Hotel carino, al centro dell'isola, staff molto presente e disponibile. Colazione e cena comprese nel prezzo buone, una sera abbiamo scelto di cenare alla carta e pagando un sovrapprezzo e ci hanno veramente stupito. Nota dolente le spiagge nelle vicinanza sono piccole e con molte zanzare

Non adatto per chi vuole fare escursioni dato che ci deve essere sempre un numero minimo di partecipanti a differenza di altri che nell'isola ti portano anche se sei solo

I chose Araamu Hotels because I had visited Dhiffushi several times before and had always enjoyed the food and overall experience at their restaurant. Unfortunately, after what happened during this stay, I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the hotel’s handling of guest privacy. On the second day of our stay, I was in the room with my husband when a housekeeping staff member knocked on our door twice. Our slippers were clearly outside the room, and music was playing from inside, both of which should have indicated that the room was occupied. I got up and started getting dressed so that I could answer the door. Before I even had the chance to do so, the housekeeping staff member UNLOCKED OUR LOCKED DOOR WITH HIS KEY AND WALKED INTO THE ROOM WHILE I WAS GETTING DRESSED. I was absolutely horrified. My husband immediately confronted him, and his explanation was simply that he “didn’t know anyone was inside.” I find this explanation completely unacceptable. If a hotel room is locked, a staff member knocks and receives no response, that does NOT automatically give them the right to unlock the door and walk in moments later. Guests could be sleeping, showering, changing clothes, or simply unable to answer the door immediately. We reported the incident to the staff member handling our reservation, but all we received were repeated apologies and the same explanation that the housekeeping staff “didn’t know” anyone was inside. That explanation does not address the seriousness of what happened or the complete invasion of privacy we experienced. To make matters worse, we could not even properly use the “Do Not Disturb” sign provided by the hotel because placing it on the door handle interfered with our ability to lock the door. Guests should NEVER have to choose between displaying a Do Not Disturb sign and securely locking their hotel room. I have stayed at many hotels and have never experienced anything this disturbing.

Excellent Stay – Cozy Rooms, Great Location & Outstanding Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed for 2 nights and had a really positive experience overall. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and the rooms felt cozy, comfortable, and relaxing — perfect for a short getaway. The location is also great, with the beach only around a 3 to 5 minute walk away, making it very convenient to enjoy the island and spend time by the sea. What stood out the most was the service. A special thanks to Jean at reception for being welcoming, attentive, and making the stay even more enjoyable. Great hospitality and support throughout. Would definitely recommend Araamu Hotels and would be happy to stay again in the future.

First and foremost the staff is amazing. I would recommend them just due to the staff, only because they've been above and beyond. They've helped us with everything because we were in the middle of the Middle East crisis. We had no flight so we stayed with them during that and they accommodated us with a lot of things. We also lost our souvenirs and they helped us ship them in the cheapest way possible. Just amazing people really

The hotel is on the other side so don't go there with high expectations. It's also a local island so do not expect at all resort qualities here but for what it's worth I think it's great. The furniture is a bit old so it hasn't been recently renovated.

The staff

No facilities. Nowhere to relax. Broken door handles. Old decor. View of tatty rooftops. On a narrow street with no footpath and busy traffic.

They staff was helpful in ensuring easy transfers from the airport to the hotel. They were very friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely. The location was great, and the island is so small that you can explore all of it in one day. Hotel also very well maintained. They also prepared a special surprise for me on my birth day, baked me the most delicious cake, and the best highlight of my stay.

Wished they could have warned us about the mosquitoes so we could have been better prepared, and they didn't provide mosquito nets at least. There is no elevator in the hotel, so you have to go through flights of stairs all the time and carry your luggage down the stairs when checking out.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Pulizia accurata giornaliera..forse si potrebbe migliorare nel rifacimento delle camere. Molto buono il buffet, sia a pranzo che a sera. La colazione dovrebbe più accontentare il gusto occidentale ma nel complesso buona. L'ultimo giorno ci hanno lasciato la camera sino alle 5 del pomeriggio senza addebitarci nulla. Anche le escursioni hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative...

Ligging op het eiland, hoewel alles op loopafstand. Het zeer aardige personeel! Het fijne hotel met binnen tuin. De prima kamer op de eerste verdieping.

De foto van de poolbiljarts komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Er is nu nog 1 biljart beschikbaar maar deze is behoorlijk afgeragd. Ook de andere speel attributen maakten een vervallen indruk. Volgens is dit aan vervanging toe of grondig herstel nodig.

La speedboat non è stata organizzata, nonostante da più di un mese chiedevo gli orari e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 5h in areoporto perdendo metà giornata. (Partita 3 minuti prima del nostro arrivo) La cena a buffet assolutamente no, pochissima scelta e molto ripetitiva. Abbiamo chiesto una notte in più per via dei voli cancellati (guerra in Iran) e ci hanno fatto un prezzo molto alto con sola colazione, mentre alle strutture ci sono venute incontro.

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, delicious buffet breakfasts and dinners. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything was timely and very carefully organized.

Один из лучших отелей на острове. Удобное расположение. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Помогали всегда и во всем. Был включен в стоимость только завтрак. Ужин почти всегда заказывали по меню в ресторане отеля. Очень вкусно. Спасибо большое.

La struttura in generale è in una posizione molto buona (ovviamente è un'isola piccola quindi è vicino a tutto). Wifi velocissimo e lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto una "disavventura" ma è durata solo una sera: un gatto era sul tetto a giocare e noi essendo all'ultimo piano sentivamo tutto e sembrava cadesse in stanza da un momento all'altro 😅 ma dopo averlo detto la reception hanno risolto tutto. Poi hanno organizzato il trasporto in traghetto da Malè ed è stato tutto perfetto Complimenti per tutto.

Il discorso escursioni non è propriamente negativo ma noi eravamo solo in due e alcune escursioni partivano con un numero minimo di 4 partecipanti. Il problema è che molte guest house dell'isola fanno escursioni e quindi noi non siamo riusciti a fare nemmeno un'escursione con loro e siamo dovuti andare in altre guest house

We loved our stay here - the Araamu we found to be good value for money and the family suite was large, clean and comfortable for our stay. The buffet is ok, but the Al la carte food was our preferred and so delicious! The excursions were excellent and the customer service was tops! We loved dhiffushi, such a neat island!

Staff cordialissimo, Sharif del ristorante è davvero molto attento e accogliente così come tutto il personale. Posizione ottima, albergo curato e ben tenuto. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. GRAZIE

La posizione, la camera, lo staff. E’ possibile richiedere il transfert con speed boat, e se si riesce a combaciare con l’orario del volo, si prendere direttamente lo speed boat dall’aeroporto. L’hotel ha la Posizione migliore perché centrale, quindi si è vicino a tutto. Hotel Più blasonati e costosi sono in realtà vicino alle fogne e alla spazzatura quindi per noi è stata la migliore scelta. Staff super gentile, sono venuti a prenderci con il buggy e ci hanno riportato per la partenza. Colazione completa e molto buona. E’ possibile mangiare per il pranzo e la cena a pagamento. Per noi una buonissima alternativa Forse per la grande presenza di turisti italiani, in tv si trova anche il canale Rai Italia. Super consigliato

La spiaggia dell’albergo a 2 minuti a piedi e’ infestata dalle zanzare e poco pulita. Peccato. In camera invece non sono presenti zanzare.

La struttura è molto bella, l’area con i tavoli posizionata sulla sabbia è davvero una bella idea, ti permette di fare colazione o in generale di mangiare con i piedi nella sabbia! La terrazza con il biliardo è il bar molto carina.

Le camere sono un po “sacrificate”, avrebbero potuto essere un pochino più grandi, comunque c’è tutto il necessario, dal ferro da stiro alla crema per il corpo (molto apprezzata!!) quindi per un soggiorno breve va più che bene (ovvio, non è un resort)

In ottima posizione vicina alla spiaggia più bella dell’isola (sunset Beach) cambio giornaliero asciugamani e teli mare. Grandezza camera anche se un pó poco luminosa.

Avrebbero una spiaggia dedicata , dove sorgono ancora le loro altalene, ma è completamente abbandonata. Ero stata nel 2024, tornandoci adesso sono rimasta molto delusa dalla quantità di rifiuti presenti sull’isola. La spiaggia dell’Araamu sembra una discarica a cielo aperto (lattine, plastica, residui di cibo di ogni genere). Mettendo anche solo un paio di persone una volta a settimana a pulire la spiaggia , potrebbe riacquistare la sua bellezza. Spiaggia con tanti residui di coralli a riva ma sarebbe la meno rispetto ai rifiuti. Stesso discorso vale per il ristorante, nel 2022 era considerato uno dei migliori, ad oggi prezzi allineati ai ristoranti migliori dell’isola ma qualità molto molto discreta. A malincuore, per quanto isola bellissima due anni fa, comoda da aereo porto e servitissima non la sceglierei nuovamente. Troppo costruita, ha subito un’erosione evidente dalla varie mareggiate e presenza di italiani eccessiva

Ho pagato la camera con vista mare , ma di mare se ne vede ben poco 😅, consiglio l'acquisto di altre camere costano meno e sono comode ugualmente

Localização e funcionários prestáveis. O quarto estava limpo e era grande. Organização de transfer também foi ótima.

Punham música as 7:30 da manhã bem alto e como o nosso quarto era perto da zona de pequeno almoço era impossível descansar bem. O pequeno almoço também deveria ser mais variado.

What sold us this hotel when booking were the pictures of the pool table/ games area. This is upstairs on the 4th floor. It is extremely dated and all of the equipment needs to be replaced. There were 2 pool tables, one which was not fit to use, and the other which is on its last legs. The pool balls fall through onto the floor from certain pockets and there were balls missing etc. The air hockey and fuse ball tables were also broken and not fit to use. To make matters worse, we spent a while up here one evening and bought a drink each. I saw a RAT running across the floor which disgusted me and added to the overall vibe of this floor - if anything it needs to be closed asap as its not fit for use. The breakfast is below par too - the staff need to stay more on top of keeping things topped up and most of the food is very bland. I ordered an orange juice one morning, which I had to pay extra for, and it was vile, tasted like dish water & not of oranges at all. The sink faucet in the bathroom of room 311 also needs to be replaced as the water does not flow from it properly, which is annoying when brushing teeth & washing hands at the sink.

The stay was comfortable and pleasant and the property itself is nice.

Communication regarding the jetty pickup could have been better. I reached out before arrival but did not receive a response,m and I had to wait for some time at the jetty before reaching the hotel. Additionally, staff visited our room a day before departure regarding transfer arrangements a quick message or call via WhatsApp would have been more convenient.

Food is the restaurant was excellent.

Sauberes schönes Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Reichlich Auswahl beim Menü. Super Personal. Freundlich zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.

Ligging van t hotel was goed! Hele lief en behulpzaam personeel. Schoon hotel werd dagelijks gepoetst. Ik was jarig tijdens het verblijf hadden ze dit opgemerkt in mn paspoort en hadden ze een taartje voor me gemaakt en werd er voor me gezongen!! Heel erg lief en attent van ze.

Badkamer was na het douchen hartstikke nat. Dat was wat minder!

A szállás es a hozzátartozó étterem hangulata nagyon jo volt, szabad eg alatt is voltak asztalok, hangulatos de zárt udvar. Szobák szépek, személyzet nagyon kedves es segítőkész.

Az étel egy kicsit unalmas volt, keves variáció alt rendelkezésre, illetve gyakran ismétlődött. Azon lehetne még javítani.

the location ,the modest cleanliness and the welcome!

They charged me $80 for a copy of the room key that unfortunately got lost ($80, when they could have just taken one of the ones they have on loan) then they lost a pair of shoes carrying them from the ground floor to the third floor (absurd)! Poor breakfast with nothing Western/international! I've been to a lot of places but they should improve the breakfast, people are shocked! I didn't like it!

Questo hotel offre un'ottima colazione con molta scelta di buone pietanze; la stanza (una deluxe al primo piano) si affaccia ha due balconi arredati con comode poltroncine, uno con affaccio sulla strada e l'altro con affaccio sul cortile, entrambi sono molto gradevoli. La stanza è grande, ben arredata con un letto king size, comodo materasso e ottime lenzuola. Ci è molto piaciuta

la spiaggia dell'hotel non è attrezzata ed è piuttosto trascurata. Abbiamo preferito altre spiagge molto belle, in particolare la bikini beach sunset, non troppo ventosa, con disponibilità di ombra grazie agli alberi e con lettini disponibili senza alcun costo

Очень удачный отель. Не пожалела что взяла именно его. Мы так хорошо отдохнули. Очень хороший персонал. Отличная еда. Меняют часто постель и полотенца. Все просьбы выполняли сразу. Очень хорошо работает прачечная. За один день стирают вещи и гладят. Комнаты просторные и хорошо продуваются. Отлично организованы встречи и проводы из аэропорта в аэропорт. Молодцы. The hotel is very well located. Upon arrival by boat, the staff picked us up directly from the pier and transported us to the hotel with our luggage, which was a great convenience. We were welcomed with refreshing wet towels for the face and hands, along with a glass of juice — a very nice touch after the journey. The room was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well maintained, and cleaned on request. Breakfasts were good and tasty, with a reasonable variety. The internet connection worked well. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooftop features a terrace area with a pool table and comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing. Upon check-out, we requested a takeaway breakfast due to our early 6:00 a.m. boat departure to Malé, and everything was arranged smoothly. Highly recommended.
