Lediglich die Parksituation, die aufgrund der Lage/ Fußgängerzone deutlich erschwert ist.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026La ubicación muy buena. Bajando la calle puedes coger el ferry que te lleva a Lisboa en 10 minutos. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas. En la misma calle tienes varios restaurantes donde se come muy bien. Muy recomendable si quieres visitar Lisboa.

Lovely balcony that overlooks the street and view of the river. The air conditioning keeps the rooms cool and great to come back to after the heat outside. The lady in reception is friendly and very helpful. Local restaurants on the doorstep, very nice lively atmosphere at night .
If you are staying on the top floor the stairs are pretty steep and lots of them .

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Very good palce to stay in Lisbon, minutes away from the ferry, perfect location. Nicely furbished, sporting a lovely terrace to chill, what else do you need? Maybe Good restaurants? Great fresh seafood is literarily 10 meters from the door.
The street could be a bit noisy, but that is the price of the perfect location. Our room was upstairs, which might be an issue for some.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Very nice location, on the other side of the river, away from very touristy areas. Easy to take the ferry to cross the river. You get to mingle with the locals. Great location. You find some really nice cafés and restaurants nearby/within walking distance.
In the warmer temperatures, the smell of cooking from the restaurants below did come into the flat. It would be really nice to have a kettle.

Mit der Fähre ist man in wenigen Minuten in Cais de Sodre, von wo man sowohl zu Fuß, als auch per Bahn oder Metro überall sehr gute Verbindungen hat.
Der Kopfpolster hat gerochen.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Localização, a rua não passa carro e o prédio é cercado de restaurantes, incluindo logo abaixo das varandas. O isolamento acústico é perfeito, zero barulho dentro do apto. A Internet é maravilhosa!!! Estava tudo limpo, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Com várias instruções, senti um carinho especial em quem cuida do imóvel. A cozinha tem tudo, fogão, geladeira e micro-ondas. Tem também panelas, talheres, copos e xícaras.
Tem um lance só de escada, com piso que é meio escorregadio, acho que umas lixas resolveriam o problema. Subimos e descemos com cuidado, sem nenhum problema. Senti falta de um lençol para cobrir, tem um cobertor que esquenta bem, no meu caso me incomodou.

Could hear people walking around upstairs, very annoying as late at night. A coffee maker and hair dryer would be nice to have.

L'escalier très raide pour monter dans l'appartement, pas facile pour les personnes âgées... Système de clé digital contraignant, dépendant de l'internet et du smartphone, pas très user friendly pour les personnes âgées.

Auch eine Vielzahl von guten Restaurants eigentlich direkt vor der Tür ist ein Grund mehr dort zu übernachten. Unser Dank geht an die Dame an der Reception für viele Gute Informationen.

Abertura da porta do predio e do apartamento è feita atravès do telemovel. Cacilhas tem um passeio maritimo maravilhoso, com uma vista incrivel da cidade de Lisboa. O apartamento era moderno e estava limpo.
Nāo gostei do facto de ter exclusivamente o necessário para duas pessoas, 2 copos, 2 garfos 2 talheres , 2 toalhas etc etc Para quem quer fazer as suas refeições tem falta de utensilios. A D.Célia è que perguntou se precisavamos de secador de cabelo, e foi buscar um à recepçāo ( predio à frente), de facto nāo compreendo como è que o mesmo nāo está a disposiçāo dos hospedes no apartamento. O facto de ser uma rua movimentada e com as janelas( varandas),viradas para a mesma o barulho è constante, creio que deveriam colocar portas duplas para evitar o barulho. A falta de cobertores ou pequenas mantas para os dias mais frios. Pouca luz na w.c que nāo facilita quem se maquilha, tendo em conta que só existe um espelho. Um espelho no quarto seria o ideal, de preferência de corpo inteiro. Creio que deveriam investir um pouco mais nos pormenores para elevarem o conforto dos hospedes. Gostei...mas tem umas quantas lacunas que facilmente poderiam tornar a experiência bem melhor.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2025Mitten in der Fußgängerzone mit vielen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr nah an der Fähre nach Lissabon. Ein naher öffentlicher Parkplatz auf dem man Stand Oktober 2025 für 6,50 € täglich parken kann.

Le mobilier (les chaises) vintage, n'est ni pratique, ni rassurant. On évite l'utilisation

Sommier et chaises grincent vraiment beaucoup. Un petit peu plus d'équipements serait un plus : une bouilloire ou cafetière par exemple, et un peu plus de couverts.

Reviewed Oct 31, 2025Im Apartement hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage in Cacilhas war super, Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden gibt es in nächster Nähe. Die Überfahrt mit der Fähre fanden wir spannend. Das Checkin mit dem Handy war für uns neu, hat aber bestens funktioniert.
