Reviewed Aug 21, 2026El hotel, en general, es un lugar confortable, con espacios bastante bonitos y amplios. La limpieza también era agradable. La posición muy central y cómoda para visitar la Medina de la ciudad. El desayuno, bueno y tradicional, pero la variedad era bastante limitada y no había alternativas más “internacionales” para quienes prefieren otro tipo de desayuno.
Encontramos un aspecto particularmente meno agradable: la falta de agua caliente durante toda nuestra estancia, probablemente debido a un problema con la caldera. Durante dos días no pude ducharme, lo cual fue especialmente incómodo teniendo en cuenta que en Chefchaouen se camina muchísimo durante el día. Un inconveniente de este tipo debería solucionarse rápidamente o, al menos, comunicarse claramente a los huéspedes. Además con una niña de un año ese inconveniente fue pisado.

La chambre individuelle est vraiment petite, heureusement que le Riad a des espaces commun super bien aménagé pour ne pas être enfermé dans un espace extrêmement restreint , sinon pour un peu plus cher, mieux vaut prendre une chambre double.

El hotel tiene un problema principal, el ruido, mira que yo no soy para nada quisquilloso con esto, pero todas las conversaciones de los pasillos y del salon resuenan hacia las habitaciones de una manera increible...incluso los mismos que lo llevan son los que molestan si quieres irte a dormir pronto. Otra cosa es lo tipico de la ducha sin mampara, pero bueno, eso pasa en muchos sitios de Marruecos

Lavabo estava suelto se movia al sentarte, para la ducha havia un sobrecito de xampú que apenas podias lavarte las manos, el aire acondicionada fatal pasamos mucho frio, no hicieron las camas ni pusieron toallas limpias para la segunda noche y el desayuno sin agua ni zumos, tampoco ni croissant ni etc…

L' assenza di parcheggio che invece veniva propagandato come disponibile, l' albergo era solo raggiungibile a piedi e abbastanza lontano da una possibilità di parcheggio. Altro problema la totale mancanza del nome dell' Hotel all' esterno impossibile da trovare se non grazie all' aiuto di una persona del posto.

Depois do check-out, permitiram guardar a nossa bagagem durante o dia, enquanto visitamos a cidade. Todos os trabalhadores, foram muitos simpáticos e prestáveis. Muito obrigado pelo cuidado.
