老板推荐的spa不便宜，但是含接送，路上突突车司机带我在当地餐厅打包回来的炸鸡饭便宜又美味，还是得找当地人去的餐厅才好。

The property was peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. I really liked the relaxing atmosphere, the well-kept rooms, and the beautiful surroundings, which made it easy to unwind. The location was convenient while still feeling quiet and private. The hosts were warm and welcoming, always helpful with local advice and arranging trips, which made the stay feel personal rather than just accommodation. It felt safe, well looked after, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Channa Villa Bentota, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. Having known Channa for over 10 years and having visited Sri Lanka six times since 1995, I can confidently say that this was one of the best experiences we've had in the country. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. We were picked up from the airport and returned there at the end of our stay, just as we requested. The transportation was punctual, comfortable, and handled with great professionalism, which made our arrival and departure seamless and stress-free. The guesthouse itself is located just about 200 meters from the beautiful Bentota Beach, it offers easy access to the sea, and the rooms are well-equipped with both a fan and air conditioning, ensuring comfort regardless of the weather. The rooms are clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. During our stay, we also had the pleasure of being accompanied by Channa on several excursions. He guided us on a memorable tour to Nuwara Eliya, enriching the experience with his extensive knowledge of the region and its culture. His insights made the trip much more meaningful and enjoyable. We also visited the impressive Buduruvagalla Temple, which was a highlight of our trip, made even more special by Channa’s friendly and informative guidance. Additionally, we enjoyed a wonderful boat tour on the Bentota River, where we could relax and take in the stunning natural scenery and peaceful surroundings. Channa’s personal involvement and care truly made these experiences stand out. Beyond the tours, we had the pleasure of dining at the guesthouse, on invitation from Channa. The dinner was excellent—delicious, beautifully prepared, and served in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I intendetd to write some more, but the place in booking is too short.

We had an excellent stay in Channa Villa & Tours. This place is 5 min walking from the beach. This place has a nice common kitchen and very close to the mail road.

Only con is you need to cross the Bentota railway station to go to the beach.

The staff were very helpful and kind. I arrived early and they had my room ready in half an hour. The room was spacious and so was the ensuite bathroom. There was lots of natural light. There was a small balcony with a dining table attached to the room which was great for eating at. The owners provided vehicles for visiting local places which I took advantage of. They also arranged and provided transport for me from the hotel to my residence in Colombo.

There was no possibility of dinner in the evening.

We loved Channa Villa and Bentota so much we booked an extra night, if we'd know we would have spent less time in Mirissa and more time here. The standard of accommodation was the best we had stayed in through out the whole of our trip to Sri Lanka. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable, with soft pillows and clean linin. We had a fridge in our room and the use of a shared kitchen which was spotless and we were able to make our own tea and even make our own toast for breakfast as we had bought bread from the local supermarket. Close to the railway line, but you could hardly hear the trains from our room, a short 5 minute walk to the beach, which was the best beach by far. Plus close to a few restaurants dotted along the railway track. And of course friendly staff

After 13 (budget) accommodations in Sri Lanka, this was definitely the best value for our money. Large and very clean room, very kind hosts, nicely located between the beach and the main road and a well-working shower with hot water.

We are very satisfied with our stay at Channa Villa. The place was very clean, fresh breakfast prepared by our host was abundant ( Lankan and Western ). We recommend this place for your stay in Bentota.

There are limited beach side cafes and bars at this location. There was breakfast items put in the fridge but the lady asked us not to consume those which seemed quite weird. ACs need quite a lot of time to cool.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful and central location. The hosts are a wonderful family, very kind and helpful. The room was large with a four poster bed, mosquito net and a great sized en suite bathroom. Very clean throughout. In addition to this, the room had its own fridge and safety box. The villa has a beautiful terrace outside too. It also has a fully equipped kitchen which you can use. WiFi works very well. It's close to the beach, shops and restaurants. All within walking distance. They also dropped us at the airport at the end of our trip. The hosts own a mini van and tuk tuk if you want to do any trips away from bentota. Really recommend this villa to everyone!

The property is located just 100 meters from the Colombo Galle main road, the beach was just walking distance from the property and it was very clean and quite place would definitely highly recommend to others

The best value for money we’ve experienced in Sri Lanka. There is a fridge in the room and big, clean common kitchen available. In the bathroom there are free mini cosmetics. There is a fan, free ac, mosquito net annddd a couch:) The rooms have access to a common balcony, nice to hang out at. Owners are nice and helpful. Location is close to the beach, there are some restaurants around :)

This is a great place to stay in Bentota. It's only about 100m from the main bentota beach, a short walk across the train tracks. There's also a nice restaurant just down the hill, we got takeaway from it. Owners are lovely, rooms are spotlessly clean with comfortable beds.

The owner was super communicative on WhatsApp and he offered lots of help when I was unfortunately unwell too! He couldn’t do enough for me and his mum and the two kids were super sweet! Very friendly people super clean room.breakfast average it was difficult to get the understood that all I want is Srilanka breakfast mild not to hot flavoured. Probably because they where so busy ....otherwise very helpful people.some kind of animals on the roof did not let me sleep the first night the host came even 3 o clock when I finally slept to see how he can help as I had send a ms over booking which delayed.2 night I was used to the noice and anyway it was not as bad.

No TV 🙂, but in Sri Lanka usually there are no TVs in the rooms and for some people it could be an advantage rather than disadvantage.

The stay was very nice. Super comfy A/C Rooms with big comfortable beds for a wonderful sleep. The owner was super nice and arranged a good discounted Boat Ride, a visit to a turtle hatchery.He had some other activities also but we had little time. The bentota beach is 2 min away by foot so its perfect. The Included breakfast was filling with a lot of variety. We got Egg Hoppers with sambol and Jam, butter with bread. A Passion Fruit Drink, Bottled water, Tea and Coffee was available as beverages. Fruits were also there as a dessert. Parking is also available.

Great place to stay in Bentota within a 5 minute walk to the best beach in the area. There are also good eateries around with excellent food and reasonable prices. The rooms at the villa are maintained to the highest standards, very clean, hot water, kitchen, cutlery, complimentary tea/coffee. Channa, the host , and his family are very supportive, helped to arrange airport transfer and some other trips. Strongly recommend.

After visiting more then 10 hotels and villas in Sri Lanka that was the best. Quiet location, very very helpful and friendly stuff, clean and nice rooms and great options with open space and kitchen to be used for everyone. Perfect place for family wit kids and couples! Owner can also arrange transportation wherever you like on the island.

Comfortable room and bathroom,location is walking distance from the beach, Channa is so friendly and was great about coordinating all tours and excursions. He made everything very convenient and easy and was always happy to provide recommendations.

There were some power outages during my stay, but this seems to affect all of SL and not just this place. Also, Channa seemed to want to take me to many shops (ex: woodcarving, gems) so not sure if he receives a commission from these places. I actually enjoyed visiting them, but not everyone may enjoy.
