Reviewed Sep 14, 2026La situació dins la medina, estàs al mig de tot però és molt tranquil i l’esmorzar molt bó tot i que no entra amb el preu del Riad però val la pena. L’amabilitat de l’Ashraf
Potser hi falta una mica de manteniment i sobretot llums al terrat per si es vol fer una sobretaula o senzillament anar a parlar per no molestar els altres hostes

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Adorei a localização, os funcionários muito prestativos e sempre prontos para responder nossas demandas. Nós tinhamos que sair um pouco cedo no último dia e eles fizeram um esforço para comermos o pequeno almoço e tempo. Ayoubi e seu colega da recepção foram super simpáticos e a senhora que cozinha também. O pequeno almoço foi bem agradável no terraço.
O nosso quarto foi no térreo bem de frente para sala o que podia tirar um pouco a privacidade. Mas tudo ok.

Reviewed May 31, 2026le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré; lecafé est très moyen et tout le monde ne mange pas de sucre le matin: mlawi, cake, confitures. Prévoir plus de pain dès le départ.
La télé ne marche pas ou bien c'est la télécommande! il y avait des moustiques!! beaucoup de moustiques, j'ai été piquée toute la nuit après arrêt de la climatisation. Mettre des douchettes liées aux toilettes

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Die Lage ist ideal am Rande der Medina. Dusche ist super! Das Personal ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhöhrig und klein. Die Größe hat nichts mit den bei Booking.com angegebenen 25qm zu tun. Auch hat das Zimmer keine Fenster nach draußen und ist somit ohne Frischluftzufuhr. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich - am zweiten Tag haben wir lieber ausser Haus gefrühstückt. Etwas nervig ist die musikalische Dauerbeschallung an der Rezeption, die im Zimmer klar vernehmbar ist.

Reviewed Oct 22, 2025Il Riad Assilah è situato dentro le mura della vecchia città dove è piacevole perdersi tra i vicoletti bianchi o guardare il tramonto dai bastioni. Il paese è molto tranquillo e ogni stradina porta le tracce del festival di arte contemporanea. Il personale è molto gentile e si è prodigato per aiutarci a risolvere qualsiasi nostra esigenza-Sebbene la stanza siamolto piccola il bagno è piuttosto spazioso- La terrazza è allestita non solo con tavoli per la colazione ma anche con un ampio divano bianco per il relax molto aprezzato
Le stanze del Riad sono piuttosto piccole e un po' impersonali.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025Super Lage. Innerhalb der Medina, aber trotzdem kein Lärm von draußen zu hören. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Unser Zimmer hatte leider nur zwei kleine Fenster zum Innenraun der überdacht ist, weshalb es im Zimmer schon eher beengend/stickig war. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, was die erste Nacht störend war, da andere Hotelgäste sehr laut waren, auch in der Nacht. Die zweite Nacht war ok. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Auch die Dachterrasse fanden wir sehr gemütlich und angenehm.

El “mal trato” que recibimos por parte del jefe del sitio ya que con el tema del pago quería llamar incluso a la policía porque cogimos la reserva por Booking y a ellos no les llegaba el pago... fue bastante desagradable… La chica que hay trabajando en recepción es buena persona y educada.

Pregunté por mensaje si podía pagar en euros , a lo que me dijeron que si, pero finalmente no los aceptaron y me comentaron que la persona con la que hablé no pertenecía al riad cosa que me dejó confundido ya que fue la persona encargada de entregarme las llaves . Fue muy raro y me creó desconfianza.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025La localización, estaba en el centro de la Medina, una zona muy limpia y bonita muy cerca del mar. El hotel muy limpio y la chica muy amable pero no solucionaba nada, salvo cambiarnos de habitación a una aún peor.
Primero me alojaron en una habitación en la planta baja, muy ruidosa,sin ventana exterior y con dos camas, pedí expresamente cama de matrimonio. Nos cambiaron al día siguiente a una exterior pero la ducha era un desastre, se salía el agua y no tragaba. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la TV tampoco( por lo visto era el todo el Riad)…y ni siquiera fueron capaces de invitarnos al desayuno (5€)para compensar…
