardig en behulpzaam. We werden zelfs opgehaald van em weggebracht naar de taxi (die kan de medina namelijk niet in). De kamers en de riad zijn heel knus ingericht. Toplocatie. Heerlijk ontbijt. Ik had niet beter kunnen wensen voor onze eerste nachten in Marokko!
Niets! Het was werkelijk top! Een tip voor een eventuele volgende investering: sommige lampen zijn nog van wit licht, de kamer zou nog perfecter zijn als die worden vervangen voor wat warmer/geler licht.

Die Dachterasse war ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und man konnte bis auf die Schneebedeckten Berge sehen. Die Lage ist Top! Vielen Dank! Wenn wir mal wieder nach Marrakesch reisen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier her.
