Super convenient location: train station access to the city, access to the beach, grocery, restaurants And super comfortable room and amenities

La cama me pareció super cómoda (como de hotel). A mí me tocó una habitación con baño dentro, así que fue perfecto (había dos habitaciones que tenían el baño en el pasillo, que igual es privado, pero me parece incómodo). La casa es bonita, cómoda... tiene una mesa grande de comedor y tres mesas en el patio. Me parece que tienen buena organización (la nevera tiene baldas divididas por habitación, para evitar confusiones). Tienen un espacio con contraseña para dejar las maletas si llegas pronto o te vas más tarde. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y TV. Queda enfrente (literal) de la parada de tren, así que está super bien conectado para ir a Estoril/Cascais, a Belem, Lisboa... Pero, sorprendentemente, no se escucha el sonido del tren. Queda a 5 minutos de la playa (que suele estar bastante llena), a 3 minutos del super... Cerca hay un par de restaurantes que no están mal.

Así como no se escucha nada del exterior, los cuartos están muy mal insonorizados hacia dentro. Se escucha cuando alguien cierra la puerta de la calle (y eso que mi habitación era de las más alejadas de la entrada), también si la gente habla por los pasillos. Una noche hubo unos huéspedes que llegaron de madrugada y me despertaron. El precio me pareció algo elevado. Me imagino que es lo que se da por la zona, pero para no quedar en el centro de Estoril y bastante lejos de Cascais... me parece caro. Al final es un alojamiento turístico más...

Bien ubicado, cerca del paseo y del mar, con calles para aparcar bien y gratis cerca. El check-in y check-out fue muy rápido, sencillo y muy bien informado. Se nos añadieron instrucciones y hasta un video de Youtube explicando todo bien. Muy claro. Las zonas comunes estaban bien equipadas y limpias, con cada habitación su espacio reservado. La habitación era pequeña pero muy cómoda y bien aprovechada. La ducha correcta y el baño, en general, también. Tiene aire acondicionado y humidificador, que se agradece en verano.

Lamentablemente, vimos un bicho en la habitación, pero probablemente fue por dejar las ventanas abiertas... No volvimos a verlo, no lo encontramos. El resto todo muy bien y limpio.

Nulla! Tuttavia mancano alcuni servizi per rendere perfetto il soggiorno (l’asciugacapelli🙂)

Beds are super soft and comfy, great clean shared facilities and outdoor area. Our room got great natural light and is spacious.

Bathroom doesn’t dry or air out very efficiently, as it has to be kept locked to avoid other guests using it. Can’t leave the door open for extended periods of time so it remains humid.

I absolutely loved staying here and it exceeded my expectations! The room was very nice and clean. A huge bonus for me was that it came with airconditioning! Especially during the summer months this is really nice. The room comes with a key to a private bathroom which was clean and nice. There is a big kitchen with dishwasher etc that was shared and also always clean. Theres a big table for seating inside as well as tables outside. We rented a car so am not too sure about how good the location was (with car it was fine!). We could park the car on the street where there was some paid parking but bit too expensive (it requires coins). Would come here again and recommend!

Very convenient or even ideal spot if you love Ocean, beach and walking/running.

Closing the private bathroom with keys was not the best solution because the bathroom shall be well ventilated after the shower

Piękny budynek, który tak naprawdę jest właściwie pensjonatem i czujesz się w nim jak w domu. Wnętrza pięknie odnowione (podłoga i elementy stolarki drewnianej super) i bardzo estetyczne, a przestrzenie wspólne (kuchnia, jadalnie i ogród) zaaranżowane tak, że każdy znajdzie tam dla siebie miejsce na chwilę "small talków" lub wypicia dobrej kawy. Trochę podróżuję, a to miejsce polecam szczególnie!

Good location and facilities

I did not have the unsuit room. I had to walk all the corridor to make use of the toilet. Even during the night.

A localização é excelente, numa zona muito tranquila e segura. O alojamento é muito limpo, organizado e confortável.

Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und ermöglichte uns einen frühen Check-in. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Lage gut und nur etwa 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt.

Der Raum war etwas klein; möglicherweise wären größere Zimmer oder ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen mit besserer Aussicht angenehmer gewesen.

Habitación y WC, muy pequeña

The Apartment was perfect for me. I love being around the locals and this place was great. The commuter rail is literally across the street and the beach is one block away. There are several very nice restaurants to enjoy if you don't feel like cooking. The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, full size fridge and dining room including utensils and dishes. There is also a local grocery store a short walk from the house. It is well maintained, clean and refreshed. Paolo is wonderful communicating whatever you need to know. He also replies back via WhatsApp quickly. He us also very accommodatingshould you have any special needs. I asked for an early check in and it was arranged without issue. Suffice to say I had a fabulous time in Estoril and the surrounding area and felt safe and very happy with my stay. I highly recommend Sweet Spot @ Beach.

Todo me gustó, es un lugar hermoso y perfectamente cuidado. La cama es cómoda, el baño es muy amplio, todo está muy limpio. La ubicación es fantástica a solo unos pasos de la estación de tren de san josé

Zimmer war gut. Die Lage an der Bahn war super. Die Restaurants und Bars sind echt gut 👍

Leider war alles sehr anonym. Niemand war da. Alles lief digital ab. Leider lief das Wasser im Waschbecken im Bad nicht gut ab. Der Patio könnte schöner und gemütlicher gestaltet werden. Sonnenschirm und Kissen wären super.

O quarto estava super arrumado e limpo. O facto de ter cozinha é um enorme plus!!! A localização é perfeita, de um lado a paragem do comboio e do outro a praia. Voltarei

I DID NOT STAY THERE - THE ROOM SMELT OF MOULD AND FORTUNATELY I CAME WITH MY DAUGHTER WHO REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO STAY ALSO THE DOOR TO THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE IS VERY SHABBY

Gostamos muito, quer pela limpeza, quer pelo conforto do quarto. Boas instalações. Bem localizado, com a linha do comboio mesmo em frente e com 2 bons locais mesmo ao lado para comer que são top!

A único senão é não haver estacionamento, mas passando a linha de comboio para o outro lado existe um parque onde se paga só 1 euro por dia, o que foi uma maravilha uma vez que na rua do alojamento o estacionamento é muito mais caro e limitado a apenas algumas horas.

Habitación pequeña en un semisótano, baño interior. (Creo que las hay mejores, pero me tocó esa y lo que pagué no fue barato en absoluto) No vi a nadie de la gestión del alojamiento en los 5 días que estuve. No arreglaron la habitación ni una vez.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend genau gegenüber der Train Station. Ist also sowohl mit dem Leihauto als auch mit dem Zug sehr gut erreichbar.

Es fühlt sich an als würde man während dem Studium in einer Wohngemeinschaft wohnen. Umgebautes Wohnhaus mit mehreren Zimmern teilweise ist das Badezimmer außerhalb. Es gibt GemeinschaftrRäume und eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit extra Kühlschrank und Lebensmittelfach. Es gibt keinen Harföhn am Zimmer und das Zimmer wird nicht gereinigt während des Aufenthalts. Dafür stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht

We lived just a few stops up from this location and ate at Paco Bigotes many times, so we knew the area well. We had no idea until we were looking for a place to stay during a visit that this property was available for vacation lets. Very clean and though the bathroom was not in the room, it was private and a short walk from the room.

I loved everything about the actual property and the woman who kept it so pristine. I don’t usually rent shared spaces. Most of the other renters were polite and considerate. But the last two days there were two young ladies who were loud beyond the stated time and would spread out in the kitchen so you had to wait until they were done to use it. No other renters were like this.

Es una casa grande muy agradable, muy tranquila, cuidada y limpia. Del exterior no se oye apenas nada (ni siquiera el tren) y del interior...depende de los otros huéspedes (durante mi estancia fue todo bien)

No soy muy fan de lo de los códigos numéricos para las puertas, etc. Pero ya lo sabía cuando reservé

A decoração era muito bonita e personalizada, com muito bom gosto. Cozinha muto bem equipada. Estava tudo exelente.

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres et nous n'étions pas au même étage. Nous étions avec nos enfants. La chambre du sous-sol sent l'humidité.

Excelente localizacão, quarto confortavel e mesmo o alojamento estando vizinho a linha de comboio é muito silêncioso. Cama confortavél e limpeza excelente.

Na minha opinião poderia ter na parte externa do alojamento informacão para localizar os quartos. Recebemos um vídeo explicativo, mas caso um hospede tenha problema com a internet, poderá ter dificuldade em localizar.
