Было немного холодно, но в Марокко в марте так везде. В номерах есть кондиционер, возможно нужно было его включить на обогрев. Но мы сами не смогли, а спрашивать не захотели, так как очень устали. Но это не было проблемой. В целом очень рекомендую.

A quelques pas du riad on a une belle vue sur les cascades et on peut en profiter loin de l'agitation. Nous avons même vu des singes.. Un grand merci à la personne qui nous a accueilli pour sa gentillesse et toutes les petites attentions et conseils.

Das Riad entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Man hatte das Gefühl hier wird eine Unterkunft angeboten um den Zweck zuerfüllen.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025Die Unterkunft liegt ganz wunderbar. Die Wasserfälle sind in ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen und trotzdem liegt die Unterkunft so, dass es richtig ruhig und angenehm ist. Eine richtige Oase zum Runterkommen. In der Nacht herrschte absolute Stille. Man hörte maximal einen Esel und Insekten. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr angenehm. Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft. Auch das Abendessen war sehr gut. Würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Riad Heermans war die erste Statin unserer gut zweiwöchigen Marokkorundreise und wir hätten es nicht besser antreffen können. Sehr netter Empfang mit einem Minztee, ein tolles Abendessen und dann dieser super Blick von der Terasse. Das Zimmer ist klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem bequemen Bett. Am nächsten Morgen dann Wanderung an den Wasserfällen entlang flussabwärts bis zur Mündung - sehr zu empfehlen. Wir durften das Auto bis zur nachmittäglichen Weiterreise am Riad stehenlassen - klare Empfehlung

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025De ligging, de kalmte, de natuur, de bergen, het personeel, de service van het personeel, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de mensen uit het dorp zeer vriendelijk, het interieur van de Riad, het terras geeft een supermooie uitzicht, het eten wat het personeel maakt is ook superlekker, de inzet van het personeel, leuk om typisch de Nederlandse hand verwerkt te zien in veel dingen, om eerlijk te zijn had ik wel verwacht dat we een propere riad zouden meemaken, omdat Nederlanders echt wel vaak voor kwaliteit gaan en de norm van hen in Nederland een hoge standaard heeft. Ik wist dat we niet teleurgesteld zouden worden en dat overal over nagedacht is op veel vlakken, zowel hygiëne, veiligheid, service etc. We hebben zeer genoten en we zijn op onze wenken bediend. Hartelijk bedankt. Wij komen zeker terug.
Omdat we met de auto kwamen, zou het makkelijker zijn om de weg naar beneden wat begaanbaarder te maken en zo veiliger, maar het oprit is prima. Om heel eerlijk te zijn voldeed veel boven onze verwachting, de volgende keer hopen we op een kamer direct met uitzicht dat uitkijkt op het gehele plaatje.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2025Beautiful property, and really kind and hospitable host. Very generous and friendly. We loved the view from the patio and lounge area. Also, even though it was quite a hot day, we still felt comfortable walking to the waterfall which was a great bonus.
We came in July (Understandably not the busiest time of the year because it’s so hot) so it was quite warm and stuffy in our room. We had an A/C unit, but we still felt we were still a bit hot so we asked for a fan. Our host was super quick to bring us one so I’m super grateful for that!

Reviewed May 16, 2025The place is situated overlooking the valley, the greenery surrounding the riad was beautiful and peaceful. The riad itself is simple, with a lovely indoor and outdoor communal seating area. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a traditional Moroccan breakfast. The dinner ordered the night I arrived was plentiful for 2 or 3 people and tasty. It is not too far to the falls by car. Towels were a nice big size.
The mattress on the bed was really hard. I had to use the thick winter blanket to make it a bit comfortable. You will need to bring your toiletries, shampoo...etc

The outside patio is very charming and even inside there is a little oven to warm you up. Aziz is very kind and helpfull and willing to help wherever he can. The food was good and Aziz and staff even made us a last minute lunch. Therefore very recommandable.

The entry was difficult to find and the first segment was not paved. The steepness plus the dirt/gravel was challenging for our car to handle. Once it became paved it was easier, but quite scary going down and up.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2023Very nice family and host, but an annoying lad was hanging around on his phone the second night, leaving all the doors open, so the place was like an icebox.
Rooms cold and dark. States double bed, but it is 2 singles pushed together with the consequential ravine between, which was very uncomfortable. Room wasn't serviced or made up. Packs of local dogs barked all night and kept us awake. This is more of a backpacker's hostel, and not really suitable for comfort accommodation. Ridiculously heavy bedding. If it is this cold they need to purchase some modern bedding. Breakfast was OK, but could have stretched to some fresh orange juice and decent coffee considering what we were paying.

The location looks a bit remote, but in fact it is perfect. 150 m from the house you have direct look on the waterfall area. If you find a stairs downhill on the right side of 5-star resort you are in 5-10 minutes walk in the center of town with no need to move the car or search for parking.

Reviewed Oct 29, 2023This Riad has a good location, a few Meters to the viewpoint of the waterfalls and to the Point where can you see the monkeys. Owner Will help you with advices. Riad was fantastic, with traditional look outside and inside. The good was delicious, specially chicken tajine for the dinner. For 10 eur per person you get tajine, morrocan salad, fruit salad as a dessert and water to drink. People working there were very kind and helpfull with answering on all your questions. There is also na interesting curious orange cat for all cat lovers. Breakfast was delicious with amazing view, the bed was comfort.
We came at night, so it was Little hard to find it. The navigation has failed a few Meters before arrival Just keep watching on the sight tables with name "Riad Hermans".

It's in a beautiful and peaceful location surrounded buy heals, the riad is beautiful as well, a bit unusual with a little fountain inside. Room was large and nicely furbished, with AC and mosquito nets on windows, and the host was super nice (we could even put our water in a fridge over night) and accommodating. He asked if we wanted to have dinner there and it was the best part of all. We decided to have a vegetarian tajine and it was out of this world. Even a Michelin chef would be proud of it, so be smart and let the lady of the house cooke for you, because she knows her business. I only wish we could stay longer and enjoy everything for longer.
The bed was to hard for me (but that's just me, some people prefer harder beds) and it could be a bit larger. Everything else was perfect.
