Dar Antonio

I stayed a few weeks at Dar Antonio and it was amazing! You can really feel the care that Antonio puts into running the hostel. It's located right in the center of the madina, so you're close to everything. The price for a room is really fair as well, so do yourself a favor and book this place!

J'ai vraiment adoré, je suis restée qu'une seule nuit parce que j'avais déjà prévu tout mon voyage mais je serai bien restée plus longtemps. Tout est super, la chambre, la terrasse, les parties communes et Antonio est adorable, moi voyageuse seule je me suis sentie comme à la maison. Merci encore ♥️

La déco est vraiment impressionante, ainsi que le style, l’architecture intérieure. Situé dans un quartier très calme de la ville, c’est l’endroit parfait pour se ressourcer après un long trajet, et de prendre une douche dans une salle de bains qui n’existe nulle part ailleurs.

Un tout petit détail. Il serait bien de pouvoir faire sécher le linge sur la terrasse, sur un fil.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und super gelegen. Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Große Empfehlung!

Najlepszy hotel w jakim byłam w Maroku. Prywatność, mega czystość, idealna lokalizacja w medinie, cicho w nocy, fajny, miły właściciel i piękny riad. Wystrój jest naprawdę dopracowany i jeszcze raz, czysto, pachnąco i przyjemnie. Żal było wyjeżdżać. Byliśmy w lecie, we wrześniu w pokoju na poddaszu, jest wentylator i okno więc jest przyjemnie i komfortowo.

This place is absolutely beautiful, and the owner Antonio is one of the nicest persons we have met in Morocco. The interior is decorated with such care and detail. The facilities are basic but great and it’s fantastic value.

Todo. Hicham es un anfitrión excepcional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Estaba muy limpio y todo el hotel es muy bonito y cómodo. Está al lado de la plaza central pero en una calle tranquila. Repetiría seguro, muy recomendable.

Antonio est très sympathique en plus d'être serviable et a l'écoute. Le logement est super joli et confortable, on s'y sent très vite a l'aise, la vue sur Chefchaouen depuis la terrasse est aussi somptueuse! Je recommande!

Don Antonio, el host, ha hecho de este espacio un lugar acogedor y realmente lleno de energía marroquí; así con sus colores vivos y llamativos. El hostal fue muy bonito, tranquilo y cómodo. Lleno de plantas que le dan mucha vida.

L'allotjament era molt i molt maco, amb atenció als detalls. L'Antonio ha estat molt atent i agradable en tot moment, inclús ens ha parlat en català i ens ha donat recomanacions. La ubicació és molt cèntrica.

Que els lavabos siguin fora de les habitacions, i que l'esmorzar no estigui inclòs en el preu.

Antonio ist ein super gastgeber und die unterkunft ist wirklich extrem schön, sie ist im marrokkanischen chefchaun stiel gebaut, immer wenn wir was brauchten war Antonio sofort für uns da.

L’hôte de la pension, monsieur Antonio, a été très chaleureux dès notre arrivée et nous a conseillé des restaurants et lieux à visiter. La pension est très jolie, propre et calme et se situe au cœur de la médina. Je recommande à 100% !

Piccolo riad nel centro di Chefchaouen. Un interno curato in ogni dettaglio, dai balconcini con le piante alle stanze arredate con gusto ma senza eccesso. Accoglienza semplice e gentile, come sentirsi a casa. Posizione perfetta.

My room was very hot so I left the fan on while I was in the town. when I came back to the hotel, the host told me to turn it off if I’m not in the room because it’s not practical that only Chinese people would do it.

Super Host, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Generell eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

The location was great and easy to find, and the rooms were beautiful. Owner was always around and ready to help, super friendly guy.

L’hôtel était difficile à trouver. Il n’y avait pas d’air climatisé. La fenêtre donnait sur le corridor et la porte pour la toilette permet de voir la silhouette de la personne qui prend sa douche.

Le calme plus l acceuil plus la tranquilité plus la terasse avec vue sur les montagnes contribuent a la serenité de soi et au charme de chefchaouene. Continuer comme ca vous contribuer au bonheur des visiteurs Merci milles fois pour votre ecoute votre disoonibilité et votre gentillesse

A mon niveau et durant mon sejour de 5 jours je pense que je retournerais avec plaisir et sans hesitation a DAR ONTONIO

Para ser nuestra primera vez en el pueblo azul.La cercanía está dentro de la medina imposible perderse. El riad lleva el nombre del dueño.. el dueño siempre está atento por si necesitas algo..una gran y magnífica persona. El riad está decorado como una casa árabe con su patio interior por donde se a cede la los pisos superiores tiene un salón común y una terraza .en la habitación. Cuádruple que es donde estuvimos descansando genial aunque no tenga aire acondicionado no hace falta entra frescor por los ventanucos que tiene aparte baño propio..pero en un piso inferior la gran sorpresa nuestra fue que tiene una cueva donde también te puedes duchar y relajarte ..pese aunque sea común ese baño no se coincide con la gente para su uso y disfrute de la ducha..

Bellissimo Riad in centro, struttura bella e curata, Antonio super gentile e premuroso. Bellissima terrazza con vista. Doccia nella pietra molto suggestiva. Consigliatossimo per una visita alla città.

I choose this hotel is because there is a friendly host Antonio. When I ask Antonio where to find a traditional bean soup ? He reply me it was closed. And when it will be open again and where is it located. No further info. It is so different than all the commons people have left on booking. Antonio is a host with more than 10 years experience in chefschauen with extraordinary high score of 9 on booking. Why he is so different? Oh, because I did not ask where is the good restaurants? So he can walk you to one of the tourist cafe in the plaze. I did not ask how to find a prive transport to another city, so he can get commission for the connection. I found an answer.

Antonio appears a friend guy. He told me he would help anything he could. There is a kitchen, but the coffer maker is placed at top shelf, difficult or impossible to reach. The most important in this kitchen was not even a light to prepare hot water. Each time I need to beg him to borrow me the light. He borrowed to me reluctantly. The second time, he choose to ignore me. A light, only cost very little, why he do not place it in the kitchen to make everything convenient? I did not understand. Oh, he doesn’t like the guests to use the kitchen!but of course, if you ask something related with tourism, he will find you a driver, or a sales of clothing, art, anything related with business. I found extremely uncomfortable in this hostel. There were an eyeswatching at you every mins when you are in the hotel.

Antonio is a great host. Knows a lot of languages, very pragmatical and helpful! good person, awesome Dar, gives you the vibes of the city even inside the riad

家主が会うたびに、シャワーのお湯はでたか？、調子はどう？、体調は良いか？、など気にかけてくれた。チェックインのとき体調が悪い妻に対し先に部屋へ入れて先に休ませてくれた。家主の宿を大事にする精神がめちゃめちゃ伝わる。常にバストイレの清掃、トイレットペーパーの補充がされていて、換気もしっかりしてくれている。キッチンは器具が豊富でなにも困らなく朝夜全て宿泊中は使わせていただいた。快適さ、清潔さ、家主のホスピタリティーに大満足。チェックアウトの際、タクシー乗り場と料金を教えてくれて助かった。建物が入り口から内装まで鮮やかで、見てて楽しく、写真映えもして、素敵だった。シェフシャウエンで泊まるならここをお勧めしたい。

Brilliant location, absolutely stunning residence. The most attractive one we stayed at during our backpacking trip around Morocco. Antonio was really helpful. Rooms were compact but well equipped for a short stay. Decent towels and pillows and hot water in the shower, toilet roll in the bathroom. Bed comfortable. Not things we found at every accommodation. Will 100% stay again next time we visit Chefchaouen. Thanks Antonio!

Nothing to dislike, but light sleepers might want to take ear plugs due to the nature of the building.

Antonio was the friendliest, most considerate, and most helpful host I have ever met. He couldn’t have nicer. The entire house was beautiful and very thoughtfully decorated. I LOVED the Bat Cave shower!

Es gab kein Bad, nur eine kleine Toilette mit der Dusche über dem Klo Es hat furchtbar gestunken.

Antonio was lovely, location was brilliant and very central, very pretty property.

La chambre était un peu sombre et la salle de bain sentait régulièrement les égouts.

El Dar es precioso. Las habitaciones muy bien decoradas con camas un poco duras pero muy cómodas. Los baños muy limpios y con buena presión de agua. Buena terraza. Muy bien situado. El dueño, una maravilla, nos dijo que si al entrar a la Medina, le hubiéramos llamado nos hubiera ido a buscar a la puerta.

Nada, todo genial. Por decir algo, en la pagina de Booking indicaba la posibilidad de desayunar por 3€, y no es así.

Traumhafte Lage mitten in den berühmten blauen Gassen Chefchaouens, aber dennoch nah genug am Altstadtrand, dass man mit Gepäck nicht weit laufen muss – vom Busbahnhof per Taxi und dann nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Gebäude ist innen wie außen wunderschön in Blau gehalten und liebevoll dekoriert. Die Dachterrasse bietet eine beeindruckende Aussicht über die ganze Stadt und lädt zum Austausch mit anderen Gästen ein. Das Herzstück der Unterkunft ist Antonio selbst: herzlich, entspannt und immer hilfsbereit – er hat mir ein gutes Frühstückscafé in der Nachbarschaft empfohlen, beim Koffertragen geholfen und direkt nach der Ankunft einen Minztee aufs Haus serviert. Das Bett war trotz seiner etwas kompakten Länge sehr bequem und mit vielen Kissen und Decken gemütlich ausgestattet. Besonders erwähnenswert: das Gemeinschaftsbad im Erdgeschoss, das an eine Grotte erinnert – ein kleines Erlebnis für sich.

Die Unterkunft ist für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht geeignet – es gibt viele steile Treppenstufen, da die Zimmer über mehrere Stockwerke verteilt sind. Zudem ist das Haus sehr hellhörig; späte Ankünfte anderer Gäste können den Schlaf stören. Ohrstöpsel sind daher empfehlenswert.

J’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. L’endroit est propre, calme et bien organisé. Le prix est raisonnable par rapport à la qualité du service. Franchement, c’était encore mieux que ce à quoi je m’attendais. Je recommande vivement.

Antonio es muy amable y hace toda la diferencia. La posada es muy bonita y hay mucho amor en todos los detalles. La ubicación es fantástica, a dos cuadras de la plaza en la Medina.

Tiene muchas escaleras, pero todo en Chefchauen es así! Si tus rodillas son un desafío, pedile a Antonio una de las habitaciones de planta baja. Otra cosa que no se me cruzó por la cabeza cuando reservé: no tiene baño privado! No fue un problema, solo hubiera sido más cómodo... Pero eso fue mala mia!

The ownwer was a great host he was very helpful. The place was clean and immaculate all the time. Had a refrigerator and a stove. Multip;e clean shared bathroom. The location was easy to find. The roof terrace was nice! The beds were comfortable and so were the b;ankeets for those cool nights in the mountains!

No Microwave was a imconvience but he did have a stove. The stairs were too close together and too high inbetween stepas made going up difficult

部屋はシャウエンを思わせるようなブルーがとても素敵で、魅力的なお部屋でした。 また、宿のオーナーもとても親切で、到着時に道に迷って連絡したところ、すぐに迎えに来てくれました。 周辺は中心地でとても便利ですが、部屋に入るととても静かで、ホテルの壁が厚いからか早朝のアザーンもほとんど聞こえず、ぐっすり眠ることができました。 屋上テラスには居心地の良いソファがあり、散策に疲れたときには休憩がてら戻ってきてしまうほど快適な空間でした。 日中は正面玄関が開いていますが、ホテルを出てすぐの店がオーナーの親族や友人の方々のお店とのことで、セキュリティ面でも安心感がありました。

Antonio is a very kind person and his house is a truly authentic place. In the end, I wanted to stay longer.

Antonio ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Man bekommt sofort ein persönliches Verhältnis zu ihm und hat das Gefühl, dass man willkommen ist. Er ist sehr engagiert und steht für alles zur Verfügung.

Das Frühstückslokal, das er uns empfohlen hat, war nicht großartig. Aber wir haben keinen Vergleich. Wir wissen nicht, ob es woanders besser gewesen wäre.

Мне очень понравилось пребывание тут. С самого момента заселения Антониу был дружелюбным, внимательным и всегда готовым помочь. Номер оказался чистым, уютным. Отдельно хочу отметить удобное расположение, благодаря которому было легко добраться до основных достопримечательностей.

Antonio est très gentil ! L'établissement est très propre 👍 La chambre est très confortable ! La salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée est un véritable hammam !

Antonio the host is so welcoming and friendly. He made us feel instantly at home. The location is fabulous and the Dar is so very pretty with amazing views from the terrace and our room. We arrived as strangers and leave as friends.

Antonio was very welcoming, kind and helpful, he made us feel at home since we arrived. The location is very good, in the center. The room was very cozy, confortable and clean The shared bathrooms were always very clean, te hot water was great. There is a rooftop with a beautiful view. The shared kitchen has everything you need, i appreciate a lot to have a kitchen to warm up water for my mate in the morning 🧉🇦🇷😅

Beautifully decorated traditional house in the medina. Two shared bathrooms, the bathroom at the ground floor is spacious and decorated like a cave. Friendly owner. Upstairs terrace.

The room was small. It was cold in the end of March but we had enough blankets.

Great stay in the medina of Chefchaouen. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The room was just what I needed, comfortable, clean and safe. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Chefchaouen.

nous nous étonnons que booking.com propose ce genre de prestations...peu d'hygiène. malgré sympathique accueil...prestations annoncées ne correspondent pas ..il faudra être vigileant sur ce genre d'offres....l'hygiène est ultra important surtout post covid. il est existe de terribles bactéries....bref déçues malgré joli village de Chefchaouen....

Die Lage mitten in der Medina ist perfekt, um Chafchaouen zu besichtigen. Das Hostel ist wunderschön eingerichtet und jedes Zimmer ist individuell gestaltet. Die Küche war etwas dreckig, aber gut genug ausgestattet, um sich ein einfaches Gericht zu kochen. Die Dachterrasse und der Wintergarten sind sehr schön zum Verweilen.

Es war ziemlich kalt im Zimmer, aber glücklicherweise konnten wir das Zimmer nach einer Nacht wechseln. Die Stufen im Hostel sind teilweise so groß, dass ich nach 4 Nächsten dort Knieschmerzen hatte. Das ist also nichts für Menschen mit Knieproblemen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, aber er schaut sehr genau, wer wann das Hostel betritt/verlässt. Das hat sich manchmal danach angefühlt, als würde er uns kontrollieren wollen.

位置很好，在老城區，離景點都只要走路十分鐘，生活機能很好，附近很多餐廳，因為在巷子，非常安靜。裡面裝飾很典雅，看得出主人Antony 很用心在經營，另外，Antony會努力幫助旅客，除了會事前聯絡，確認旅客抵達的時間外，還會很樂意的和旅客聊天！
