Amazing staff (Julius) and warm welcome with tea and cookies, lovely and cosy interior, comfortable bed and spotless clean rooms, amazing views from the window, great location!

I had a wonderful stay in the suite of this beautiful guest house. The property is full of history and deeply connected to the fishing heritage of the Lofoten Islands, which gives it a truly authentic atmosphere. The location is excellent. Several iconic spots in this part of the Lofoten Islands are within easy walking distance, and if you enjoy walking, Reine and the starting point of the Reinebringen hike are also possible to reach on foot. I especially loved spending time in the suite itself. The views of the surrounding mountains are beautiful, and there is plenty of space to relax, draw, and simply recharge after a long and tiring day of exploring and hiking. There are also some very convenient restaurants nearby, as well as small shops selling souvenirs, antiques and typical local items. A special thank you to Julius at reception for his kindness and hospitality during my stay. I would absolutely recommend this guest house to anyone looking for an authentic, peaceful and memorable place to stay in this incredible part of the Lofoten Islands.

Sakrisøy Gjestegård is a beautiful and historic place to stay, offering a cozy atmosphere and stunning surroundings. The rooms are charming and well kept, and the location makes it easy to enjoy the peaceful scenery of the area. Some rooms are located on the ground level, but they are still comfortable and pleasant. Overall, it’s a lovely and memorable stay in a unique setting.

La struttura è apparentemente molto bella. Offre un giardino spettacolare con viste davvero belle, peccato che la comunicazione attraverso la quale portino i clienti a prenotare, sia lacunosa e ingannevole. il BAGNO IN CONDIVISIONE deve essere le prima informazione mostrata, non una qualunque infilata tra una serie di parole!

Iniziamo con il dire che ho già fatto segnalazione alla struttura stessa, motivo per il quale le "informazioni" mostrate sulla pagina di booking.com sono ora in modo diverso. La Camera Standard che non ha certo il prezzo di un ostello, usufruisce di BAGNO IN CONDIVISIONE, cosa che è riportata ma mescolata con info di minor importanza tanto che una persona legge che ha una bella vista, gli accessori per il bagno inclusi, la macchina per il caffè e poi buttato li in mezzo ad una lista di voci che ormai non leggiamo nemmeno, dichiarano il bagno in condivisione. Trovo la scelta ingannevole e fuorviante: giunti sul posto, ci siamo accorti della bella scoperta e abbiamo chiesto una camera con il bagno in camera pagando la differenza ma a sentire la struttura, erano pieni. Nessuno dice che la struttura stessa non lo abbia riportato ma, il modo con il quale è stato fatto, porta i clienti a prenotare il prezzo "migliore", salvo poi accorgersi che il bagno è da condividere. Non ho mai prenotato una camera con il bagno in condivisione e mai lo farei anche per rispetto della persona che viaggia con me. Booking ha fatto presente il disagio (soprattutto notturno, di uscire e sperare che il bagno non fosse occupato nello stesso momento) ma la struttura non ha fatto nulla per rimediare, anche solo con il fine di soddisfare un cliente con una comunicazione adeguata. Molto gentili e disponibili fino a che non gli si tocca il portafoglio. In aggiunta, faccio presente che come indicato, nella Casa si gira solo con le ciabatte che fornisce la struttura... sono disponibili tutti i numeri e vengono usate dagli ospiti che le lasciano in una cesta da dove l'ospite successivo le prende, senza subire un minimo trattamento di pulizia o di igienizzazione tanto è vero che il colore bianco delle ciabatte, non era tale. Consiglio di portarsi le proprie. Sul tavolo all'ingresso sono presenti - gratis - tappi per dormire.

Un endroit pépite ! Un accueil exceptionnel avec un personnel adorable. Chambre très spacieuse, bien décorée, avec une vue superbe sur Sakrisoy. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Cuisine partagée pour pouvoir manger avec cafetière et biscuits à disposition.

C'est une grande maison donc pas une très bonne insonorisation entre les étages

Parfait emplacement, totalement isolé près de Reine avec un balcon au premier étage qui offre une vue à 360°. Nous avons été surclassés vers une chambre avec salle de bain privative! Cuisine partagée avec couverts et micro onde, machine à café et bouilloire (pas de four ni plaques) Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et délicieux avec charcuterie, fromage, granola, saumon fumé, bacon, oeufs brouillés et gaufres.

La chambre queen n’est pas très grande et le lit est collé au mur. Un peu cher pour la taille de la chambre

Wonderful location , charming house, great room, free parking, - great base to explore that area of the Lofoten. Julius, greeted us warmly, very helpful, provided a map and explanations of where to park,, where to go for groceries, etc. each guest has a box with their room number on it . This makes it very easy to store in the frig.

Camera molto bella e curata, ambiente accogliente, struttura molto particolare e restaurata molto bene. Personale eccellente, siamo stati accolti benissimo con anche un aperitivo di benvenuto! Colazione nel locale vicino alla struttura molto buona e varia! Tutto perfetto!

Die Lage in Sakrisoy ist gigantisch. Ein altes Herrenhaus mit Wohnzimmer und Küche, die man mit benutzen kann. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man bekommt Hausschuhe gestellt. Das Frühstück haben wir im Restaurant Underhuset zu uns genommen. Das war super! Der Manager im Haus Sakrisoy ist super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Klasse!

Ich habe mich wie in einem Puppenhaus gefühlt, so liebevoll und gemütlich hergerichtet und individuell eingerichtet. Ich habe in meinem Zimmer mit eigenem Bad wundervoll geschlafen. Es it seh sauber und ordentlich, auch weil die Gäste die Schuhe gegen vorhandene Hausschuhe tauschen möchten. Dadurch ist es auch angenehm leise. Fragen wurden im Vorfeld sehr schnell beantwortet und auch vor Ort hatte Julius immer ein offenes Ohr, äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend und lecker, einen Tag durfte ich wegen meines geplanten ausflugs sogar früher ins Restaurant, das ungefähr zwei Gehminuten entfernt und wunderschön am Wasser liegt, man kann auch draußen sitzen. Auch am Hotel ist eine Terrasse mit Blick auf Reine. In der im alten Stil modern eingerichteten Küche kann man sich sein Essen auch selbst zubereiten. Das Gästehaus befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Reine, auf der kleinen Insel Sakrisøy, Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden, Coop ca.20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ich würde mein Zimmer jederzeit erneut nehmen.

The location was perfect for enjoying the area. The room was thoughtfully decorated and made for a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Access to a shared kitchen with refrigerator gave you dining options.

Be aware, you cannot drive your car near the hotel and need to park at the bottom of a steep hill and carry your luggage up.

The best thing about the hotel was the check in - a remarkable employee made us feel at home, made us some tea and ensured we are well. Other than that, the room is clean and the location is nice.

There is a general feeling of being scolded. Plenty of rules and restrictions, leaving the comfort of the guest out of the equation. Like, carrying your luggage 70m up hill and down stairs instead of being allowed to bring your car to the front. Also, breakfast was limited on variety, amount of food that did not suffice for the guests in the hotel, and short serving time.

The receptionist was very kind. She first offered us tea and coffee, and then showed us to our room. The room was amazing with a garden view, it was a last minute booking so for this value I did not expect this high quality.

Our room was filled with light, offering a lovely view, comfortable, and lovely. The person with whom we interacted at the hotel was genuinely kind and warm, and the hotel was an easy walk to exceptional food. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Das separat angebotene Frühstück durch das Restaurant Underhuset, welches nicht zum Hotel gehört, ist eher teuer und sie sind nicht pünktlich mit dem Frühstück bereit.

Hotel storico davvero molto bello e suggestivo, ricco di fascino e carattere. Gli ambienti sono eleganti e curati, con un’atmosfera d’altri tempi che rende il soggiorno speciale. La struttura è ben mantenuta e il personale è gentile e disponibile. Un luogo ideale per chi ama soggiornare in una dimora storica senza rinunciare al comfort. Dispone di una cucina e sala da tè per gli ospiti molto particolari. Esperienza molto piacevole, assolutamente consigliata!

Il bagno condiviso, anche se pulitissimo e spazioso.

Bella struttura, ben tenuta e arredata nel cuore delle Lofoten. Bene la colazione, seppure servita nel ristorante all’esterno della colazione (non troppa scelta, ma tutto buono). Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Bene anche gli spazi in comune con possibilità di cucinare/scaldare bevande e cibo all’interno della struttura e mangiarle all’interno.

Attenzione alle stanze con il bagno in comune: noi avevamo la stanza n.1 di fianco al portone di ingresso della struttura e per andare in bagno (condiviso con un’altra stanza) dovevamo attraversare la zona comune. Il bagno è una stanza con wc/lavandino/doccia/lavatrice/asciugatrice (pulito, ben arredato, abbastanza grande) utilizzabile da una persona alla volta, quindi può capitare di dover fare la fila per attendere il proprio turno.

Bellissima struttura con vista sul paese. La stanza aveva un angolo divanetto alla finestra con vista sul mare bellissimo e molto rilassante. Ottima accoglienza con tè /caffe e biscotti La stanza accogliente e pulita. La cucina (che potevamo utilizzare inclusa nella stanza scelta), anche se ne abbiamo usufruito solo per preparare la colazione, era molto bella e completa

Sarebbe utile poter spegnere la ventola del bagno che fa rumore di notte, ma chiudendo la porta era praticamente azzerato

Beautiful historic building, delightfully renovated - it feels like your staying in a private home with all the comfort of a hotel. Very comfortable room with a great view. Extremely friendly staff made us very welcome. Great breakfast in separate restaurant.

Bathroom a bit too cold.

The location of this accommodation was perfect! It was easy to find, check-in was seamless, and it had everything we needed, including a full kitchen and bathroom. Despite being right by the main highway, it was surprisingly quiet and never bothered us. The best part, though, was the view! On the cold and rainy days in Reine, we were perfectly happy just sitting inside and looking out the window. It was absolutely beautiful. This was by far my favorite accommodation of our entire Lofoten trip, and I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean, coffee/tea was provided. Julius at the reception desk was very nice, we were able to drive the car up closer to the house to drop off luggage.

L'ospitalità della reception

La camera che ci è stata assegnata (quasi un seminterrato dal quale si poteva essere visti dall'alto dove c'e un piccolo locale con tavoli e sedie) non era assolutamente all'altezza del prezzo pagato di ben 178 euro senza prima colazione!!!!

Accueil extrêmement chaleureux et d’une grande gentillesse. On nous a de suite proposé un café et des biscuits ainsi qu’un jus d’orange pour notre fils à notre arrivée. Bonne communication avant arrivée à l’hôtel. Belle chambre dans une maison typique familiale depuis plusieurs générations, donne une sentiment d’authenticité. Les espaces communs sont confortables, propres et bien équipés. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Bien situé à 15 minutes du terminal de ferry depuis Bodo et non loin du départ des randonnées. Parking inclus.

Charming house and very friendly host. We stayed in the Deluxe Triple Room with sea view on the third floor. The room was clean and we had a private bathroom in the room. Our booking included breakfast, which was located in a restaurant outside of the property. The breakfast had very limited selections, but it was good enough.

The house only has stairs, but the host helped us with our luggages. WiFi was slow on the third floor. The no shoes rule became a little annoying, especially with no place to sit other than the staircase. For the Deluxe Triple Room, the third bed was in what looked like a walk-in closet. It was very cramped due to the sloped ceilings of the top floor. Overall, it was a good stay but overpriced compared to private Rorbu stays just minutes away.

Ein wunderschönes, traditionelles Gästehaus - mit unglaublich schöner Lage! Die Zimmer sind sehr bequem, der Aufenthaltsraum & die Küche sehr groß und das Personal wirklich äußerst freundlich

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Aber das war nur bis ca. 23 Uhr, dann konnte man gut schlafen.

Posizione ottima, staff squisito, struttura molto bella, ben curata e pulita. Il prezzo un po’ alto per una camera in comune ma comunque competitivo per la zona.

Il bagno in comune era riservato a due camere, ma purtroppo anche ospiti di altri piani o ospiti che utilizzavano le aree comuni lo utilizzavano non avendo chiavi esterne di accesso, quindi in alcuni orari c’era da attendere.

Unfassbar schönes Haus, total schick eingerichtet und vor Allem sehr sehr professionelle Mitarbeiter! Wir haben uns von Sekunde eins an wirklich wohl gefühlt . Große Empfehlung!!!
