A casa d'Avo é uma estadia maravilhosa! A casa é muito acolhedora, limpa, agradável e muito bem cuidada. A dona foi extremamente simpática e atenciosa, preocupando-se com todos os detalhes para garantir o conforto dos hóspedes.👌🏽 Tem tudo o que precisamos e não faltou absolutamente nada. Sentimo-nos em casa! Sem dúvida, um espaço que recomendo e onde voltaria com muito gosto. 🤗 Obrigada ☺️

O parque de estacionamento.

Muito perto da estação de Campanhã, espaço agradável, fresco de verão.

La habitación, cocina y living. Si bien era pequeña estaba bien decorada y muy limpio. Con buen aire acondicionado en la habitación y en el estar. Dos buenos Smartv y la dueña me informaba canales donde pasaban partidos del mundial.

La ubicación es desolada pero pasan dos líneas de buses a 300 mts, con buenas conexiones y llegada al centro en minutos. Estuve 3 noches, les dejo una mala experiencia de una noche. El resto muy bien todo. Tuve una mala experiencia, con una familia de inquilinos que supuestamente era un matrimonio pero luego llegaron su hija con 2 hijos pequeños y un bebe. Se desbordo el espacio común. Cocinaron pescado, tomaron mucho alcohol. A las 22 h reglas de convivencia no hacer ruido. Hable con la dueña me dijo que ya hablaba con ellos pero todo seguía igual, a las 4 h se puso a lavar ollas y a las 4,30 h seguían tomando, haciendo ruido, salí de mi habitación y los hice callar. Otro capitulo sería los niños y bebe. La dueña me pidió perdón, pero bueno...

Localização ótima.

It's very nice, cozy, quiet and clean. It's a shared house but every room has it's own bathroom/toilet and you can't hear other guests.

It's near the bus station and in the "bad" part of the city, there is no restaurants or markets close to tje appartment BUT the bus station for the city centre is really close so it isn't a big issue

Lokalita je menej atraktívna. Do centra diania, kde sú reštaurácie a obchody, dá sa dostať jedine miestnou hromadnou dopravou.

Close to train station, easy access, great communication with host, clean and comfortable room/ bathroom.

Obiekt był niezwykle czysty i dyskretny. Obsługa bardzo miła, zaangażowana i pomocna. Wszystko zgodne z zamówieniem, dopracowane w każdym szczególe. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Super acolhedora, limpeza bastante cuidada. A Mónica é muito simpática e sempre preocupada com os hóspedes. Voltaria a repetir sem dúvida.

The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was great for making some to eat

It was a little further out of the central area than we thought. However, we do not mind walking so for us It was not a big deal. Some of the buildings around the accommodations were a little rundown, but if you got past that, it was all good.

A casa realmente é muito cheirosa, como já havia visto nas descrições, gostei bastante da hospedagem.

Caso forem de carro, compensa deixar no estacionamento no metrô, pois na rua não há estacionamento.

I liked the personal touches like water in the fridge, some commodities. The property had a loved feel & it was easy to relax.

The noise from the busy street meant it was less peaceful than what I would have liked but the internal facilities helped to compensate.

I didn’t stay here. The place is a terrible neighborhood, across the street from a construction site with the largest hole in the middle of a city I ever seen.

Terrible location. Way too expensive for what it is. I lost my €53 but didn’t want to stay there.

Die Unterkunft war „astrein“.

Ich brauchte ein bisschen, um zu checken, dass die decentrale Lage kein Problem war. Durch Busse und auch Metro war ich immer gut orientiert und schnell „zuhause“.

Rahat yatak ve temiz oda. İşlemeli yatak çarşafları çok hoş ve güzel kokulu. Oda çok sessizdi rahat uyudum. Booking.com üzerinden personele ne zaman soru sorsam anında yanıt aldım. Tren istasyonuna 10-15 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde. Yakınında merkeze gitmek için otobüs durağı var. 2.5 euroya merkeze gidilebiliyor. Ben kullanmadım ama ortak kullanılabilen bir mutfak ve oturma salonu vardı.

Bulunduğu çevre biraz korkuttu, özellikle akşamları bu yüzden taksi kullandım. Kendi kendime check-in yaptığım ilk sefer olduğundan, rezervasyon yaptırır yaptırmaz giriş talimatlarını içeren bir kısa mesaj gönderilseydi daha iyi olurdu. Çünkü konaklama yerine ulaşım sırasında internet erişimi ve telefonunuzun şarjının bitmesi bazen sorun olabiliyor.

A simpatia da Mónica que nos enche o coração, a limpeza, a localidade silenciosa Para nós que andamos muito a pé facilmente nos deslocamos para o centro do Porto. Ideal para família ou grupo que ocupe os 3 quartos e fique com a casa toda.

A primeira impressão de serem quartos individuais com casa de banho privativa e cozinha de utilização comum sendo que ocupamos dois quartos e no terceiro havia uma pessoa que não conhecíamos não me soube bem, pois não estou habituada a este tipo de alojamento. Mas correu muito bem, pois nunca nos cruzamos com as pessoas que lá ficaram nesses dias.

Pas insonorisé. Quand les gens parle dans la cuisine le soir c’est comme s’ils étaient dans la chambre.

For me, it’s very good as it’s near my family house, and instead of being small, it’s a very clean place with everything I need. This is the third time I’ve stayed here, and I would definitely stay again.

Emplacement pénible dans une grande côte. Odeur désagréable gênante de la salle de bain Demande immédiate de rajout pour arriver un peu plus tôt (je suis venue pour un mariage, j'ai tout pris à l'avance, on ne contrôle pas tout et je n'ai donc pas aimé le premier contact que je trouve agressif) Bruyant tôt le matin avec des bruits métalliques que je ne sais expliquer où des personnes parlant très fort devant la fenêtre, impossible de se reposer, en vacances c'est un peu pénible.

O lugar. Uma rua a descer no Freixo. A subir custa um pouco. Quarto comodo com o essencial. Um problema no primeiro dia que rapidamente foi resolvido.

Não há contacto com ninguém excepto com os restantes hóspedes que por sorte só vi um o primeiro dia...

La habitación y el cuarto de baño muy limpios. No se nos realizó limpieza en el tiempo que permanecimos.

I wanted accomodation near the train and busstation Campanhã. That was perfenct. The accomodation looked new and very beautifully furnishes. The airco was ok, the bed was good, the linnen beautiful. There was fresh water in the fridge. The instructions were very clear and contact with the administrator easy.

I would advise to put some kind of coloured poster on the outside fence, because from outside it looks ugly and degradated. That is actually a pitty.

The room and shared spaces were clean, but I didn’t like the location of the property. The bed was not very comfortable, but the host was responsive and friendly.

I didn’t like the area which looked abandoned, but the building itself was renovated and clean.

The location, very close to the TIC train/bus station. The room was clean and comfortable. It also has a nice kitchen if you feel like cooking

Not the nicest neighborhood and very narrow walkways very very loud and busy traffic. The only reason we stayed there was to be close to the bus station. The unit itself was clean and very small rooms but very clean. The host was never seen but did communicate rapidly through WhatsApp. No place to store luggage. It was not described very well that you are renting the individual rooms so you share a common area and share the refrigerator

Not a very nice neighborhood and the area was under pretty bad disrepair. Once you got through the gate it was clean but very old.

Great room and en-suite - brilliant shower! Monica has provided a small kitchen and social space - which we used. It’s good to meet other travellers and share stories. We didn’t have time to sit outside but the small patio would be useful for those staying longer. It’s a well organised and very clean property. With just three rooms it’s was quiet and peaceful, despite the busy road outside. Monica’s directions and communications before the stay were very helpful. And Casa d’Avo is only 7 mins from Porto Campanhã station - there is a rear entrance/ exit.

Casa d’Avo is on a busy and fairly narrow road, which initially is a bit alarming. The pavement is narrow too. Some neighbouring properties are run down or empty. However, we felt safe and had no problems at all. Approaching the property from the river we could see that the area is developing, with large residential blocks close by.

Close to the bus station.

This is a great place to stay if you need to catch an early morning bus. Very nice accommodations. Very nice host.
