Great value. Great location. Very close to beach and main restaurant area but not too noisy. Basic but not old. Very clean. The staff was really outstanding and helped me with a problem that they really didn’t have to.

The hotel has been renovated inside to a high standard, the rooms are gorgeous! It was all really clean and having the breakfast included was a bonus. Breakfast is cereals, bread/toast, fruit, coffee. It's really well located on the main street to explore Ericeira but at a quiet end.

The hotel looks shabby from the outside. The shower had a window in it! We were concerned at first this could be overlooked and my friend wore her swimsuit, but it looks into an internal space that I don't think anyone can access, and it helps bring in natural light.

The location is great, right on the main street, close to restaurants, cafés and a walking distance from a couple of beaches. The staff provided a fan when I asked for one, as it was quite hot in the room and there's no AC.

The whole place feels a bit like a retirement home. There was an elderly man on the reception couch every evening watching football on his phone at a really high volume. I didn't manage to understand whether he works there, as he didn't even reply when I greeted him. The breakfast is very basic – cheese, ham, bread, boiled eggs and some orange slices. It would be great to have some vegetables or a couple of other things to choose from. My room was facing the street on the first floor, which meant that it was quite noisy and I couldn't even properly open the windows, as people and cars were passing by. The room is extremely basic, with an old, not very comfortable spring mattress bed and extremely bright ceiling lamp, with no other light options, as far as I can remember. There are not even mosquito nets on the windows. At half the price this would have been barely passable.

La ubicación es ideal, el personal es muy amable y atento. El desayuno es muy completo (quizás podría comenzar un poco más temprano). Todo está limpio, prolijo y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Excelente relación precio-calidad.

It was so central to the centre of town and also a short walk to the sea. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and they offered cleaning every day too.

No hairdryer in the rooms but you can get one from reception if you need one.

Dir Sauberkeit ist das einzige was wirklich positiv heraussticht.

Dir Matratze ist total durchgelegen mit einer riesigen kuhle drin. Keine Dteckdosen am Bett. Es gab im ganzen Zimmer 2 steckdosen. 1 im Bad und eine nahe am Ausgang. Die amatur im Bad ist so alt das die komplett am blöttern ist. Mitarbeiter eher unfreundlich und man wird ignoriert. Bei über 100€ die Nacht muss man sogar noch für Wasser auf dem Zimmer bezahken. Ich bin oft in Mafra und Ericeira, aber sieser Besuch ist definitiv einmalig.

Terrible experience. They did not disclose anywhere any of the crazy rules that do not reflect a “hotel”. This place is ran like a prison or a convent. I was notified at check in that I would not be able to speak or make noise in my room, phone, music, voices, otherwise. Could not have my second person inside the building at all! Plus I was restricted on hours of coming and going. Room had 2 beds for 2 people but only one was allowed and another had to be added separately for a ridiculous extra fee, but would only be permitted to sleep and nothing else…including speaking! Good luck if you’re a couple! There’s also only 1 outlet in the whole room…that doesn’t support an adapter. Shower didn’t work properly and is ancient so can’t even use the overhead attachment. They refused to let me have a refund after telling me the strict rules so it basically just was an expensive awful place to store my things. Beds are super old and very uncomfortable. Very monastery but way less chill and peaceful so more like a prison. Think of the strictest religious house you could grow up in as you’re treated and spoken to like a child under 13. You have to knock on a window to wake a man up that sleeps on the couch, who only speaks Portugese, to let you in after dark and they control and watch your every move. Can’t even have someone help you to carry your things in. Honestly, most ridiculous worse experience and frustrating waste of money. Seriously, get a different and actual HOTEL, pay less and stay at a hostel even if available bc it’s prob 1000x better. I only have video instead of photos that I took to protect myself from these people upon leaving. Just be warned but I wish I knew before I booked or could’ve done anything about it afterwards!

Tiene una excelente ubicación tanto hacia el pueblo como a la hora de coger el coche. Se ve que está nuevo y muy limpio, con limpieza diaria.

Quizás por poner una pega, un ventilador ya que no hay aire acondicionado.

Rommene hadde ikke aircondition, og mye støy fra omgivelsene gjorde det vanskelig å sove med åpne vinduer. To av rommene hadde en ubehagelig lukt. Et av rommene hadde kun en stikkontakt.

Beliggenhed er super god for enden af gågaden i den rolige ende og med 100 m til den lækre sydstrand. Morgenmaden var simpel men i orden med dejligt brød. Nyrenoverede værelser, daglig god rengøring og venligt personale.

Morgenmaden kunne med fordel opgraderes lidt ift. udvalg, men var i orden.

Frisch renovierte Zimmer und sauber. Das Haus verspricht innen mehr, als es im ersten Blick von außen scheint. Unsere Räder konnten wir sogar sicher in der Tiefgarage abstellen.

Pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę bardzo udany. Wszystko było nieskazitelnie czyste, a obsługa niezwykle sympatyczna, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Ogromnym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja – hotel znajduje się przy głównym deptaku, dzięki czemu wszędzie jest blisko. Dodatkowo z okna rozciągał się przepiękny widok na ocean, który sprawiał, że każdy poranek był wyjątkowy. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i chętnie tu wrócę!

La almohada necesita cambiarse. Tiene muchos años y ha perdido todo el mullido, es bataante incómoda

La habitación es amplia. Tiene una pequeña terraza desde la que se ve el mar. El baño es algo pequeño pero suficiente. Todo el personal es muy agradable.

En la habitación no había secador y había que pedirlo en recepción. Lo peor el desayuno. Es escaso y sin variedad. Si cambiaran el desayuno o hubiera opción de coger sólo alojamiento volvería sin ninguna duda.

Very easy late check-in. Lovely staff. Really beautiful room with it's own balcony. Extremely clean. I actually really liked the breakfast too. You can tell this is a very well loved family run hotel. The location is also perfect.

I liked everything and actually think there has been some very picky negative reviews of this hotel. You cannot expect to pay the price this hotel charges and then complain it doesn't offer the same as a 4 star hotel.

Excelent location, one room w/ sea view and a cosy balcony w/ a table and two chairs. It was very pleasant to have the chance to breathe sea air, feel the sun and read a little book quietly in the balcony. Wonderful!

O quarto era um pouco velho, a casa de banho era muito pequena, especificamente o duche e também estava um pouco desgastado. O pequeno-almoço com pouca variedade. A relação qualidade-preço não se justifica.

There was a slight problem with the reservation, and even tho in the beginning the woman at the front desk didn't seem really helpful, she ended up solving our problem for an extra. The room was one of the renovated ones, so that a pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable, and the room design was modern and cosy. The price was normal for the area.

The breakfast was included in the price, however, I was expecting a bit more... The variety was very limited, with a couple of options for cereals; it didn't have any of the most common things like sausages and scrambled eggs. A bit disappointing :c

Very clean hotel, older but very well cared for and excellent location. Only problem was very bright streetlight right outside the rooms. Only choice for blocking light was roll-down metal shutter that also blocked any fresh air . No fan available. Would suggest black- out curtain inside might help.

The hotel is ideally located in the city center, providing easy access to restaurants, cafés, shops, and the nearby beaches. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, recently renovated, and well insulated from external noise. Our bedroom featured a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, offering the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the beautiful surroundings. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests, helping to make our stay even more enjoyable.

The lack of air conditioning in the room could be an issue during periods of very hot weather. It was not a problem for us at the beginning of June, but in the height of summer it may be difficult to fully enjoy the room. The breakfast was quite basic and fell short of expectations in terms of both variety and quality. The selection of food was limited, with relatively few options available for guests who prefer either sweet or savory breakfasts. A broader range of pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, and other breakfast staples would greatly improve the overall experience.

riguardando le foto ci sono alcune stanze rinnovate, altre "anni 80": noi eravamo in una di queste. non era presente il fon, in tutta la stanza (compreso bagno e quella della tv) c'erano 3 prese. tutte lontane dal letto, il soffione della doccia era paragonabile al getto di un idrante. l'insonorizzazione é scarsa: ne abbiamo avuto prova la sera sentendo i rumori (...) dei vicini, e la mattina alle 5 quando degli ospiti si sono alzati, fatti due risate, i bagagli e lasciato l'hotel sbattendo le porte.

Os quartos têm um isolamento acústico em painéis de madeira nas paredes que dão uma apresentação moderna e um efeito excelente: não se ouve nada dos quartos adjacentes. Cheira bem nos quartos, no corredor e na casa de banho. Camas confortáveis. Pequeno almoço com pão fresco, mesmo ao domingo! O que quero mesmo realçar é a amabilidade discreta do staff e o silêncio dentro do hotel.

As almofadas são um pouco altas, mas é gosto individual. Havia um pouco de barulho da rua: zona de peões até muito pela noite fora (sábado).
