Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht. Die Lage ist super, 5 Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt.
Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen, da Haare und Dreckkrümel auf Bett und im Bad waren. Der Zahnputzbecher war nicht hygienisch eingepackt, die Folie war bereits auf. Die Toilette lief 24h durch. Das Personal wüsste bescheid, der Klempner müsste kommen. Sehr, sehr hellhörig. Das Zimmer und Eingangsbereich haben ziemlich schlecht gerochen. Es musste in der Nacht länger gelüftet werden um schlafen zu können.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The room was small, but comfortable. Nice shower with good water pressure. We were able to leave our backpacks here until it was time to check in. The staff members were helpful as well. Located close to the Se Cathedral.
When we arrived we needed to transfer clothing from a suitcase to our backpacks. I made arrangements ahead of time to do this via email, but the attendant on duty was a little impatient and we weren't able to be as careful as we would have liked to be.

Окна в моей комнате не было, поэтому утром было сложно понять, что это утро :) Хороший завтрак (яичница, сосиски, бекон, разные булочки, ветчина, сыр, вкусняшки, кофе, соки). Очень доброжелательный персонал ❤️
В моей комнате не было фена, но я им и не планировала пользоваться. На завтрак не хватило свежих овощей.

They ask you to leave 10 euros at reception and say they'll return it after you hand over your card. Since they didn't have change for 20 euros, I was forced to leave a document, which I found completely unnecessary; other places never ask for that. The room rugs had a bad smell.

Ya sabíamos que era una habitación de interior pero una ventana no estaría mal en la habitación aunque fuera a algún patio interior, pero entiendo que no es posible en ese tipo de habitación. Se descansó bien y en silencio.

There was really no explanation of where we could and more importantly, couldn't park/stop to unload. It made it, not necessarily difficult, but a little awkward to unload our luggage. Normally this wouldn't have been a problem but my friend was continuing on and had more luggage than usual.

Per arrivarci bisognava percorrere un paio di salite che con valigie e bagagli vari era difficile . Al mio arrivo mi hanno informato che l’aria condizionata si era rotta proprio in mattinata dicendomi facendo trovare un ventilatore in camera. Dopo parecchie insistenze la sera è comparso il telecomando del condizionatore che funzionava (hanno detto che è andato il tecnico). Nella stanza si sentiva un rumore (ronzio) continuo nella parete. Il ronzio era costante e durava tutto il giorno (durante la mia permanenza nella stanza). Cosa molto importante: le fotografie su Booking erano veritiere ma fatte MOLTO BENE! la doccia del bagno (vasca della nonna trasformata a doccia) terribile!

La stanza era senza finestra. Una stanza "interna" è una stanza che affaccia su un cortile interno. Se non ha finestra e non ha ricambio d'aria per me è uno ripostiglio delle scope. Non è accettabile. L'odore nel corridoio era sgradevole, dentro si sentiva puzza di sigaretta.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación, en pleno centro, cerca de todo y aunque estaba en el centro no se oía nada en la habitación. Muy cómoda y bien de tamaño.
En recepción te ponen que si marcas para que te hagan la habitación te la limpian, y no fue así ninguno de los días, y estuvimos 4. Al personal de recepción solo los vimos el primer días, si los llamabas al timbre, no venían. Nos quedamos sin papel higiénico, un poco desorganización por esa parte. Y por otro lado, había aparato de aire pero no mando, y como no estaban en recepción no pudimos preguntarles

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Es gab einen extra Schminkspiegel und auch eine Kleiderstange war vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, da viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar sind. Nachts ist immer jemand vom Personal vor Ort. Alle wirkten sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Wir hatten das Zimmer genau neben der Rezeption. Wenn jemand nachts ausgecheckt hat wurden wir wach, da der Eingangsbereich sehr hellhörig ist und die Lage des Zimmers es nicht anders hergibt. Die Klimaanlage hat oft Geräusche von sich gegeben, obwohl sie ausgeschaltet war.

Salle de bain très salle, mur avec de la saleté, toilette pas nettoyer. Il est écrit et dit en message qu’un parking privé est à disposition et pas besoin de réserver finalement on se retrouve devant c’est complet, obliger de se débrouiller à trouver une place une après midi pour aller à la chambre. Rue très bruyante, et hall très bruyant ( des autres personnes dans les chambres tapé contre les murs,crier à 00h, on entendaient les gens rentrer sortir sonnée etc) . Pas de store extérieur pour la lumière du jour le matin et la nuit. Matelas un peu dur. Pas de prise à côté du lit. Limité à 00h pour rentrer après la carte ne fonctionne pas. L’option « vue sur la ville » est uniquement une vue sur la rue en face..

Struggled with very steep stairs from the doorway to the small reception area.. thankfully our room was close by No lift. Toilet seat very loose in bathroom. Shower unit and bath combined in a very small unit not easy if you are an older person. Clean enough but glad it was only one night. Breakfast was in a separate building close by and not that great even for a basic breakfast,.

The ac made a loud noise every couple minutes all night. We should have just said something but we dealt with it and just turned off the ac. I told the reception in the morning

No estábamos preparados para un alojamiento sin ascensor. Llevamos equipaje para 5 semanas de viaje y una señora de 70 años 😬 No recuerdo haber leído en las especificaciones de Booking que no había ascensor.

Non ci e' piaciuta la dimensione della stanza che era letteralmente un buco, l'assenza di una finestra, la muffa lungo il battiscopa, i pasteis de nata duri, lo yogurt di scarsa qualita' e infine la poca gentilezza del ragazzo che gestiva la colazione.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und das Frühstück war auch für 10 Euro pro Person vollkommen in Ordnung.
Leider war das Zimmer nicht besonders sauber geputzt aber das ist auch das Einzige das es auszusetzen gibt.
