Stone Hotels Dhiffushi

Einrichtung ist schön. Von innen schöner als von außen. Die Klemmende Badezimmertür wurde zeitig behoben. Lunchpaket am Abreisetag, da Abreise vor dem Frühstücksbuffet. Recht schnell warmes Wasser im Badezimmer.

Der Check - In dauert im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels recht lange und das Personal war bemüht freundlich zu wirken, aber wirkte dennoch unfreundlich. Z.B. wurde man beim Restaurantbereich freundlich begrüßt und stets angelächelt. Fragte man aber nach Salz, wurde es komplett ignoriert und einem dann dafür unnötigerweise einen Tag später unaufgefordert hingestellt. Der Strand ist ein öffentlicher Strand und sah nicht sehr einladend aus. Da gibt es schönere (ebenfalls öffentliche) Strandbereiche auf der Insel. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und für kühlere Temperaturen nicht geeignet. Es gibt keine Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten für schlechtes Wetter (z.B. Billardtisch, Kicker). Der Fernseher hat lediglich YouTube als Möglichkeit und normales Fernsehen. Es gibt gewaltige Probleme mit dem Internet. Im Zimmer konnte man aufgrund der schlecht isolierenden Türen jedes kleine Geräusch aus dem Flur hören. Bei Wind und Wetter macht die Toilette zudem auch durchgehend Geräusche. Das Bett haben wir als sehr hart empfunden. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist, wenn man dickeres und längeres Haar hat, nicht optimal. Wir hatten uns vorher wegen Flitterwochenangeboten erkundigt, die es scheinbar nicht gibt. Uns wurde jedoch eine passende Deko vorher per Nachricht zugesichert. Diese bekamen wir nicht. Generell schien vor Ort niemand zu wissen daß wir flittern. Das kannten wir aus anderen Hotels unserer Reise anders. Stattdessen bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit gefühlt der schlechtmöglichsten Aussicht. Dazu lief quasi die ganze Zeit Warteschlangenmusik und das außerhalb vom Zimmer in jedem Bereich des Hotels. Der Transfer kostet auch keine 50 mehr pro Person für hin- und Rückfahrt, sondern mittlerweile 100. Für Hotelkosten und transfer haben wir also um die 850 € für 3 Nächte gezahlt. Hierüber haben wir uns letztendlich geärgert, da wir fanden das es das Geld nicht wert war.

الشاطئ كان مليئاً بالمخلفات، وربما ليس بسبب الفندق، بل لكثرة العلب البلاستيكية وغيرها، خاصةً خلال فترة إقامتي في شهر سبتمبر حيث أدت الرياح والأمطار إلى تجمع المخلفات على الشاطئ. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، لم يكن الغداء والعشاء بوفيه في بعض الأيام بل في المطعم. وكانت المشكلة أن المطعم يقدم قائمة طعام (منيو) محدودة لمن كانت إقامتهم شاملة للغداء أو العشاء، بخلاف باقي القائمة الشاملة للمطعم التي يتوجب عليك الدفع فيها! كما أن القائمة المشمولة كانت محصورة على أطباق قليلة، وبعض الأصناف لم تناسبنا لوجود حساسية طعام لدينا.

L’hôtel est super, très propre, la vue de la chambre infinity ocean view est incroyable. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. J’ai passé un super séjour au stone hôtel je recommande vivement !

The hotel was really great. It is in front of a bikini beach and we could go for a swim every time we wanted. The room was really nice and clean and it had an amazing view from our balcony. The personnel was very helpful and kind and they made us feel welcome. They also gave us a birthday cake 😍 The hotel also has an infinity pool which is great for photos at sunset but not so good to swim in. Furthermore, we really enjoyed the dinner at the hotel's restaurant. 10/10

The thing that I didn't like 100% was the breakfast. Breakfast was nice but also the same every single day; I wanted some variety. Also, fruits and cakes were uncovered and there were flies over them, which made me not to choose from these options. Also, coffee and mocktails were too expensive

Si queréis disfrutar de una experiencia más premium en una isla local sin pagar precios de resort privado es muy buena opción de hotel e isla. El personal es extremadamente atento y amable. Cogimos media pensión (desayuno y cena) y el buffet estaba muy bien. Al final acabamos haciendo las comidas en el hotel porque los precios eran competitivos y el menú también. Las vistas de la piscina (y de muchas de las habitaciones) son insuperables (y no suele estar abarrotada) y el trozo de playa frente al hotel está bien también (hay un chiringuito del hotel para pedir bebidas). El centro de buceo asociado está ahí mismo y tienen todo tipo de excursiones a muy buenos precios. El hotel además organiza algunas actividades (a nosotras nos tocó cine de verano en la playa). El traslado desde y hasta el aeropuerto también lo organizamos con ellos y fue genial.

Es verdad que algunas excursiones "típicas" como la del tiburón ballena son menos accesibles pero porque este atolón no es su habitat, así que valorad que animales queréis ver. Si el buceo o el snorkel no son vuestra prioridad absoluta las opciones disponibles están muy bien (nosotros vimos tortugas y muchisimos peces haciendo la excursión de dos puntos de snorkel "normal"). La otra pega es que no se puede beber alcohol, pero como en cualquier isla local y hay muy buenos mocktails y limonadas.

Öncelikle tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Bu konuda Tuan Bey ve çalışma arkadaşlarını tebrik ediyorum. Bunun dışında odamızın manzarası mükemmeldi. Sabah kahvaltısı ayrı öğle yemeği ayrı akşam yemeği ayrı olmak üzere hepsinde çeşit çeşit olmak üzere damağınıza hitap edecek lezzetler bulmanız mümkün.

Sevmediğimiz hiç bir şey yoktu. Keşke daha fazla kalacak zamanımız olsaydı. Bu güzel manzarada daha fazla bulunmak isterdim.

Staff were lovely - a little too overfriendly at times, if we are being honest (very full on, using familiar names and constantly asking if we like everything and are we having a good stay etc.). They were exceptionally attentive and remembered your room number/names/table preference etc. Hotel was lovely - clean, tidy and with lovely views!

There were only ten sunbed cushions for over 20 sunloungers. Smokers were sat at the bar or seating area directly outside the buffet restaurant, meaning their smoke was affecting our meal experience. We had to move tables during two meals. The hotel decided to change the buffet dinner provision to a set menu on one night due to lower occupancy - in addition to this not being what we expected, the meal choices were all spicy without less spicy/reducing the spice in them options. A lot of people did not like the food and the chef was not very happy about the complaints (he came out of the kitchen to tell us how "he knows how spicy to make things and he knows just the right amount of spice to use for different nationalities". Neither of us enjoyed our evening meal that night. This is more about the island in general/council responsibility- the litter that washes up on the island doesn't seem to be picked up. There was so much on the beaches all around the island and floating in the sea. We both said how it let the island down. Just a morning sweep every day would make a huge difference (especially when there is such a big issue with plastics in the sea and protection of our marine environment/animals).

Todo fue positivo, las vistas desde la habitación, la ubicación, la playa, piscina, atención de los trabajadores. Merece mucho la pena hacer las excursiones con el hotel, están a buen precio (similar a los de toda la isla), los trabajadores se nota que disfrutan con su trabajo y te llevan a sitios de snorkel donde solo estás tu sin ningún tipo de masificación. Además no te tienes que preocupar de nada, te llevan al puerto desde la puerta del hotel y vas en una lancha muy segura y cómoda. El material de snorkel que te ofrecen es de alta calidad.

Muy lento el check in (30-45 mins). Llegamos varias personas en el mismo speedboat y estando en la misma sala nos iban contando uno a uno por separado horarios y cosas que nos podrían haber contado a todos de una sola vez y agilizar. No fue un gran inconveniente, pero al llegar cansados y sobre las 4pm queríamos instalarnos rápido y aprovechar lo que quedaba de sol ya que hacía buen día.

A fantastic hotel located right on a beautiful private beach, fully equipped with every comfort. The food was excellent and varied, featuring a buffet with hot and cold dishes and a dessert selection, plus a chef station for made-to-order meals. The best part was the kindness, attentiveness, and smiles with which the staff welcomed us at all times. The hotel manager was very professional and hands-on.

Très bel hôtel avec de beaux équipements et de très belles chambres vue sur l’océan :magnifique ! Très bon petit déjeuner avec énormément de choix sucrés,salés. Le personnel est adorable !

Les transats en bois n’ont pas tous des matelas,c’est dommage surtout quand on reste toute la journée à la plage,c’est un peu raide pour le dos! La plage juste devant l’hôtel est propre mais lorsqu’on s’éloigne un peu,c’est sale,bcp de déchets en tout genre,c’est dommage,la magie des Maldives s’atténue énormément ! Pour finir important de savoir qu’à Diffhishi il n’y a aucune boisson alcoolisée ,ni dans les boutiques,ni à l’hôtel ! Important de le signaler dans votre annonce

M’ha agradat absolutament tot!!

Lo staff è gentilissimo e la cucina ottima, c'è un cuoco che ha lavorato in Italia, sono bravissimi. La camera con vista mare è spettacolare la consiglio. Infine la sera organizzano cose divertenti e cambio menù a seconda della serata.

Solo il mare davanti non si accede al reef e si deve necessariamente prendere una barca con le escursioni per vedere qualche pesce e fare snorkeling. Abbiamo trovato mare brutto soprattutto al pomeriggio era davvero sporco per via delle piogge e la posizione. L'idea della pallavolo in acqua e carina ma non è un granché da vedere.

The reception staff were not professional at all, and our arrival experience was extremely disappointing. We were kept waiting for more than two hours despite having a child with us, with clear unwillingness and unnecessary stubbornness from the staff in trying to resolve the issue. In particular, the two female receptionists were unhelpful, and their attitude towards us was very poor. Unfortunately, this gave us a very bad first impression of the property, as the reception and the way guests are welcomed are one of the most important parts of the hotel experience. However, I would like to mention that Mr. Tuan was a very good and helpful person. The kitchen team and all the other staff were also very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They deserve our appreciation and were definitely a positive part of our experience.

Alles. De ontvangst was heel erg fijn, het personeel en de manager zijn ontzettend aardig. De kamer was echt perfect. Uitzicht op zee, mooie inrichting, fijne bedden, mooi balkon met leuk zitje, fijne douche. Ontbijt was goed. Veel keus. Het zwembad was onwijs mooi met een geweldig uitzicht. Handdoeken zoveel je wilde. Fijne bijbehorende restaurants voor lunch en diner. Met complimenten aan Jenny (ik zal het verkeerd schrijven) uit Bali/Ubud. Werkte keihard en echt zo ontzettend lief! We hebben genoten.

De kamers waren wel wat gehorig.

Tout était parfait. le personnel au top surtout TUAN qui était toujours là a notre service pour rendre nos vacances agréable. Petit déjeuner buffet immense et très varié avec un service irréprochable. Déjeuner à la carte très bien et bon servie en professionnel de la restauration. Diner buffet très varier délicieux. On a même féliciter le Chef. Les activités hôtelières varier avec des personnels comptants.

Je n'ai pas apprécier le faux sourire d'une personnel à l'accueil assise toute à droite dont le prénom possède 2 E au milieu. Elle passait du sourire forcé à un visage normal en une fraction de seconde et c'est la seule qui nous a pas dit au revoir parmi tous le personnel qui nous a vu partir.

Mooi hotel, ontworpen met oog voor detail. Geweldig uitzicht. Het restaurant personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het eten was ook heerlijk.

Vooraf werd aangegeven dat de gedeelde speedboat ongeveer 2 uur voor onze vlucht zou vertrekken. Pas de avond ervoor hoorden we dat dit maar liefst 5 uur van tevoren was. Hierdoor hadden we nauwelijks tijd om te ontbijten of nog gebruik te maken van de faciliteiten, die grotendeels pas na 08:00 openen. In zo’n geval zou een vroeg ontbijt bijvoorbeeld een passende oplossing zijn geweest. Helaas was er weinig ruimte voor overleg en kwam het baliepersoneel niet erg vriendelijk over. Dit heeft bij ons toch een wat vervelende nasmaak achtergelaten.

Best hotel on Dhiffushi island without a doubt! Luxurious rooms, absolutely amazing views 😍 we had breakfast and dinner included. Dinner was great with a set menu every day as there were no buffets due to limited amount of guests. The set menu consists of 3 courses and a soup, also unlimited water and one glass of juice is served for free which is great. Other drinks can also be ordered but at a surcharge. We went for my gfs birthday and they served an additional cake which was nice. Staff at the restaurant was great and always smiling.

Airconditioning worked well but was leaking small droplets of water towards the end of our stay, we reported this and they claimed to have fixed it, only for it to return after a 5-6 hours once more. Since it was almost the end of our stay, we didn't do anything with it. Breakfast was not the best, but also not bad. The food was usually good, the drinks need real improvement. The coffee was below average and the juices were heavily watered down. Other than these small points perfect stay. Also be aware of phishing scams that occur with this hotel, not sure if it was booking.com or the place itself but after booking here i received several WhatsApp messages from strange numbers trying to get me to "confirm payment" or "verify my booking" so be careful and don't engage if you do receive these messages they are all false.

La gentillesse du personnel, l’hôtel est superbe, la piscine avec sa belle vue, la superbe chambre avec la vue exceptionnelle, le petit déjeuner et dîner très copieux.

Juste le jacuzzi de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas

Je pense que l’on peut qualifier cet hôtel comme le meilleur de l’île de Dhiffushi. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Nous avons séjourné en demi pension et le petit déjeuner et buffet étaient à la hauteur à chaque fois. Le personnel est d’une amabilité comme nous voyons rarement. Chacun prenait le temps de nous saluer et nous dire un petit mot chaque jour. Même pour notre départ ils étaient tous présent pour nous dire au revoir. Le transfert depuis Malé est très bien organisé, les équipements de l’hôtel sont très bien. Vous pouvez réserver vos activités directement à l’hôtel. Différentes animations sont organisées au cours de la semaine pour animer les soirées. Tout ceci avec un emplacement idéal et une vue imprenable. Nous sommes déjà nostalgiques de ne plus y être. Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel, petite mention spécial pour Kris et Monsieur le Directeur de l’hôtel.

I really liked the foreign staff at both restaurants. They were incredibly friendly and always welcomed us with warm smiles. Their kindness and hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

The swimming pool looked beautiful, but unfortunately we couldn't use it because of the bad weather. It also remained closed for a long time, and even when we checked out, it still hadn't reopened. We were really looking forward to enjoying the pool, so this was a little disappointing.

Immaculately clean and comfortable. Fantastic selections of food at breakfast and dinner. Every member of staff helpful / friendly / courteous / professional. Special shouts to our room attendant, the chef, (Indonesian receptionist), waiters/waitresses and hotel manager (he was exceptional).

Struggling to think of anything … family room a little small, but kindly moved a sofa out which helped. And we were barely in our rooms. Bathroom wonderful and beds so comfortable.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Stone Hotels Dhiffushi. This experience matched our expectations perfectly. We are so pleased we chose to stay on a local island and experience the culture of the Maldives. Stone hotels was the perfect match of excursion, choices, and local experiences. The staff were superb. We especially want to share our appreciation for: Kris, Reem, Anjelica, Sintia, Ayu, Yennia, Yulia, Honey, Chef Anil , Chef Farhan, Sonu, Servin, house keeper and Mr Tuan. These are the people who made our holiday so special. We highly recommend Stones Hotel Dhiffushi. PS. The sunrise is just as spectacular as the sunset. Wake up early and enjoy the peacefulness.

Çalışanları oldukça güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi.Sürekli ‘bir şeye ihtiyacınız var mı, tatilden keyif alıyor musunuz, yemekler nasıldı?’ gibi sorular sordular.Hepsi oldukça ilgiliydi.Odalar ve restoran temizdi.Günlük oda temizliğini güzel bir şekilde yaptılar.Yemekler bizim damak tadına pek hitap etmiyordu, ama hiç aç da kalmadık.Otelin ücretsiz bisikletleri vardı ve kullanmamıza izin verdiler.Her şey için çok teşekkürler🫶🏻

Hint aşçı oldukça baharat koyuyor.Her ülkeden misafir geldiği için diğer milletlerin de damak tadına hitap eden yemekler yapılabilir.

La struttura è bellissima, noi avevamo la stanza che affaccia proprio sul mare ed è uno spettacolo incredibile. La spiaggia del hotel é molto carina, anche se qualche volta le correnti portano a riva molto rifiuti del mare. Per quanto il personale provi a pulire la spiaggia, non è abbastanza. Lo staff estremamente gentile, sorridente e cortese dal primo all’ultimo minuto. La colazione buonissima, lo stesso vale per il ristorante. Mi mancherà questo posto!

The staff were amazing. The restaurant staff really knew who we were, took good care of us and were genuine, warm and just fabulous. Big shout out to Kris, Ayu, Sintia, Honey and Yeni. Lovely food. Great selection. Amazing views from the room.

Beach was full of rubbish

Het was een erg mooi hotel. Elke dag schone handdoeken inclusief strandlakens. Ook was er elke dag water op de kamer. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel super vriendelijk.

Helaas was elke dag rond 18:30 uur het warme douche water op. Ook waren er helaas niet voldoende kussens voor de ligbedjes op het strand. Hierdoor ging iedereen natuurlijk ook handdoeken leggen waardoor er soms een halve dag niemand op lag. Helaas zat er ook enorm veel chloor in het zwembad. Het is jammer dat er in de avond niet veel in het hotel te doen is.

Excellent room with awesome infinity view of the ocean. Plenty of sun-beds available with good snorkeling close to the beach. Can't go wrong with meals, with variety of food options. Staff were always helpful and engaging, with special thanks to the manager Mr Tuan.

Espectacular hotel, bonita piscina en el último piso, instalaciones impecables, buena comida y gran servicio del staff. El gerente también es una persona atenta y preocupada por tener contentos a los huéspedes. Las excursiones que hicimos fueron geniales.

La playa en ocasiones está algo sucia, pero no es culpa del hotel. Es una isla local y en ella vive más gente además de los huéspedes del hotel.

The beach area wasn’t clean. You need to share beach with locals which at some points nice but at the same time too crowds. The food wasn’t the best, we stay six nights and the food actually it’s the same. The juice was limited to drink.

Beautiful property right on the beach! The hotel is setup well with plenty of eateries and activity options (extra cost). I enjoyed the gym and rooftop pool - great location and views to chill. The island is walkable and the water around is serene.

The food was okay - I expected better. Keep note that there is no alcohol available on the island.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch extra Wünsche wie zusätzliche Badetücher etc. wurden umgehend umgesetzt. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und mega lecker. Das Highlight war der Pool oben auf der Terrasse. Das kann bei weitem nichts topen 💪🏻 Wir waren froh uns für dieses Hotel entschieden zu haben und würden es jederzeit wieder tun 😊

We liked the design of the hotel, everything was cleaned and it looked pretty new. The room was great, with huge bed and nice bathroom. We always got fresh drinking water when we needed it. Staff was always helpful. The breakfast and dinner options were huge, including local and international specialties.

With all inclusive we had lunch included, but we were a bit disappointed from the options and the meals themselves. The lunch was served in a different restaurant than breakfast/dinner and maybe that made a difference. Also the beach access is small and might feel a bit crowded with limited amount of sunbeds for our hotel. The beach itself is not great but also not terrible. Keep in mind there is really nothing to do around the hotel on the entire island.

It lacked the wow factor you get in other places in Maldives (hence the relatively cheaper price). There were not enough sun lounges for many guests. The house reef isn’t very good for snorkeling.

كل شي رائع

Abbiamo soggiornato allo Stone Hotel alle Maldive ed è stata un’esperienza davvero bellissima. Siamo già stati in altri resort alle Maldive, ma qui abbiamo trovato qualcosa di speciale, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il cibo: si mangia davvero in modo eccellente. Essendo italiani, per noi la qualità della cucina è fondamentale e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. La pasta era buonissima, così come tutta l’offerta gastronomica, dalla colazione fino alla cena, sempre varia e curata. La camera era stupenda, elegante e confortevole, perfetta per rilassarsi completamente. Un altro grande punto di forza è la piscina rooftop, che aggiunge un tocco di classe e rende l’atmosfera ancora più esclusiva. Un soggiorno che consigliamo assolutamente, soprattutto a chi cerca relax, qualità e un’attenzione particolare anche alla cucina.

Staff eccezionale, cibo ottimo, ambiente accogliente e super intimo. Tutto curato alla perfezione nei minimi dettagli. Avendo visitato l'isola non posso che consigliare questa struttura come unica scelta se si ricerca un esperienza di lusso in un isola local.
