Hoh Guesthouse

Great location in the old city, right next to many temples. The rooms were very clean, bathrooms were amazing and overall the guesthouse is very well-maintained and cute. The kitchen was well equipped with both tools and simple groceries (bread, eggs, noodles, etc) to make a simple breakfast which really came in handy. And the staff was lovely too! Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Everything, from localisation to super friendly and lovely staff, everything was perfect.

If I need to be picky, shower head could have more pressure. That’s all, everything else was near perfection.

You could here the road noices in the morning. I stayed there for one week. But I only noticed it after 4 days and than it bothered me a bit (still manageable) but everything else is great.

Absolutely perfect Guesthouse to stay! Seriously, it completely exceeded our expectations. Room is super comfortable, there is a nice common area to prepare your own breakfast or to just chill there, with views to a temple both from the top floor rooms and another one from the common area. They also have a washing machine to do your own laundry. The place itself is beautiful, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Also, although it is next to a main street (and we were warned when we booked), at night the traffic is much lighter and we didn't hear a thing, we could rest so well. Definitely coming back to Hoh Guesthouse!

L'emplacement était super ! On a même demandé pour rester une nuit supplémentaire et ils se sont arrangés pour nous trouver une chambre. Rien à redire !

Établissement très bien situé. Propre calme et une salle commune avec de quoi faire un petit déjeuner est à disposition. Chambre impeccable et très bien agencé, on s'y sent bien ! 🙏

The bed was comfortable, the location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only small issue was that there were no hangers in the wardrobe, and the wardrobe had a bit of an old furniture smell, so I ended up keeping my clothes in my luggage during my whole stay. Other than that, everything was great.

Beautiful oasis full of plants located right next door and across the road from two temples. Very clean and had all the amenities I needed. Firm comfortable bed and good water pressure in shower. Owner and staff were very warm and welcoming. I loved staying here and highly recommend.

Great value for money, location is excellent - liked being surrounded by wats! The common area with the kitchen and supplies of eggs, bread, butter, fruits was awesome! Liked not stressing about brekafast. + free drinking water is a great plus too!

No big deal but just 2 tiny things: - our bed did not have a headboard just the wall! - towels were non absorbant, just wouldnt dry

Location was great. The manager was extremely helpful. He helped us get a driver for our trip to the sticky waterfalls, and helped me retrieve a lost item from a Grab. Good value for money. Facilities were good including some free supplies of breakfast food in the common room

Le gérant est charmant, la localisation est bonne, aux abords du centre-ville, et de l’eau + café et snacks sont mis à disposition des résidents. Il est aussi possible de faire des lessives à très bas coût. C’est un joli petit oasis de verdure à Chiang Mai !

- les serviettes ne sèchent pas bien / n’ont pas une texture agréable, il faudrait en changer - pas extrêmement bruyant, mais on entend quand même la route à proximité. J’ai dû dormir avec des boules Quies

最喜欢这里的绿意怏然的庭院，每个角落都很喜欢，房主也特别友好热情，一来就给我们提供旅游攻略，我们是周天上午抵达，刚好jingjai market还有半天，就推荐我们赶紧去，服务很好，工作人员都是微笑服务，还有公共厨房，可以在二楼惬意吃早餐。这个价钱太值了，下次还来住！

Posto bellissimo , organizzato veramente bene , personale cordiale e ci ha anche aiutato ad organizzare un tour con gli elefanti bellissimo!! Davvero se pensi che ti serva una cosa qui la trovi perché è organizzato molto bene !! Per quanto riguarda il rumore che dicono anche alcune recensioni io ho dormito tranquilla e bene! Qualità prezzo pazzesca anzi io alzerei un po’ i prezzi! Ve lo potete permettere !!

Excellent guest house pour visiter Chiang mai a pied. Chambre très confort, eau filtré e a disposition ainsi que le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. L'ambiance végétale est incroyable , un petit poumon ds la ville. Je recommande vivement.

The staff were friendly and communicative. The room was clean and quickly cooled us down with AC use. Loved the free breakfast and hot drinks - and the free water! Location was great too. The room wasnt noisy despite warnings of noise!

Das Hoh Guesthouse ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in Toplage. In einer Gemeinschaftsküche gibt es alles, was man benötigt, um sich ein kleines Frühstück zu bereiten. Auch Waschmaschinen stehen für ein kleines Entgelt bereit. Die Kommunikation im voraus und auch während des Aufenthalts ist sehr freundlich und informativ. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit hier.

Perfect location! So wonderful for a short stay in chiang mai to be able to see the city well. Perfectly clean, helpful staff. Highly recommend. I live in a city and I didn’t find the noise any louder than any other central city property. Beautiful gardens too!

Everything about our stay was amazing. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the room was spotless. The highlight was the shared space, which had free drinking water, butter, jam, bananas, coffee, and tea, plus a beautiful view of the temple. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming; he gave us a city map and took the time to highlight what to see and where to eat. We were also able to leave our luggage after checkout so we could explore the city a bit more. Highly recommend this place!

On a aimé son charme, sa petite terrasse pour prendre petit déjeuner ou autre, sa machine à laver, son emplacement dans la veille ville, et mention spéciale pour son personnel au petit soin.

Top Lage, super freundliches Personal. 2 Waschmaschinen und 1 Trockner vor Ort. Kostenloses Trinkwasser und eine kleine Teeküche mit Toast, Marmelade , Keksen, instand Nudelgerichten... Taxifahrer vom Flughafen ca. 15 min. Meidet die roten Taxis. Unfreundliche Fahrer. Abgase müssen unfreiwillig eingeatmet werden.

Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, war uns aber bereits bekannt.

Location good for old town. Lots to see nearby. The shared terrace was a real bonus - tea, coffee, toast etc whenever you wanted and always someone interesting to chat to.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du staff Ils sont de super bons conseils pour les visites L'endroit est magnifique, propre, les locaux sont tops et l'ambiance très chaleureuse. J'ai adoré pouvoir rencontrer d'autres touristes dans le "coin repas " où petits gâteaux, bananes, pains et confitures sont à disposition ainsi que les boissons. Et en plus l'emplacement est vraiment top pour découvrir le centre historique

Außerordentlich freundliches Personal, hilfreiche Anweisungen, sehr schön angelegter Garten, alles wie beschrieben. Man kann überall in der Altstadt zu Fuß hingehen und die süßen Gassen genießen. Habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt und würde gern wiederkommen!

Staff was friendly and great. Despite the problematic location, they've tried hard to make the rooms nice, the environment interesting and with character and the useful breakfast area is a real bonus. Bed is comfortable, decor fine, clean.

They make a point of notifying people of traffic noise. That's positive and reasonable. Our room close to the front. Noise is ever present but mostly didn't disturb sleep. As our room was constantly walked by, it was not private and so it was necessary to close curtains. Therefore no natural light in the room, didn't like this problem. This could be improved. Room compact but adequate. Similarly the shower room was comprised at the rear, very tiny, constant wet floor which didn't drain. Again this arrangement could be made much better, and would also reduce mosquitos and improve natural light. Overall they've tried hard to make it nice

We stayed here for four nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The price–quality ratio is exceptional. The view of the nearby temple from our room on the third floor is beautiful, and the location on the north side of the Old City is perfect—quiet, yet close to everything you need. Our host, Kong, was a fantastic host. He was incredibly kind, humble, and always ready with helpful tips without ever being pushy. You can wash your clothes for a small fee, and there is convenient parking space for your scooter. All in all, this accommodation is highly recommended. It truly exceeded our expectations.

Ideal location for getting straight into town, a gorgeous setting with lovely decor and so many nice details. Lovely hosts and a nice communal balcony area with lots of facilities including cheap and easy washing !

The staff was helpful and very polite. The location was very good, most of attractions were within walking distance. A laundry was possible for 20 bahts and hangers in room to dry clothes outside the room.

The place is close to the main street and might be a problem for people with sleeping issues.
