Reviewed Sep 17, 2026La ubicación es excepcional. En pleno centro histórico, a dos cuadras de la catedral y a media de la iglesia de San Antonio. Muy cerca de la plaza du comercio y da Rua du comercio.
Que no pudimos acceder a habitaciones con baño privado, aunque los compartidos siempre procuraron que estuvieran limpios.

Els restaurants, locals per menjar que Hi havia als voltants eren carissims! Si no és la primera vegada que vens a Lisboa, m'allotjaria a un altra barri més local.

Pegamos um quarto duplo com banheiro privativo, mas ele era ao lado do banheiro compartilhado. Isso fez com que fosse um pouco barulhento, com o entra e sai de gente no banheiro.

The location was excellent for exploring Lisbon, with many attractions, restaurants and public transport options nearby. The room was comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would happily stay here again.
There wasn’t much to dislike. The only minor inconvenience was having a shared bathroom, but this was clearly indicated when booking.

Appartement très sombre, une fenêtre qui donne sur une cour intérieure avec toutes les clims. Table cassée, linges troués, robinet de l' évier pas fixé, pas d' eau chaude dans la kitchenette, pas de cafetière, chaises toutes tachées, pas de tire bouchon...... Juste le minimum. Appartement de passage.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Posizione molto pratica per girare tra i quartieri principali di Lisbona, è nella piazza della chiesa dedicata a Sant' Antonio nel quartiere Alfama. Ma direi che, insieme al prezzo, è stata l'unica cosa per cui sono contenta della scelta fatta.
L'angolo cottura totalmente inutilizzabile. Il rubinetto della cucina mi è rimasto in mano praticamente la prima volta che l'ho aperto, le sedie del tavolino erano macchiate e decisamente impolverate. Non ci siamo nemmeno avvicinati ai fuochi o alle pentole, vista la prima impressione, e abbiamo deciso di fare tutti i pasti fuori. Al momento del check out abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile lasciare le valigie, che avremmo poi recuperato dopo pranzo per tornare in aeroporto... Ci è stato detto di sì, ma quando siamo tornati e abbiamo suonato, non ci ha aperto nessuno. Ho dovuto chiamare tre volte il numero per farmi mandare qualcuno a riaprire la struttura, con la preoccupazione di avere prenotato l'autista di Uber che ovviamente non volevamo fare aspettare (con il rischio poi di arrivare in ritardo). Fosse stata mezzanotte avrei capito, ma in orario diurno con una reception è stata una situazione che non mi sarei mai aspettata e che non posso che considerare negativa.

Les équipements étaient rudimentaires, sèche-cheveux inutilisable. La chambre sentait l’humidité et il y avait des traces de moisissures. Aussi, le logement était oppressant nous n’avions pas la lumière du jour car la fenêtre était que la cour d’un restaurant, nous ne pouvions donc pas vraiment l’ouvrir car cela aurait été bruyant et odorant. Enfin, malgré un passage quotidien des personnes ménagères, la chambre n’était pas propre, dès l’arrivée nous avions remarqué dans la salle de bain un cure dent…seul le lit était fait.

La relacion calidad precio es insuperable, es una opcion buenisima para pasar unos dias en lisboa, sin ninguna duda repetiria

Limpieza, se escuchaba mucho el ruido de fuera de la habitacion. Nos dieron la de al lado del baño compartido y se escuchaba a la gente usar el servicio y entrar en él. Además, el baño de la habitacion era muy pequeño y sucio.

Väldigt lyhört från receptionen ,dörren var vanlig inomhusdörr och det hördes in när personalen satt i telefonen eller pratade med andra gäster. Receptionisten satt strax utanför dörren från 08.00 fram till 22.00. Aircondition kunde man inte ställa in själv,då det var centralstyrt , kunde bli för kallt på natten eller för varmt beroende på receptionisten satte tempraturen på innen hon gick hem

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The best about this accomodation is definitely its location, very convinient and close to everything, the city centre, bus and metro. The rooms are clean and the shared bathrooms are as well, no need to worry about that. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The lack of wardrobe or basicaly any piece of furniture to store things was very annyoing. The bed was very difficult to sleep on after few nights, the matrace gets deformed and we really felt it after 4th night.

Esistono diverse tipologie di stanze, scegliendo quella al minor prezzo viene offerta una camera quasi claustrofobica ma comunque dotata di tutto (mini frigo, cucinetta, aria condizionata, TV). Il bagno non è finestrato ma era nuovo e funzionale, la finestra della camera affacciava su un poco piacevole interno cortile (e non era gradevole aprire la finestra)

La atención fue excelente: tuvimos problemas con nuestros vuelos y nos esperaron y recibieron maravillosamente. La habitación es hermosa, cómoda, luminosa y espaciosa. El baño está muy bien; quizás la ducha es un poco pequeña, pero el agua sale a una temperatura ideal, así que lo compensa sin problemas. Además, está ubicado en una zona espectacular. También guardaron nuestro equipaje sin ningún inconveniente, lo que nos permitió aprovechar mejor nuestro último día en la ciudad. De hecho, nos alojamos tanto a nuestra llegada como a nuestra partida, y en ambas ocasiones la experiencia fue maravillosa. Sin dudas, volveríamos a elegirlo.

It was a shared bathroom even though we did not experience the waiting. One of the bathroom sinks takes so long to drain the water probably needs cleaning the drain. There was repair going on so there’s scaffolding outside that we can’t open window. It would have done a nice view of trams passing by.

Aan het begin zaten er gekke vlekken op het dekbed. Echter was het personeel al heel snel met nieuw beddengoed dus dat was wel heel fijn. Er waren ook andere gasten die je eten uit de gezamelijke keuken pakte. Dat was wat minder maar niet echt iets waar het verblijf iets aan kan doen. Maar let daar wel op.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Well located to the cathedral and just a short walk to all the tourist spots. The room was in the next building and offered a very quiet place. Aircon worked well enough and the facilities were sufficient. My hostess was wonderful and helped get me squared away.
It’s not five stars, but great for the price.

The room wasn't very sound-proof - we were in a room quite near reception and we heard guests coming and going and being introduced to the place. There were also building work noises during the day.

They could do with some new linens and towels, and there's a tram line right outside so bring earplugs.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026De locatie is erg leuk, midden in het centrum, je bent overal zo (lopend of met de bekende tram28). Zit aan leuk pleintje met museum, kerk en mogelijkheid tot ontbijt om de hoek. Niet geweest, maar naast het appartement zat een gezellig uitziend restaurantje waar ze live fado muziek speelden.
De douche in het appartement was ronduit goor, overal zat schimmel. De sifon/stankafsluiter in het doucheputje miste waardoor het appartement naar riool stonk. Ondanks meerdere meldingen werd er niks aan gedaan. We hebben daarom zelf maar een plastic zak erin gepropt om de stank te stoppen. Handdoeken waren ook een probleem, toen we aankwamen waren die nog niet beschikbaar en later in de week kregen we pas na veelvuldig vragen schone handdoeken. Er moest steeds gewacht worden op de wasservice, erg bijzonder dat er geen voorraad beschikbaar was

Erg gehorig! Ik had een kamer met eigen badkamer op de begane grond, maar de gedeelde badkamers zaten naast die van mij. De hele nacht gaan mensen douchen, waardoor ik erg slecht sliep. Ook het praten van personeel met gasten is heel goed hoorbaar tot ‘s avonds laat, omdat de receptie op dezelfde verdieping zit.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Fomos muito bem recepcionados , a Cátia foi extremamente atenciosa , assim como a menina da limpeza . A cama era muito confortável. Pra nós que caminhamos bastante , isso foi essencial para acordarmos bem. O quarto era fresco e agradável, mesmo com o calorão que estava fazendo do lado de fora. As toalhas e roupas de cama eram muito cheirosas e mesmo o banheiro compartilhado estava sempre limpo. A localização é excelente também. Perto de tudo. Conseguimos acessar vários locais a pé e era fácil chegar na estação de comboios ou no cais, se quiséssemos ir para outros locais mais distantes. E mesmo estando no centro de Lisboa , a noite foi bem tranquila. Não fechamos totalmente as janelas e mesmo assim era silencioso para dormir.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Muy buena ubicación, habitación amplia y confortable con diseño moderno, cama excelente y baño privado. Creíamos que la cocina estaba incorporada en la habitación tipo departamento, pero estaba en una zona común; igualmente muy accesible y con lo necesario.
La chica que nos recibió el primer día fue muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo. Lamentablemente ingresó en vacaciones al día siguiente y su reemplazante parecía no importarle mucho su trabajo y además utilizaba a menudo la cocina y dejaba todo lo que usaba sin lavar y apilado en la bacha hasta el día siguiente. El edificio estaba en obra por lo que el exterior estaba tapiado. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Nonostante le dimensioni della stanza non siano esagerate, sono comunque sufficienti per contenere tutto quello che serve per passare un paio di giorni lì. Esperienza di check-in e comunicazione con host positiva e chiara.
Sicuramente più attenzione nella pulizia e soprattutto nella manutenzione, c'erano diversi punti che sono lasciati un po' andare ed è un peccato perchè basterebbe poco per renderla fantastica.

There was absolutely no soundproofing and a very thin door. As the reception was right on the other side it was very loud. Especially when the phone (or doorbell) rang. From early morning to late evening even after the reception was no longer staffed. Fortunately we were very tired and full so fell asleep anyway.
