The building was quirky. The staff were very nice and the location was perfect.

Our room could have done with a small fridge. Also being a top floor room it was fairly warm up there . A fan was provided which was much appreciated but couldn't leave it on whilst sleeping due to the noise. Only minor issues really

Zentrale Lage, stilvolles Ambiente und toller Check Inn. Wir konnten früher als 15 Uhr einchecken und unser Gepäck vorab dort lassen. Empfangen hat uns Carla, die superfreundliche und herzliche Hausfee. Sie hat alles möglich gemacht und uns einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bereitet.

De ligging in het centrum maar toch rustig. In een oud pand hoor je wel eens iets. Dat mag je in een guesthouse ook verwachten. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en probeer ook zeker het restaurant uit.

Het ontbijt werd iedere ochtend op een afgesproken tijd naar de kamer gebracht. Je kon zelf aangeven wat je graag voor ontbijt wilde. Personeel was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze willen je echt in de watten leggen.

La localisation était très bien

Première ne vous attendez pas au photo. Nous avons réservé la chambre économique avec un grand lit double, super photo! Quand on arrive c’est joli, bien décorer et propre. Après on se rend compte que la fenêtre sur les photos mène à une mini pièce fermée avec une mini fenêtre s’ouvrant seulement en oscillant bâtant et tellement sale que la lumière ne passe pas ! Il ne faut surtout pas être gêner avec son partenaire de chambre pour aller au toilette car il n’y a pas de porte seulement un rideau qui sépare la chambre de la salle de bain, allez au toilette avant que le petit déjeuner arriver au pire vous pouvez continuer votre discussion car trois pas sépare-la table à déjeuner et les toilettes… sans porte. Attention également en s’asseyant dessus il ne sont pas fixé correctement. Le robinet n’est absolument pas fixer! Le petit plus de cette belle fenêtre est qu’après une journée à se balader vous rentrez dans une chambre sentant les évacuations et l’humidité, car l’aération de la chambre est limiter. La chambre numéro deux est à éviter surtout si vous êtes une personne grande et/ou forte! La communication avec l’hôte est également un peu compliqué, ça solution était que nous partions, heureusement nous avons fini par être changer de chambre pour le dernier jour.

Alojamiento super acogedor.. dejan agua, café y vino de cortesía y con un buen gusto excepcional. El desayuno es en la habitación, pero bastante completo. Todas las chicas super amables y atentas.

I like the fact it was close to a lot of attractions and convenient. There was a problem with the toilet flushing and no air conditioning but there was a fan and the night was cool. Staff was amazing and tried to make very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. I would stay again even with minor set backs.

Location was brilliant, room was a good size, great shower.

There’s no reception so no always possible to leave luggage if arriving early / check out for later flight. Rooms overlooking the Main Street are VERY noisy, even with windows closed we were still woken both nights. No lift so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast is served on the tray to your room - continental and no choice.

Camera ampia e spaziosa in centro a Porto a poche decine di metri dalla stazione della metropolitana. Rapporto qualità prezzo discreto. Colazione servita in camera particolare e graziosa.

Le personnel est adorable, le ménage impeccable, le petit déjeuner parfait, la chambre super jolie.

Un peu de bruit la nuit mais c'est en plein centre.

Es war sehr zentral die lage top. Unkomplizierter checkin sehr freundliches personal. Das frühstück war auch so süss und toll sind auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse eingegangen.

Não há elevador nem ar condicionado no quarto. Com a onda de calor na Europa, realmente fica difícil um quarto sem ar condicionado. O café da manhã estava bom, mas realmente é muito simples.

Fiquei no quarto do último andar. Lá não havia frigobar e a Wi-Fi não pegava bem por ficar afastado do moldem. Os quartos não tem ar condicionado e o nosso quarto era quente. A luz do banheiro era através sensor de movimento. Logo, tive que tomar banho no escuro com a luz apagada, pois o sensor não pegava.

Ideal location for me starting the Camino. Had everything I needed, very comfortable, no air conditioning, but a large fan provided. Lovely little touches everywhere … biscuits, and a glass of port!! A gorgeous breakfast brought to the room. A perfect stay for one night.

Mancanza dell’aria condizionata nella struttura, rumori esterni un po poco insonorizzati e interni delle stanze ai piani superiori.

Nulla. La stanza non era abitabile. Non c’era la finestra e neanche la porta del bagno. Totale assenza di areazione e illuminazione naturale e odore terribile dal bagno senza possibilità di entrare il locale. Impossibile soggiornare. Non si tratta di una camera da letto ma di un locale di sgombero

La stanza è totalmente buia e senza finestra. Non c’è possibilità di areare il locale mancando anche un ricircolo forzato dell’aria tipo aria condizionata. C’era solo un ventilatore e c’erano 40 gradi all’esterno. Sì soffocava letteralmente. Mancava anche la porta in bagno quindi zero privacy e puzza dagli scarichi. Scandaloso che affittino stanze simili. In Italia ê illegale.

The location of the guest house is truly excellent to explore the centre of Porto. It was great to experience that windows could block all noises from the street. The gift and the minor decorations were really nice, thanks for that.

The only thing we missed is a larger wardrobe, suitable to store all the clothes. The one we had in the room was full with the spare pillows - proven to be unnecessary. But that's a minor thing.

Das Zimmer ist eigentlich nicht zum Vermieten geeignet. Es gab kein Fenster im Zimmer. Kein Tageslicht. Außer einem Lüftungsschlitz unterhalb der Decke gab es keine Luftzufuhr. Für Leute mit Atemwegsproblemen unmöglich. Der Ventilator musste dauerhaft laufen und war recht laut. Die sehr enge Stiege von der Eingangstür war auch noch mit Möbeln verstellt. Und das war der einzige Rettungsweg!!! Also bei Feuer null Chance :(

Esta a pie muy muy cerca del micro centro. Me encanto el alojamiento, divina la chica que me atendió muy amable siempre. Un 10 de 10 todo.

Kleine feine Unterkunft direkt in der Altstadt. Alles ist fußläufig innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Wir.wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen und all.unsere Wünsche sprichwörtlich von den Lippen abgelesen. Gleich nebenan gibt es ein dazugehöriges kleines Restaurant in dem man ausgezeichnet Essen und Trinken kann. Werde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

La anfitriona super amable, pudimos guardar nuestras maletas apenas llegamos a Oporto y como al siguiente día salíamos muy temprano hacia el aeropuerto, ella nos dejó exquisitos bocadillos desde la noche antes para que pudiéramos desayunar o llevarlos. Muchas gracias!

No me ha gustado que en las fotos no se aprecia la falta de ventana, ni a la calle ni a un patio interior, hasta que no corre el agua en el servicio hay un ligero olor a humedad, fallo que tiene fácil solución. Existen otras habitaciones en el alojamiento que si tienen ventanas al exterior, y deben estar especificadas cuando realizas la reserva.

Hotel muy bien situado, habitación cómoda y amplia. La habitación era interior así que no se escuchaba mucho ruido a pesar de la localización. Buen desayuno y personal muy amable.

La habitación no tiene ventana, solo un respiradero. No lo recomendaría para estancias largas o para personas que necesitan luz y aire fresco.

Die Liebe zum Detail in den Zimmer und die außerordentliche Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit, mit der wir empfangen wurden

Wir hatten kein Fenster und Tageslicht im Zimmer. Unser Zimmer ist mit keinem Bild aufgeführt. Das ist schade. Für 2 Nächte war es für uns kein Problem. Länger hätte ich das nicht gewollt. Das Haus ist alt und daher sehr hellhörig. Leider, wie so oft in alten Häusern riecht der Abfluss der Dusche…

Quarto muito pequeno, sem janela, duche minúsculo, produtos improvisados e com muito pouca qualidade. Pequeno almoço péssimo.

Superliebevoll renoviertes, charmantes Altstadthäußchen in absolut zentraler Lage. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das angeschlossene kleine Restaurant in den „Mana“ lecker kocht ist auch unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Das Treppenhaus allerdings ist entsprechend eng.

Il y en avait pour tous les goûts sur le plateau du petit-déjeuner. L'hébergement est idéalement bien placé dans le quartier agréable de la Ribeira. La station de métro qui part de l'aéroport arrive à 200 mètres de L'hébergement en contrebas, la gare Sao Bento se trouve à 300 mètres, les bus, les taxis, les commerces, restaurants, distributeurs de billets, marchés... sont à proximité

Le seul bémol est que la cage d'escalier est étroite et assez raide

Das Zimmer hat kein Fenster nach draußen, also kaum Tageslicht und keine frische Luft. Das ist Betrug und hätte vorher mitgeteilt werden müssen! Das Bad einschließlich Toilette hat keine Tür, ist nur durch einen Vorhang vom Zimmer getrennt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist miserabel.

The internet connection was really slow, there is no direct access to the fresh air in the room (no window, no ac).

Super süßes Hotel, sehr schön gestaltete Zimmer. Toll saniert. Mit Kaffeemaschine, Portwein;) Tolle Gastgeberin. Buche ich wieder, wenn ich in Porto bin.

Es kann etwas laut werden durch Partygaste, da Zimmer zur Straßenseite. Das Kopfkissen könnte weicher sein.

Größtes Vorteil ist die Lage und das super nette Personal, die Renovierung des Gebäudes ist auch sehr gelungen. Die kleine Snacks und Teilchen waren auch eine sehr angenehme Überraschung.

Wir waren in einem Zimmer mit einem relativ kleinen Dachfenster, so dass kaum Tageslicht reinkam und sich etwas klaustrophobisch anfühlte. Außerdem hatte unser Bad nur einen Vorhang als Trennung zum restlichen Zimmer, was insgesamt kein Drama war, aber insgesamt etwas umständlich für die Privatsphäre. Man muss dazu sagen, nicht alle Zimmer waren identisch oder so ausgestattet; vielleicht habe ich auch einfach nicht darauf geachtet beim Buchen. Trotzdem hat meines Erachtens dsa Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dafür nicht ganz gepasst.

Die Unterkunft ist im Zentrum, was praktisch ist. Leider ist die Gasse hier Nachts sehr belebt von meist jungen Partygängern, was es nicht ruhiger macht… 🤷‍♂️ man braucht einen guten tiefen Schlaf 😴

Really loved this place! The room was spacious and loved that we had a balcony. The breakfast being brought to your room was such a nice touch too. The location was also great and easy to get to the best things to do in Porto

The street is noisy at night and there didn’t seem to be any AC which meant we needed to keep the doors open.

La persona responsabe en el momento de nuestra llegada, fue todo amor. El desayuno se sirve a las 8,30, pero como teníamos que salir muy de madrugada tuvo el detalle de dejarlo por la noche todo preparado. La habitación super acogedora. De verdad que la estancia mereció la pena.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Hof das war eigentlich ruhig, aber sehr dunkel und leider ist das Haus ziemlich hellhörig. Ich hörte ständig die Schritte des Nachbarn aus dem Stockwerk über mir. Die Sanitaer Einrichtung ist sehr klein und das Licht dort steuert sich von alleine was, wenn man nachts auf die Toilette muss etwas störend ist

The location is amazing, and the unit looked really nice, clean.

Location is very central. Room is big enough fot two people and bed was comfortable. Check in is really easy as we received code to get in the buiding. Breakfast was simple but OK and was served at our room. Room was quiet and dark during night, good to sleep.

There was only one tiny window,, as we stayed there one night it was OK. but for staying longer I would like to see more daylight. And only curtain was separating bathroom and toilet from main room.

All the details are very nice. We felt very much welcomed.

Very charming and quirky accommodation with authentic Portuguese character. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, delicious breakfast beautifully presented delivered to our room. We also had a beautiful meal in the small restaurant. Staff were really lovely, very helpful.

Only that the room didn't have a window and the en suite bathroom area had a curtain rather than a door.

Een leuk kleinschalig appartementen complex ,perfect gelegen midden in het centrum van Porto, op goede loopafstand van het metro en treinstation, bezienswaardigheden ,winkels en eetgelegenheden. Een aanrader is ook het bijbehorende restaurantje waar je erg lekker kunt eten. De kamers waren schoon, netjes en sfeervol ingericht voorzien van goede bedden. Aanwezigheid van waterkoker ,koffieapparaat Erg vriendelijk personeel !! Bij aankomst lagen er twee stuks "pastel de nata " op de kamer klaar wat erg leuk ,lekker was !

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. La propreté de la chambre. La chambre: literie et salle de bain, parfait. Le petit déjeuner en chambre tres complet. L'emplacement : nous avons pu tout faire a pied. Très bien placé. Les petites attentions chaque jour ❤️

Il manquait un endroit où ranger les affaires mais cela n'a pas affecté notre séjour.

Agradeço muito a funcionária do local, foi extremamente gentil comigo, ela me ajudou muito na saida com as malas.. NÃO tem elevador e foi muito dificil para eu subir com malas pesadíssima, pois já estou a quase 60 dias na Europa e ficarei mais 30. Café da manhã no quarto foi ótimo.

Não ter acessibilidade e ouvir os passos e barulhos do quarto de cima.
