Reviewed Aug 28, 2026I recently spent a five-day stay at Hotel Chellal Ouzoud, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff, particularly the owner, for their exceptional hospitality. The ground-floor facilities are very well equipped, and I thoroughly enjoyed having a traditional Moroccan tea or a freshly prepared espresso each morning. Furthermore, I greatly appreciated the convenience of the complimentary private parking located right next to the hotel, with spaces consistently available. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Idrissi, a remarkably warm and friendly young man who provided attentive service throughout our stay. Finally, I am deeply grateful for the owner's gracious understanding when I unfortunately misplaced my room keys. Thank you once again for making my visit so memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend your establishment.

1) Pas de frigo 2) Miroir sale 3) Évier très sale 4) Évier tout fissuré de partout et ça bougeait à chaque qu'on se l'avait les mains heureusement qu'on n'avait pas des petits enfants ça aurait été dangereux 5) Étagère en bois dans le coin en rentrant dans la chambre à droite à côté du lit de deux personnes bougeait quand on déposait un truc dessus elle bougeait dans tout les sens 6) la peinture du plafond s'écaillait 7) le lustre tenait avec du papier collant 8) le WC n'était pas fixé correctement, on a failli tomber à chaque fois 9) il y avait une grande fuite dans le WC à chaque fois qu'on tirait la chasse 10) pas de verrou à la petite fenêtre dans le WC 11) il manque un morceau de bois au dessus de la porte de la petite salle de bain 12) il y'a qu'une clim dans une chambre dans la deuxième chambre il n'yen avait pas 13) il y'a un grand trou dans le mur à côté de l'évier

El señor de la radial a las 12:30 de la noche en el local de enfrente, la música del pueblo hasta las 4 de la mañana, la cucaracha (no la canción), las chinches del colchón (más de dos en la cama son multitud), la cisterna que no funcionaba bien y el aire acondicionado inexistente. Por lo demás, todo bien!

Le camere erano veramente piccolissime, ci hanno proposto di cambiare camera per averne una con il condizionatore, io ho rifiutato e mi hanno portato direttamente in camera un ventilatore ovviamente gentilissimi come la solita accoglienza marocchina, purtroppo la pulizia era molto discutibile e se siete schizzinosi di sicuro, non potete dormire sopra quelle lenzuola, per chi vuole fare un viaggio con zaino in spalla e si adatta allora qualità prezzo ottima posizione ottima ma bisogna chiudere, non un occhio ma ben 10, pulizia scarsissima, 1 asciugamano per due, non c’era nemmeno la carta igienica in bagno, abbiamo usato i nostri fazzoletti…. Più che altro la pulizia…. Inesistente, ci si adatta ma insomma le lunzuola macchiate da altri anche no…

nergens plaats om uw valies, kledij te zetten. alleen een bed voorzien in de kamers een tafel zou wel leuk zijn. heel de nacht door blaffende honden waardoor slapen een uitdaging was

El sol daba casi todo el día en la habitación. Muchísimo calor estos días. Necesario un ventilador. Gracias Idriss. me dejastes uno para poder pasar la noche mejor (hablas bien español!). Problema con la cerradura, cuesta introducir la llave (solo con paciencia!).

El baño tenía fuga por el lavabo, estuvimos con el baño inundado. El desayuno deja mucho que desear, pues para tres personas nos pusieron 2 huevos duros y pan. Pese a las malas condiciones decicimos quedarnos una noche más por la ubicación pero no pudimos porque subieron el precio según le dijimos que queríamos una noche más, incluso en Booking el dueño en cosa de 2 minutos subió el precio porque le dijimos que salía más barato en Booking, subió de precio al instante. Terminamos cogiendo otro hotel al lado por menos precio y mejores instalaciones.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Tesis tamamen doğanın içinde. Bahçesinde oturmak müthiş keyifli ve dinlendirici. Huzurlu bir ortamı var. Resepsiyondaki ve mutfaktaki çalışanlara çok teşekkür ederiz. Çok misafirperver insanlar. Arkadaş canlısı. Burayı kesinlikle öneririm.
Doğanın kalbinde pörtü böcek oluyor illaki. Bazı kişiler bu konuda hassas olabilir. Biz pek rahatsız olmadık.

Absolutely no equipment in the rooms - not even a shelf or bedside table in some cases. No towels or soap, when we asked for towels we got them next morning. The room and bathroom was very small. I need to mention how badly designed the door to the bathroom was - it was so small that I hit my head HARD multiple times.

La route à l’arrière du parking reste difficile d’accès. Même si nous avons bénéficié du support du personnel, je suggère d’aménager des escaliers ainsi qu’un passage sécurisé entre le parking et l’auberge afin de faciliter la circulation.

La nourriture était très bonne, juste un peu juste au niveau des quantités de poulet du tajine pour 2 et petit déjeuner nous aurions aimé du jus d'orange frais surtout avec vos arbres fruitiers.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Nous avons passé une nuit absolument merveilleuse dans cet hôtel niché dans les montagnes, tout près des cascades. Le cadre est tout simplement exceptionnel, calme et magnifique. La famille qui gère l’établissement est d’une gentillesse rare : très attentionnée, disponible et vraiment aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Ils ont même pris le temps de nous changer de chambre afin de trouver celle qui nous convenait le mieux, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié. Le petit déjeuner était fabuleux, très copieux, et servi sur la terrasse dans le jardin — un moment vraiment agréable pour commencer la journée dans ce cadre splendide. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026De locatie is geweldig, op slechts 200 meter van de watervallen. Er zijn veel cafés en restaurants in de omgeving. De introductiekamer was mooi en leuk ontworpen. Daarnaast is er ook een parkeerplaats beschikbaar.
Het ontbijt is matig. Tot onze verbazing waren de shampooflesjes in onze kamer al gebruikt door de vorige gasten en niet vervangen.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026L’un des meilleurs hébergements d’Ouzoud ! Le vrai plus : Magic, le propriétaire, et sa femme, qui sont extrêmement gentils et respectueux. Notre séjour a été très agréable. L’établissement est très bien situé, dans les ruelles animées d’Ouzoud, à quelques minutes seulement du départ pour les cascades. Je recommande fortement ce lieu pour y séjourner.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Es war einfach, aber nett. Wir hatten das Zimmer 10 mit einem Doppel und einem Einzelbett. Das Bad war abgetrennt und sauber, das Frühstück gut. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und uns wurde mit dem Gepäck geholfen.Liegt direkt an dem Weg zum Wasserfall mit vielen Geschäften. Süßer Garten. Parkplatz nicht so einfach zu fi den, aber wir haben es auch geschafft. Viel Spaß!
Alles war gut bis sehr gut.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026The staff is really friendly, I had a good conversation with Mohamed 🙌 The room were clean with good heater during the winter, I also could park my motorcycle at the hostel court which I felt pretty safe thanks for that. Breakfast also pretty good I needed that before heading the mountains either way the snow. Will be back in the future Stay safe!

Hôtel très sale. Siphon du lavabo HS, l’eau déborde dans la chambre. Chauffage en panne. Chambre non conforme à la réservation, très mal éclairée, lampe défectueuse. Toilettes inutilisables (chasse d’eau HS) et absence de papier toilette. Service inexistant, aucun accompagnement. Supplément payé pour le petit-déjeuner, mais impossible d’y rester et de le consommer à cause de l’insalubrité des lieux, malgré l’option incluse. Accès difficile.

Breakfast was disappointing for everything else was so good. Cold bread, jam, butter and tea was not exactly a breakfast.
