The rooms were clean and modern, and the pool was a nice option to have

It was a bit of an incline walk to the main town of Fira, but doable. The breakfast wasn’t great and we got attitude from one of the staff when we asked a question.

Everything is perfect- spotless spacious rooms that are very quiet. The friendly manager gave us a great recommendation to visit the wine museum which is well worth the visit and includes tasting. I would 100% come back. It’s a bit steep on the way, if you don’t have big bags it’s fine though and worth the effort

We stayed in Gianna Suites for 2 nights in September. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted by the manager who was very friendly and gave us a few tips of where to go and what to see in Santorini. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect and only a 10 minute walk from the centre and the bus station. Would definitely stay here again

Struttura molto bella e pulita, posizione ottima a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Fira. Staff molto accogliente e super disponibile. La piscina ottima per trascorrere la giornata in tranquillità. Se dovessi tornare a Santorini, sceglierei di nuovo Gianna Suites!

We liked everything that the property offered - the pool - the breakfast - the staff and the day manager were all excellent.

Getting used to the hilly environment of Fira was challenging.

L'hôtel a un un très bon emplacement. Il est à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville de Fira et de la gare de bus. plusieurs services à proximité. Le personnel est accueillant et très à l'écoute. Ils étaient au petit soin tout au long du séjour. Mention spéciale à Camas (manager de l'hôtel) qui a participé à rendre notre séjour très agréable au travers de son accueil et ses recommandations.

Très bon emplacement. Il est à proximité à du centre ville de Fira et de la gare de bus. Il y a plusieurs services à proximité. Le personnel est accueillant et très à l'écoute.

La vera risorsa di questo Hotel e' il sig Tsamas, addetto alla reception; è una fortuna incontrare una persona così corretta e gentile, che parla fluentemente italiano - e' quindi consigliabile a tutti gli italiani che parlano poco l'inglese, lingua ufficiale ( oltre al greco ) a Santorini - il sig Tsamas ci ha anche consigliato ristoranti, escursioni, etc. e tutti i suoi consigli sono stati assolutamente preziosi -

Location was good, a little walk up to city center but the view from the hotel was well worth the walk. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was what we expected Good and fresh.

Nothing to complain about

The hotel is in a great location, less than a 10-minute walk from the centre of Fira. The rooms are spacious, very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the swimming pool is absolutely stunning, definitely one of the highlights of the property.

The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, both in terms of variety and overall quality. On some mornings, the selection consisted almost entirely of savoury food, which may not suit everyone’s preferences, while sweet options were quite limited. The overall quality of the breakfast could also be improved to better match the standard of the rest of the hotel.

El recepcionista Camas y la chica del desayuno muy simpáticos. Aparcamiento gratuito cercano si planeas moverte por la isla. El centro de Fira a unos 10 minutos andando hacia arriba, pero no se hace pesado. Desayuno correcto. , mejorable.

Le personnel de l'accueil était hyper gentil, la chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses, les lits étaient confortables, la piscine était grande et agréable, la climatisation est efficace, jolie vue du balcon, bonne insonorisation.

Petit déjeuner moyen (ça reste correct bien sûr). Balcon assez petit. Attention aux différents modes de douche, on peut facilement "inonder" la salle de bain si on ne fait pas attention

El trato del personal fue muy bueno y las instalaciones muy bonitas y limpias.

Chambre très petite pas assez d espace Petit dejeuner en dessous de la moyenne nous sommes descendus vers 9h15 et il n y'avait presque rien il faut y aller tôt pour esperer prendre le petit dej complet deja l horaire est très limité de 8h à 10h bref hotel cher par raport au service proposé

Super aardige medewerkers. Krijg zelfs gratis een glaasje wijn en hij was erg fijn om mee te kletsen (manager). Hij gaf ons ook erg goed tips om te doen tijdens ons verblijf. Wat nog leuker was is dat ontbijt was inbegrepen. Dit wist ik helemaal niet dus dit was super fijn!

Ik heb hier niets op aan te merken. Alles is voor mijn goed. De service en kwaliteit.

We had a lovely time, room exceeded our expectations, the bed was super comfortable and the jacuzzi and balcony area were fantastic! Reception staff were very friendly and really welcoming and helpful!

The breakfast wasn’t brilliant, which was a shame as that was the only negative.

Great hospitality, especially from Camas. He’s been truly welcoming, supportive, always trying to serve and help. He is for sure a special professional who makes everything possible for his guests.

Gianni Suites is a beautiful hotel around 5 - 10 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of town which was perfect for us. The rooms are beautiful, the staff are amazing and are always there to help and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. Gianni Suites arranged transfers for us from the port and to the airport which is advisable as many of the streets are cobbled. As check out was 11am and our flights were in the evening Gianni Suites allowed us to use the pool, toilets and showers until we had to leave for our flight.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The service, the hospitality and everything about it. We had an amazing stay and nothing was ever too much for Cama at the front desk. One of the nicest hosts we have met in a long time. Would 100% recommend. Thank you

Όσον αφορά το κατάλυμα ήμασταν πλήρως ευχαριστημένοι ωστόσο όσον αναφορά τον μπουφέ του πρωινού δεν υπήρχε ανεφοδιασμός των προϊόντων τακτικά με αποτέλεσμα να μην υπάρχουν όλες οι επιλογές όταν έχουν αυτά καταναλωθεί και ως αποτέλεσμα την δυσαρέσκεια από τους πελάτες

The room and accommodation has a Modern Santorini “cave” vibe with excellent attention to detail and very helpful manager Camas.

Ho soggiornato con una mia amica per 5 notti la seconda settimana di Luglio ed è stato bellissimo! La camera assegnata era molto bella e spaziosa, la pulizia degli spazi eccellente e i due ragazzi receptionist sono stati davvero simpaticissimi e disponibili (ci hanno organizzato il tour in catamarano). La piscina ottima per passare del tempo in tranquillità! Per non parlare di tutti i gattini che si trovano intorno al complesso di casette ma soprattutto a Johnny, il micio rosso che ci ha fatto compagnia per tutto il soggiorno 🥹 La posizione è perfetta poiché si trova a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro della movida di Fira, ci si può godere una bella passeggiata tra i vicoli tranquilli e bianchissimi del centro abitato fino alle vie più animate di Fira! La scelta giusta se si cerca equilibrio tra tranquillità e festa!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Gianna Suites. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible hospitality and warmth of the staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable—including helping us seamlessly arrange a rental car during our stay. ​The suites are beautifully designed, clean, and provide a peaceful, relaxing oasis. The pool area is a fantastic spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring. The location is also incredibly convenient and stress-free, with a very accessible nearby parking facility that made having a car so easy. It is peaceful enough to get a great night's rest, but close enough to easily access the local sights. ​It’s the perfect blend of traditional charm and excellent service. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza in totale relax. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff: sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronto a dare consigli preziosi su spiagge, ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa fin dal primo momento. La posizione è ottima: permette di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni di Santorini, mantenendo allo stesso tempo tranquillità e privacy. È il punto di partenza ideale per esplorare tutta l’isola. Quello che ci ha colpito maggiormente è stata l’attenzione verso gli ospiti: ogni richiesta è stata soddisfatta con grande professionalità e gentilezza, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Se dovessimo tornare a Santorini, non avremmo alcun dubbio: sceglieremmo nuovamente il Gianna Suites. I would just say that the beds are slightly uncomfortable but the place, location and staff are lovely.

La struttura è nuovissima, pulita, molto bella, ha tutto quello che ti serve. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Staff attento e disponibile.

Si trova in basso alle spalle di Thira, quindi bisogna fare una bella salita verso il centro. Se non avete problemi a camminare ci vogliono 10 min. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione perchè aprivano alle 8.00, e siamo dovuti uscire alle 7.30 per andare verso il porto.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία μόλις 750 μέτρα από το κέντρο των Φηρών. Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο και ικανοποιητικό πρωινό. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και βοηθητικό όπου χρειάστηκε. Ωραίος και καθαρός ο χώρος της πισίνας.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was relaxing. The room was small however very cosy and adequate for 1night stay. The outside Terrance outside the room made up the small room and we could relax in that space.

The later receptionist was not so friendly. He could not confirm the time of our transfer to the ferry the next morning as the previous receptionist booked the transfer. He could not even phone the transfer company to confirm. We had requested a transfer for 6am and by 6:15the transfer was not available. I had to run to find a taxi to the port. A very stressful and scary experience.

Η εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση του πρωινού υπευθύνου στην reception . Ευγενικός , φιλικός , χαμογελαστός και προσιτός . Μας βοήθησε με προτάσεις για φαγητό , διασκέδαση , μετακίνηση τα πάντα ! Λίγες φορές τόσο υπέροχη εξυπηρέτηση από την πρώτη στιγμή που μπήκαμε στο χώρο . Συγχαρητήρια στον κύριο (δυστυχώς μου διαφεύγει το όνομα του αυτή τη στιγμή και λυπάμαι για αυτό)

La habitación hermosa con vista preciosa. La cama espectacular y tenía jacuzzi. Un baño de primera. El desayuno buffet bastante bueno. Y tiene su piscina bastante bonita también. El personal agradable amable y gentil. Y su gato es hermoso.

Ligeramente lejos del centro pero no es un detalle que importa. La caminata diaria es agradable. La bajada y subida de maletas dificil por la Cuesta en la calle de entrada.
