Die Hiba Lodge ist ein Wohlfühlort in den Bergen rund um Imlil. Dazu trugen nicht nur mein Zimmer bei, das sehr gemütlich eingerichtet war, sondern auch die Gastgeberin Fatimah mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und ihrem leckeren Soulfood, das man gemeinsam mit anderen Gästen in den "Esszimmern" zu sich nimmt. Auf der schönen Dachterrasse kann man die unglaubliche Umgebung und vor allem die Ruhe bestaunen und genießen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hierher zurückkommen. PS: Um zum Haus zu gelangen, muss man fast einmal durch das Dorf gehen. Mit Rollkoffer ist das keine gute Idee....

One thing , if was provided ut would good is the using kitchen , bc we wanted to cool but couldn’t, there wasa kitchen but we weren’t allowed to use it , other than this , everything was good

L'accueil : La propriétaire et le personnel sont incroyables. Un service au top, d'une grande bienveillance et toujours avec le sourire. Le cadre : Le lodge est niché dans un écrin de nature extraordinaire. C'est un vrai havre de paix où l'on se laisse bercer par le bruit apaisant de l'eau qui descend de la montagne. Idéalement situé loin du bruit et de la foule d'Imlil. Le confort et le style : La décoration est magnifique, traditionnelle et soignée. Literie excellente. Chambre ultra cosy. Mention spéciale pour le petit balcon privé et la superbe terrasse, parfaits pour savourer un thé face aux montagnes de l'Atlas. La table : Les repas et les petits-déjeuners sont excellents, copieux et authentiques.Un séjour parfait en tout point, je recommande les yeux fermés !

Phantastisches Essen in der Unterkunft Sehr nette Gastgeberin Sehr geschmackvoll

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen von Imlil, am Ende von Tamatert, direkt an einem kleinen Fluss und am Fuße der Berge. Dadurch ist es wunderschön, ruhig und man kann von dort direkt los wandern. Das Abendessen in der Unterkunft war auch fantastisch.

Hiba lodge est situé dans un endroit calme parfait pour une retraite. La route est un peu difficile mais ça mérite. Le petit déjeuner beldi est délicieux et généreux. Le dîner de même. Personnel gentil et serviable surtout Mme.Fatima elle est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle.

Ça aurait été mieux s’il y avait l’option de déjeuner au lieu du dîner.

Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du lieu. Tamatert est un magnifique petit village berbère, petites rues escarpées et authentiques.. Hiba lodge offre un havre de paix et est au départ de plusieurs randonnées. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et le sourire de Alla (désolé pour l’orthographe), toujours aux petits soins pour nous. Elle nous a concocté à chaque fois de délicieux petits déjeuners et dîners. Un régal. Merci pour tout !

Tout était parfait. L'accueil , la chambre ,les repas ( dîners et petits déjeuner) fantastiques. La gentillesse de la personne qui s'est occupé de nous durant notre séjour. On recommande vivement. On y retournera avec plaisir.

L’établissement est tout simplement magnifique !!!!

Difficile d’accès si on a une grosse valise, uniquement par des escaliers qui descendent dans le bas du vallon jusqu’au lodge. Rien d’insurmontable mais bon à savoir !

The property was clean and the staff was welcoming.

We didn’t find the soap to wash our hands, the shower gets colder faster , the weather was cold and there’s no blankets.

Hiba Lodge est assurément un grand coup de coeur de notre séjour au Maroc. Situé dans un tout petit village du Haut Atlas, un peu en retrait d'Imlil, l'établissement combine confort, calme et mini prix. On peut accéder aux sentiers de montage sans prendre la voiture, les repas sont copieux et délicieux, le personnel est tellement serviable et souriant, les chambres sont top confos, et la vue de la terrasse est époustouflante. Tout était parfait. Nous nous ennuyons déjà.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Hiba Lodge. Bei unserem Besuch war der in den anderen Kommentaren beschriebene Besitzer nicht vor Ort, daher konnten wir nicht von seinen Tipps profitieren. Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet und das Essen sehr lecker. Die Unterkunft ist jedoch relativ weit vom Zentrum von Imlil entfernt.

This lodge is a gem tucked away in nature with stunning mountain views and the soothing sound of running water. Fatima, who showed me around, was warm and welcoming—made me feel like I was visiting family rather than a hotel. As a solo female traveler, that personal touch meant everything. The food is homemade and delicious. Everything is neat, clean, and impeccably maintained. This is now my go-to lodge whenever I’m in Imlil. Highly recommended.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The location is beautiful in the heart of Imlil, with an amazing view. The staff is very welcoming, warm, and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We hebben een trektocht gedaan naar de top van de Jbel Toubkal en hebben hier voor de start overnacht. Je kan hier fantastisch wandelen in de buurt. Het hotel ligt op 1km van de start van de klim en op 300meter van de straat. De kamers zijn supermooi en proper. Het eten was echt veel beter dan verwacht en de vriendelijkheid is enorm.

Fantastic place. The rooms were gorgeous and we were made very welcome. Breakfast and evening meals were really good. It’s not in the centre of Imlil which we really liked being in a quiet small village. If we go back to the area again we would definitely want to stay at the lodge

Beautiful rooms with very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Quite a bit out of Imlil, it’s a 10 min car drive up into the mountain, and a bit dodgy at night time with pot holes and a river crossing.

You need a car to get to the property. A little difficult to find. You need to carry your bags down a a rugged footpath, so with big suitcases it would be difficult.

C'était une très belle expérience pour savourer imlil . merci pour l'accueil très chaleureux. L'endroit était magnifique , entourée de superbes montagnes

Clearer directions to get from roadside to the property.

Sehr netter und sehr bemühter Gastgeber der wirklich alles gegeben hat um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen (z.B. tolle Tipps zum Wandern), leckeres Abendessen und Frühstück, nette Dachterasse

Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel und etwas höhlenartig, das Bad ist nur durch einen Duschvorhang vom Zimmer abgetrennt

Super emplacement sur les hauteurs de imlil , maison d’hôte percher dans un petit village authentique très calme. Style de la maison d’hôte magnifique, avec Rooftop et vue sur la vallée enneigée, chambres confortables et bien décorées , ménage parfait. Accueil formidable de Fatima et Alham , le soir nous avons manger à l’auberge et le dîner préparer par Ahlam était délicieux et copieux. J’ai apprécié le feu de cheminé dans la chambre , se qui rend l’ambiance très chaleureuse . Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit à 100% et si vous aimez l’authenticité vous ne serez pas déçu . Je reviendrai c’est sur !

A far walk from Imlil but I personally loved the views can be abit difficult though if you’re not young and fit. Better signage too as to where the property actually is would help.

Die Lodge war sehr sauber, hatte eine schöne Lage mit Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge und der Service war immer sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Waffa war immer für uns da, wenn wir was brauchten.

Die Hiba Lodge ganz am Ende des Tals im Dorf Imlil-Tamatert ist sehr schön eingerichtet, das Frühstück lecker und das hinzubuchbare Abendessen (3 Gänge) ist sehr empfehlenswert! Fatima und das ganze Team kümmern sich toll um die max. 12 Gäste des Hauses. Die Lage ist abgeschieden am Dorfrand, absolut ruhig am Hang, an einem kleinen Bach, neben der kleinen Moschee.

Uns hat alles gut gefallen, allerdings ein Tipp: Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte hier besser nicht übernachten… die Lodge ist nur über viele Treppenstufen erreichbar. Das Gepäck trägt, wenn man Glück hat, ein Maultier…

Het is een prachtige logde. Je zit middenin de bergen en ziet de geitjes zo voorbij huppelen. Het beste eten wat we in 10 dagen gehad hebben en erg vriendelijk personeel!

What a charming place. The lodge was super cosy and beautifully decorated. The views from the balcony and roid terrace are stunning. Lots of amazing walks straight from the doorstep.The log fire in the bedroom was a fantastic touch.

Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern sowie von der Dachterasse war atemberaubend. Es liegt etwas oberhalb von Imlil, was die Anreise erschweren kann aber auch am Ausgangspunkt von einigen Wanderrouten was wiederum sehr vorteilhaft ist. Die Zimmer sind traumhaft! So gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich ab der ersten Minute wohl. Der Kamin trägt nochmals mehr zu diesem Gefühl bei. Das Personal ist herausragend und geht sicher, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Auch das Essen ist hervorragend.

Heerlijk rustig, mooi sfeervol ingericht. Heel goede zorgen door Fatima, niets was teveel. Chef Ahlam kookt heerlijk, het beste wat we in Marokko gegeten hebben. Ze staan steeds klaar met de glimlach.

Centrum Imlil is verder stappen dan je denkt, maar wel een sportieve work out.

Beautifully located stay right next to a little stream. In the evening, you can watch the goats come down from the mountain, and in the morning they go back up again with the shepherd, such a special experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the dinner was excellent as well. Because of Ramadan, many restaurants were closed, and we really wanted pizza, so the staff kindly made pizza especially for us. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Do keep in mind that it gets very cold in the evening, so bring warm clothes.
