Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Friendly, very helpful staff and service was great .
Room 4 we booked but didn't use it for the 3 days because room 1 was big enough for 5 Family members and we only saw it when we got there. Staff member called the manager and she advised no refund could be done as we already booked the room for the 3 days. Since we didn't use the room a gesture or refund would be much appreciated. Ants were visible in the kitchen area.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Smart-TV mit großem Screen. Schönes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Our car broke down on the day of our booking, forcing us to reschedule our stay. Our booking was honoured two days later when we were able to resume our trip. The manager, Hendrica, was great at communicating and ensuring that we did not stress about our booking. The rooms were perfect for a stopover in Bloemfontein, and the pool was great for a dip. Would recommend to anyone traveling through Bloemfontein or staying a few days.
There was a water issue on our departure, which was promptly attended to. We used the bathroom facility in the one room that was not affected. However, this was a minor issue for us and completely understandable.
