C’était très bien il y avait un souci sur cet établissement et la propriétaire nous a donc prévenu la veille pour un autre hôtel tout aussi bien. On ne peut pas juger de la qualité de celui ci mais au moins on est prévenu à temps avec des solutions qui sont proposées

Incroyable cadre! Déconnexion totale face aux montagnes! Personnel à l'écoute et tres gentil. Bonne nourriture et super petit dej! Moment hors du temps en famille. Merci à l'équipe.

Emplacement idéal aux fond des montagnes

Très joli établissement parfait pour un séjour familial. Ils sont aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon et copieux.

Amazing hospitality and service from this riad. Views are amazing and it's so peaceful there. Great breakfast! They really took care of us and generously extended our time when my son was sick. I can't wait to come back to this beautiful area again

L'hôtel a une vue superbe, c'est très appréciable de se réveiller là bas. Nous avons également dîner à l'hôtel et c'était très bon.

Établissement avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes Propreté des lieux Et surtout la sympathie du personnel très arrangeant et a l écoute pour aider. Un grand merci a eux et surtout si Ahmed.

La douche était soit trop chaude soit trop froide, difficile de trouver le bon réglage.

Nous avons passé 2 nuitées en famille et tout le monde a énormément apprécié le séjour. Le cadre est magnifique, calme et chaleureux, avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes.

What a beautiful scenery!! The playground was excellent for our 3 year old. The rooms were basic but convenient and super friendly staff

We also rented one of the appartments/ family rooms on the top and that one was a bit worn-out. During the heavy winds in the night it was frightening with rattling windows and doors.

Very helpful staff, I came in from a 3 day hike wanting one more day of quiet in the Atlas Mountains. I went for a spectacular day hike solo through the pine forest nearby (loop map on Komoot) and they kindly laundered my hiking clothes then arranged a taxi to my next destination. Also the best tagine of the trip so far. And so generous. Very good value for money.

I think front of house were a little stretched and I think my shower room needed a bit more ventilation and maybe some thicker curtains but I think it was a really great place to stay and away from the more touristy busyness of Imlil.

The staff was superb, food amazing and wonderful ambiance in a lovely location.

Quiet location outside the bustling town, with space to park. The staff were very friendly.

The room was very basic and the whole place is shabbier than the photos suggest. The hammam was not available because it was apparently too cold.

The view was absolutely breathtaking!

The first room we were in was a little small and cramped, but we were then put in a larger room which was lovely.

Best view of the valley from the terrace, great rooms, hearty tagines for dinner, attentive staff. Quiet location only 20 minute walk from Imlil. Highly recommended.

Large room, good for family, great terrace views, friendly staff. Great base for hiking the slopes east of Imlil. Strong breakfast.

Not so comfortable beds. Ours had a dip in it and one of the kids’ was like a slab of rock.

We had 2 small children and the park was a big hit. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The service was fantastic. Ahmed was lovely and so helpful with organising my taxi and reccomendations. The rooms were clean and spacious and I had a lit fire in my room every night which really helped when it snowed. It's definately the hotel with the best view of the valley being up the top of the hill. iIt's in such a quiet and peaceful location with very little noise pollution so you can really listen to all the nature throghout the valley. Breakfast and dinner each day was great and they make communication really simple and straightforward. I will absolutely go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place. The breakfast was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the views were absolutely amazing. Everything made us feel welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. I can highly recommend this accommodation and truly hope to return again in the future.

We have absolutely nothing to complain about – everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly enjoyable.

Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en de ligging was prachtig.

Aankomst, de toegang, was rommelig, werden vriendelijk ontvangen en naar onze kamers gebracht. De kamers waren erg donker en er was nauwelijks goed werkende verlichting aanwezig. Stopcontact lag er 1/2 uit, een ander had geen aansluiting. In 1 van onze kamers hing een rooklucht van haardvuur. De douches waren nagenoeg koud, na een klacht werd de boiler aangezet, met pas de volgende dag heet water. In een van de douches liep het water niet weg bij wastafel en douche. Er werd bij het diner niet de bestelde toetjes geserveerd, bij het ontbijt werden er 3 ipv 4 omelet geserveerd, dat werd na een opmerking herstelt. De eetruimte was beneden peil. Het duurste hotel op onze reis met de minst/laagste kwaliteit. Jammer!

Franchement, nous avons passé trois jours inoubliables dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est tout simplement magnifique, face aux montagnes couvertes de neige. La vue est apaisante, l’air est pur, et l’endroit est parfait pour se détendre et se ressourcer. La nourriture était délicieuse, variée et bien présentée. Le tajine en particulier était excellent. Le personnel mérite un grand respect : très aimable, professionnel et toujours à l’écoute. À chaque fois qu’on avait besoin de quelque chose, ils étaient disponibles rapidement et avec le sourire, surtout Ahmed et Abderrahim, qui étaient vraiment formidables, attentionnés et très serviables. Grâce à eux, notre séjour était encore plus agréable. L’ambiance de l’hôtel est calme et accueillante, on s’y sent comme chez soi. Inchallah, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir une prochaine fois ❤️🥰

Very helpful staff. We had a minor problem with the room but the host was very responsive and understanding to our needs. Exceptional views of the mountain scenery. Good food. Additionally a play room and an outdoor playground were an unexpected bonus!

L'emplacement est très bon avec la possibilité de réaliser plusieurs randonnées avec ou sans guide mais ce qui est le plus plaisant est réellement le personnel aux petits soins. Nous avons rarement rencontrés des gens aussi gentils et serviables sans rien attendre en retour. C'était un vrai plaisir de séjourner Aux lumières de Toubkal et nous ne pouvons que le recommander. Les repas étaient en plus de cela délicieux. Encore merci à Ahmed et son équipe.

Unfortunately the accommodation itself made for the least comfortable stay I’ve experienced. There is no working heat- the heating systems in the room are very misleading. In place of heat, we were offered a fire which then filled the room with smoke. We were unable to sleep in the room due to concerns about breathing in the smoke. After hours of trying to air out the space in freezing whether, we ended up sleeping in a friends room. The toilet was also leaking on the floor, and the shower did not drain. Traveling with a friend who had a second room and they had the same issues in their room.

De locatie net buiten het dorp is prima. Je kijkt mooi uit over de bergen en de vallei. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het dorp. Vanuit het hotel kun je een mooie ronde maken langs de watervallen van Imlil, totale afstand ongeveer 7 km via het dorp. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Op verzoek werd het eten geserveerd in de gezelschapsruimte waar voor ons de open haard werd aangestoken.

De kamers worden verwarmd door middel van een open haard, supergezellig maar de volgende morgen ruikt alles echter naar rook.

Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en een heerlijk bed. Zeer gastvrij personeel .

Tip: hang een douchegordijn op.

Très bel emplacement avec vue panoramique sur toubkal et imlil . C'est aussi l'un des rares établissements qui proposent un parking dans la région ou il est difficile de se garer . Le personnel est très aimable et un la gérante yasmin est au petit soin. La cheminée nous a bien tenu au chaud et c'était très convivial

Un séjour vraiment exceptionnel ! Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable en famille. L’auberge est magnifique, très propre, chaleureuse et parfaitement située avec une vue incroyable sur le Toubkal et toute la vallée d’Imlil. L’accueil était remarquable : l’équipe est attentionnée, souriante et toujours prête à aider. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le calme, la nature, l’ambiance familiale et la beauté du lieu ont rendu notre séjour magique. Je recommande cet endroit à 100 % et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !
