Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Almada Villa sehr genossen: sehr schöne, geräumige, saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, bequeme Betten und dazu eine super ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche - und das alles in schöner Lage. Und eine tolle Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Gastgeberin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Chambres très spacieuses Propreté Villa de caractère Hôte très réactive et aidante quand nous lui avons demandé un service.
Impossible de se garer proche de la villa sauf à tourner des dizaines de minutes et espérer que quelqu’un libère une place… il nous a donc fallu payer un abonnement à un parking urbain pour la semaine, compter autour de 90 euros…. Almada est bien situé proche de Lisbonne mais un esprit « ville » plutôt que « vacances », il faut juste le savoir 😉 Pour des vacances, voiture obligatoire selon moi. Ceci est une maison d’hôtes avec cuisine et terrasse partagées, idem il faut bien le comprendre sur l’Annonce Pas de lave-linge disponible et les laveries automatiques sont assez éloignées a pied.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026I had a very pleasant stay at Almada Villa. The apartment was very clean and stylishly furnished. Check in and out was very simple and easy. I enjoyed the coffee machine in the morning and the terrace right next to it.
I arrived very late and all shops around were closed. A bottle of water in the apartment would have been nice, or at least the possibility to take a bottle of water from the kitchen to get it charged later on.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026We loved EVERYTHING! Location is excellent and close to amenities (a few local restaurants and a small grocery store). The Ferry to Lisboa was only a 15 min walk away and the walk to the Ferry through Almada is quite lovely. The host, Karina, was incredible friendly and responsive! The kitchen facilities came in handy - we appreciated that they had some bowls, glasses, and a wine bottle opener. We had a friend pick us up and took us to Costa de Caparica beach which was only a 15 min drive away. We hope to come back to this Villa again sometime soon! It was a highlight of our visit!
Everything was excellent. The only possible improvement we would have appreciated would be a TV in the bedroom, however the TV seating area in our suite was also very lovely.

Beautifull spacy rooms in an old villa,which was totally renovated with good taste and appreciating the athmosphere of an old villa. We had spacious bedroom, livingroom and a bathroom with french balcony on second floor of the villa. We could also use a beautifull, well equipped kitchen, which is comman with other rooms in the villa. We also enjoyed a lot of the wonderfull large yard where you could have your breakfast. This villa had also excellent location: a short walk (1,2 km) to boat terminal - and then only 8-9 minutes with ferry and you were in the heart of Lissabon! We also loved the neighborhood of the villa - ordinary small town quarters with normal everyday life around you! It was a pleasure everyday, after the crowded centre of Lissabon, to come back home to Almada Villa. After this experience it's clear that when visting Lissabon again we will stay at this wonderfull villa!
It is possible that the soundinsulation is not so very good in the house. The beautifull windows doesn'nt keep noices from the street so well away... However, this detail didn't disturb us, we enjoyed all our six nights in the villa!

Reviewed May 22, 2026Mooi ruim opgezet en netjes . Lekkere tuin / binnenplaats om te zitten. Prima voorzieningen keuken met koffie thee etc aanwezig. Parketen is in de buurt in parkeergarage. Je moet wel aan deze kant van stad willen zitten. Aan waterkant op een speciale plek leuke restaurantjes dichtbij. En je zou met een watertaxi naar de overkant kunnen gaan.
We werden door host gewaarschuwd om ruim op tijd (vroeg ) te vertrekken omdat we anders mogelijk in verkeer vast kwamen te zitten om naar vliegveld te gaan. Dan moet je de brug nog over. Het verliep soepel en Hierdoor waren we veel te vroeg op het vliegveld en konden we minder lang genieten van het leuke verblijf in de lokatie

Only due to location and arrival date there was quite a bit if street noise, however the rooms are well sound proofed.

Suite muito espaçosa, com excelente cama, antecâmara com televisão plana ( tv cabo, netflix), bom quarto de banho. Cozinha totalmente equipada e funcional! A proprietária Karina foi inexcedível em simpatia e boa vontade, bem como a assistente Xana!

The walls are pretty thin, could here people talking very easily, but there were zero issues sleeping as everyone was quiet by that time.

Mit der Fähre ist man schnell auf der anderen Seite des Tejo. Sehr gastfreundliche, hilfsbereite und sympathische Betreiberin (Karina)! Es gibt eine gemütliche, bestens ausgestattete Wohnküche und eine Aussenterrasse für die Hausgäste. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielfältige Gastronomie (mit deutlich besserem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis als in der Hauptstadt!) in der Nähe.
