Wer im Zimmer zur Straße schläft, muss sich mit dem durchgehenden Straßengeräusch anfreunden. Kopfsteinpflaster auf vier Spuren ist trotz Schallschutz nicht still zu kriegen. Für Pilger: das Hotel hat keinen Stempel.

Das Bad recht dunkel und die Dusche hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt aber völlig ok

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were tasty, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is also a big advantage — the hotel is conveniently located near Trindade metro station, making it very easy to get around the city. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I would recommend!

Every morning at 4:15 am, we were awakened by a horrible noise that must have been the garbage removal trucks. It was very loud and lasted at least 5 minutes.

Camera puzzolenta, penso che la moquette verde molto vecchia fosse bagnata. Dopo aver arieggiato e facendo in compenso entrare rumori e smog dalla strada è rimasta una puzza di fogna nel bagno che non se neè mai andata. Stanza al 6 piano ma si sentiva rumore della strada

We asked to get in earlier if the room were ready and got told only if we paid €20 extra! 4 p.m. check in is rude, especially as we will check out at 4 am!! The key card was set up incorrectly and we had to get staff to change it. So few facilities - No coffee, no milk, hardly ANY toiletries, no fridge, no safe, already wear and tear evident (toilet roll holder falling off/ paint chipping) and very thin walls with noise affecting sleep. Hard pillows and no top sheet - only quilt

Almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua in camera sarebbe gradita. Il check-in è alle 16, io sono arrivato alle 14:30 ed ho pagato 20€ di supplemento per avere la stanza subito; sappiate che se arrivate prima di tale ora o aspettate o pagate.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026La posizione dell'albergo non è troppo distante dal centro, il che si è rivelato molto comodo considerando il pessimo tempo che abbiamo avuto durante il soggiorno: quando pioveva tantissimo, era pratico poter rientrare entro un quarto d'ora dal centro. Anche la vista dalla camera era davvero stupenda!
Purtroppo il resto ha lasciato a desiderare. Appena entrati in camera (la 609) abbiamo notato subito dei buchi nei muri, la moquette macchiata e non pulita bene, e il legno rovinato sia del mobile del bagno che di altri mobiletti sparsi per la stanza. Anche la doccia non era pulita a dovere. In più, non c'era una cassaforte dove poter lasciare i nostri effetti personali, e per questo motivo abbiamo preferito non far pulire la camera durante i giorni di soggiorno. Non ho potuto valutare gli altri spazi comuni, come la sala colazione o le sale d'attesa con giochi da tavolo, computer e divanetti, perché non li abbiamo utilizzati. Nel complesso, un soggiorno penalizzato soprattutto dalle condizioni della camera, nonostante la buona posizione e la bella vista.

Hotel charged me for an extra night, and did not refund me for this even after chasing them for almost a month. On prem staff was not helpful and didn't communicate with management, management responded with a cold email saying I'm not eligible for a refund even though it was not my fault that booking.com is a crappy website with lousy service.

Hotel swoje najlepsze lata ma za sobą. W pokoju było czysto, ale wykładzina poplamiona. Łazienka czysta, ale brodzik prysznica pęknięty – oczywiście zabezpieczone, nie ma ryzyka, ale wizualnie wygląda to słabo. W pokoju brak lodówki, czy sejfu, co przy 3 gwiazdkowym hotelu trochę nie przystoi. Ze śniadań tym razem nie korzystałem.

Poca disponibilità dello staff. Pur avendolo chiesto anticipatamente e volendo anche pagare, il check in anticipato, non è stata accolta la richiesta né prima né una volta arrivati in struttura. Siamo arrivati per esigenze di volo, alle undici , ma non hanno neanche anticipato di un minuto il check in. Ci hanno fatto aspettare fino alle 16.00.

Pague como 73€ para una persona y la habitación era pequeñísima y la cama de 90 que no lo indicaba en ningún sitio, para una persona grandota que es mi caso, me daba la vuelta y me caía, muy incómodo, no he dormido en toda la noche. Por si sirve de algo eran las de la planta baja.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026We could store our touring bicycles safely in a staff- only corridor (might pay to check with the hotel in advance if they have space). Breakfast selection was ok. 5-10 min walk to Bolhão Market which has an amazing food selection, one of the best we've ever seen. There are also a couple of cool streets nearby the Market with a pedestrian area and cafes. Windows can be opened slightly at the top for fresh air.
Slightly long walk from central old town and the river etc. Aircon didn't work in our room the first night; unfortunately we didn't realise until late and they had no spare rooms to move us until the next day. There were a few other minor maintenance things like a lightbulb needed changing, but overall it was ok.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026What I loved most about this hotel was the staff, with a special mention to Larissa at reception, who made our stay even more memorable. I was traveling with my elderly mother, and they truly exceeded our expectations with their kindness and hospitality. The beds were extremely comfortable, the shower was excellent, the room was clean, and the breakfast was very good. While the hotel isn't right in the city center like Baixa, it's just a short walk from one of the entrances to Trindade metro station, with plenty of nearby places to eat and have a drink.
My only complaint was that every time we entered the room there was a strong smell, similar to sewage. It didn't seem to come from the bathroom, though. Interestingly, after about five minutes we no longer noticed it, either because the air conditioning helped or simply because we got used to it.

a única coisa que não gostei foi que recebi um aviso do booking dizendo que meu quarto estaria disponível às 15h em vez das 16h mas ninguém me avisou que tinha que pagar 20 euros a mais por isso! E que também não havia frigorífico no quarto!

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava, precisamente numa altura de alerta extremo de calor, tornando praticamente impossível dormir ou descansar com o mínimo de conforto. O mais grave foi o facto de o hotel já ter conhecimento da avaria e não ter informado os hóspedes antes da chegada, nem no check-in. Apenas nos apercebemos do problema quando entrámos no quarto e tivemos de reclamar. Se tivéssemos sido informados antecipadamente, teríamos podido decidir se pretendíamos manter ou cancelar a reserva. Em vez disso, o hotel esperou que os clientes descobrissem a situação. Como solução, foi apenas oferecido o pequeno-almoço e informaram-nos de que não era possível trocar de quarto, o que considero uma compensação manifestamente insuficiente face ao incómodo causado. A falta de transparência foi, para mim, tão grave como a própria avaria.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Hotel location was excellent to and from Trindade metro stop which was easily accessed from the Airport. Staff reception team were very nice.
Breakfast choice looked limited so we didn't go for that option. No water in the bed room to make a cup of tea. Even the very basis hotels usually provide a few small bottles of water. 2 tea bags only provided.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026The location is really convenient for early morning or night time travel to the airport (via bus or metro from Trindade station) and easy to walk into the old town for everything, while also being quiet area at night. The triangular layout of my top floor single room was really nice and I appreciated the dark curtains, good aircon and windows that open! The breakfast had a good spread and a sunlit bistro vibe to it.
The 3 steps to the lift were a bit annoying, I had to log up my suitcase. At least in my shower, the shower head was so big and heavy it didn't hold in the holder very well.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026La ubicacion es buena, a un paseo de la zona monumental de Porto. Hotel sin lujos. Colchon cómodo. Limpio. Decoración simple.
El personal soso, soso, aunque eficiente. Las sonrisas no se ven. Los baños interiores, con muy poca intensidad de luz. Muy sombrios en la ducha y escasa luz en espejo. Veo que es un mal general que hace años que no se corrije.

La habitación aunque tenía ventana, ésta registraba a la parte de atrás del edificio. Desde la reserva con mucha antelación solicité una vista mejor. Creo que en la recepción pueden ser más amables en la atención. No es problema del idioma sino en la actitud

La posizione è la vista non sono delle migliori. Vero è che è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di piazza Aliados, ma i dintorni prossimi sono periferici: bisogna pensarci se si vuole un’esperienza più tipica anche dal punto di vista architettonico. Soprattutto in considerazione di quanto costa una stanza, mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio.

No coffee sachets in room despite a kettle, tea bags and sugar. Small bar. No atmosphere. Noise from metro trains. Loose washbasin tap. No anti-slip mat in shower tray. Minimal soap, small shampoo bottle, but no shower gel or other toiletries.

У номері не було холодильника. З посуду - лише два паперові стаканчики, які змінювалися тільки при прибиранні кімнати. У ванній незручні умивальні засоби, та ніяких підставок для зубних щіток та інших власних туалетних аксесуарів. Періодично виникав сильний неприємний запах каналізації. На сніданку надто маленькі ємності з їжею, а персонал не поповнює їх вчасно, незручний посуд для гостей.

le petit déjeuner bien mais assez compliqué d'attraper le jambon et le fromage avec les pinces et parfois les tables étaient toutes prises donc fallait attendre. Un peu cher .. Un peu bruyant à l'extérieur tous les matins vers 3h30 sans savoir d'où venait le bruit. (soit livraison, soit passage des éboueurs, soit le grand parking en face????)
