The location.

Noisy construction works going right on the beach front and next door to the chalet we booked, so we decided not to stay. Very disappointed to have booked and travelled all that way with a family of 5. Disappointed that booking.com did not warn us of this and the owner who we were in contact with via WhatsApp didn't inform us either.

Malgré quelques désagréments à l'arrivée, la direction et les équipes de l'établissement ont su trouver des solution pour rendre notre séjour agréable. La vue et l'emplacement sont 2 atouts de l'établissement.

On se sent comme chez soi ! Le lieu est magnifique, parfaitement entretenu. Le personnel est adorable, chaleureux, généreux, souriant, toujours disponible pour nous aider. La restauration est de très bonne qualité. Pratique, nous avons pu louer un Sidecar chez eux. Enfin, la jolie piscine et la plage, à quelques mètres, presque déserte lors de notre venue en août, fond de cet endroit, un vrai petit paradis.

Odwiedzając Seaview Bungalow spodziewałam się po prostu noclegu w bungalow. Co otrzymałam zupełnie przewyższyło moje oczekiwania. Plaża tuż przy obiekcie to jednak z najpiękniejszych plaż na wyspie. Widać z niej wschody słońca a podczas odpływu można udać się na spacer wgłąb morza i obserwować podmorskie życie. W obiekcie dostępny jest basen z leżakami, więc podczas odpływów również można pływać. Dodatkowo klimatyzacja w bungalow miała opcję osuszania, co znacząco wpływało na temperaturę w pokoju i pozwałało szybko schłodzić przestrzeń przed snem. Obsługa była fantastyczna! Nie dość, że wszyscy byli mili, uśmiechnięci i sympatyczni to jeszcze pomagali jak mogli. Kuchnia w hotelu to zupełnie inny rodzaj kuchni - najlepsza na całej wyspie. Poza sezonem otwarta tylko podczas śniadań i kolacji, jednak po kilku dniach pobytu i próbach jedzenia w innych miejscach z radością wracaliśmy na kolacje właśnie do nich. Jest też możliwość wypożyczenia najróżniejszych skuterów i pojazdów skuteropodobnych :)

Wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku. Zupełnie nie mam się do czego przyczepić. Polecam każdemu, kto odwiedza wyspę i zamierza na niej zostać przez jakiś czas. To miejsce jest idealne do odpoczynku, jako baza wypadowa oraz jako piękne miejsce ze smaczną kuchnią :)

L'emplacement en bord de plage est très agréable. L'ensemble du personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont délicieux et très abordables. Possibilité de réserver des excursions directement auprès de l'hôtel, très pratique.

Tout. Du logement à la cuisine, du lieu aux sourires du personnel. C’était parfait. Une envie d’y retourner tout simplement.

Lieu très agréable et calme sur la plage. À marée basse, il fait bcp marcher pour aller se baigner mais la vue est très jolie. L accueil très agréable et un service de qualité tant pour l organisation que pour l accueil. Le restaurant est correct.

Un super accueil familial et vraiment aux petits oignons. L’emplacement est vraiment top, les pieds dans le sable et permettant de bien rayonner sur l’ile. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir louer des scooters sur place, très pratique. Un restaurant sur place bien pratique aussi. Bungalow ultra confortable, super literie notamment. Nous avions un bungalows avec deux chambres ce qui est top en famille. Et direct sur la plage, le rêve. Superbe piscine (nous y étions souvent seuls !). Et cerise sur le gâteau : possibilité de se faire masser face à la mer !

2 bungalows sont en travaux actuellement et ils étaient juste à côté du notre. Il y avait donc du bruit en journée. je précise que nous étions au courant et avions accepté cette situation. Mais c’est vrai que cela a rendu l’expérience un peu moins « chill », nous avons préféré découvrir l’île (qui est magnifique !). Dommage que le restaurant ferme à 20h, un peu tôt…

Super emplacement ! Nous avons testé deux bungalows (face à la piscine et face à la mer) : les vues sont superbes ! Nous avions loué un tuk-tuk à l’hôtel, qui était très pratique pour nous déplacer avec nos enfants ! Logements propres ! Super piscine

De ligging aan het mooie strand met schitterend uitzicht en neushoornvogels die continu over vliegen en de rust van het resort en eiland. Hele lieve mensen en we voelden ons er erg welkom.

De douche kon niet boven je hoofd of hoog opgehangen worden en de hele badkamer werd nat (geen douchekabine of douchegordijn) dus het douchen was een beetje primitief. De kinderen hadden elke dag een kakkerlak in hun badkamer omdat er open kieren zijn voor ventilatie. Daar zou best gaas tegenaan gemaakt mogen worden.

La ubicación está muy bien, justo en frente de una playa preciosa, a unos 10 minutos en moto del centro del pueblo donde hay mas tiendas y restaurantes pero cerca tienes también muchas opciones y justo al lado el mejor sitio para desayunar. Puedes alquilar moto o sidecar en el mismo alojamiento y tambien organizamos con ellos una excursion a las islas Hong a buen precio y nos llevaron al muelle también a buen precio.

Lo malo es que al ser temporada baja(julio) estaban reformando y habian obras al frente de la playa y el restaurante estaba cerrado, en el baño faltan toalleros y el soporte de la ducha estaba roto.

* The property is advertised as 4 star - we would rate it at 2.5 star. Photos of the grounds are not what you arrive to. We paid top dollar for 6 nights in a beach-side bungalow. The rooms are true to photos but the grounds are way below 4 star * The entrance to the property is a mess with full view of dirty laundry and misc boxes and untidiness etc. Not an isolated case and it was every day. So Unprofessional to be greeted by the mess. * The lawns along the whole frontage and around our beach-side bungalow had not been cut for weeks…honestly it was a mess. Almost wanted to buy them a lawn-mower it was so messy…even allowing for the construction of another bungalow further along, the lawns and grounds need serious attention. They have a fulltime groundsman who rakes the beach and leaves, who could be cutting lawns and doing gardening, and washing white beach lounges. Show him what to do! * Some of their white Beach lounges were very, very dirty and grotty with green mould (some were new and good but all the older lounges very dirty) They need serious scrubbing, as did the arms on the wooden verandah chairs. Yuk. * The white beach lounge cushions are all damaged and dirty. They need replacing - they are left out in the weather 24/7. * their cafe was closed for all meals. Very inconvenient. * The overall attention to detail lets them down and doesn’t match the price we paid. *. We were disappointed - I think it’s been lovely in its day, but now it’s below standard.

Die Bungalows waren sauber und mit Mückennetzen ausgestattet. Außerdem gab es auf der Terrasse genug Platz, um sich auszubreiten und seine nassen Klamotten zu trocknen. Besonders reibungslos ging die Miete von Motorrädern von Statten. Diese sind prima, um Koh Yao Noi genauer zu erkunden. Der Strandabschnitt war schön und sauber. Auch super war, dass der Pool aufgrund der Nebensaison fast leer war und man sich dort stundenlang aufhalten konnte. Zunächst lagen dort nur wenige, nassen Auflagen auf den Liegen. Mir wurden aber auf Nachfrage sofort neue gebracht.

Aufgrund der Nebensaison hatte weder das Restaurant, noch die Yogaklassen geöffnet und das Hotel wirkte generell etwas ausgestorben, was aber angenehm war, um nach dem Großstadttummel Phukets anzukommen. Der Ort, in dem das Hotel lag, hatte auch nicht viel zu bieten. Daher war es gut, dass wir ein Motorrad gemietet haben, um dann flexibel zu sein. Was wirklich der einzige große Nachteil dieses Hotels war, waren die Matratzen. So unbequem haben wir lange nicht geschlafen. Da sollten dringend neue besorgt werden.

Good location, very nice beach. We stayed straight across the entrance of the pool but it was always quiet. Massages from the ladies on the property were the best, highly recommend! Recommend eating at the restaurant of the accommodation next door (the Yoga lodges)

Bed was probably the worst we've ever come across on holidays. Very hard mattresses, slept with a blanket under and did not help enough.

Bungalow agréable mais très simple, situé à proximité d’une plage non praticable à marée basse. Il est indispensable de disposer d’un moyen de locomotion pour accéder aux plus belles plages de l’île et aux commerces. Certains bungalows sont en bord de route et sont donc à éviter. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un bungalow bien situé et au calme. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour car Koh Yao Noi est une jolie île typique loin du tourisme de masse.

La communication laisse à désirer : j’ai envoyé trois messages avant mon arrivée pour obtenir des informations complémentaires, mais je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse de leur part.

Bungalow au pied de la plage, bien équipé. Lits confortables. Lieu calme et proche du ponton pour rejoindre Krabi. Nous avons utilisé un taxi pour nous déplacer. Bon accueil. Le restaurant de l hôtel très pratique et bon mais avec de petites amplitudes horaires (nous étions en période de ramadan). Possibilité de louer scooters sur place.

Only problem is the beach

The location of this property was really good and the views from the beach were stunning. The rooms were specious and the balconies were nice.

Unfortunately the staff were less than helpful. Firstly they didn’t reply to any of the messages I sent them before our stay. When we had a question we were ignored or that they couldn’t help us which was really disappointing as the other people that we encountered in the area were very nice and helpful. The room was only cleaned every 2 days which, in our experience of Thailand was not normal. Only changing the bathroom bin every 2 days, when it is used for toilet paper is pretty disgusting.

Nice older style bungalows with large porches close to tidal beach with a pool when tide was out. Green garden. Helpful staff.

The cook was away for a few days so only served breakfast, however there were other restaurants within walking distance.

Les transats de la plage n’étaient pas très bien entretenus. Et le service petit déjeuner pas extra. Nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits mais la chambre ni les poubelles n’ont été faits.

Le plus de cet hébergement est sans nul doute les bungalows sur la plage, le calme... se sentir seul au monde

Le petit-déjeuner non inclus. Chaque élément est un supplément. Par exemple, vous prenez des oeufs, si vous demandez du pain c'est en plus pour une tranche (oui, ils mettent également beurre et confiture mais nous souhaitions juste du pain avec nos oeufs). A 20h, tout est fermé, si vous désirez une boisson... tant pis Chaque jour, douche à l'eau froide.

Tout. L’accueil était de qualité. De la discrétion tout en étant efficace et à l’écoute. Nous avons apprécié le calme, la plage , les services comme les scooters. Tout était facile et agréable.

Bungalow très agréable en bord de plage dans un environnement tranquille. La piscine est un plus même si l’eau est très chaude... Location de scooter sur place.

Prachtig gelegen aan mooie baai met geweldig uitzicht. Bungalows zijn eenvoudig maar alles wat je nodig hebt. Restaurant is prima. Je komt hier voor de rust en natuur.

Wij waren er in April, de warmste maand. Zowel de zee als het zwembad waren vies warm, verkoeling was alleen in de bungalow door de airco. Maar dat is dan ook het enige minpunt.

We had two rooms. One was a triple with an airconditioner (amazing!) the other was a beachfront bungalow (only a fan, but fabulous view to wake up to). The restaurant was surprisingly possibly one of the best restaurants we have eaten at in Thailand. Large servings, amazing food and real value for money. We liked that Koh Yao Noi (where we stayed), was quiet and basic and all the Thai people we met at the little group of shops were all lovely and so helpful when they noticed my son was unwell (likely from the heat). One lady brought out cool wet wipes and paracetamol, another made him ginger tea. Little things like that make these holiday spots extra special. Seaview also had a pool which was great particularly at low tide when the sea was quite far out.

A little bit isolated without a scooter and couldn't work out how to move around the island. (We were only there for two days and with a close death in their family, things shut and we didn't want to impose during this time of grief). Breakfast was not included however breakfast is available to purchase. :) Great little bakery around the corner too on the main road. Amazing smoothie bowls.

Los van het uitzicht echt niet om over naar huis te schrijven. Van kapotte douchestandaard, tot kakkerlakken in de kamer en respectlooze behandeling van het personeel.

I had such a lovely stay here with my 6 year old daughter on our first mother daughter solo trip to Thailand, and it was the perfect place to land. I was hoping for somewhere safe, peaceful, and within easy walking distance to the beach, and this truly nailed it. The family owned bungalows felt very safe, clean, and welcoming, the staff was incredibly accommodating, and I really appreciated the clean food, bottled water in the room, coffee and tea on the bungalow patio in the morning, and the cold AC for sleeping at night. Whether you have a Seaview or Poolview bungalow, the beach is only about 30 seconds to 2 minutes away (2 mins if you walk slow), there are a few restaurants within a couple minutes' walk, scooters are available on site, and the location feels peaceful while still being only about a five minute drive from one of the main restaurant areas. The pool was a great option when my daughter wanted a break from the ocean, and beach massages were offered right on site. What stood out most, though, was the kindness of the family. I lost the scooter key on the beach one day and expected to be charged a lot for a replacement, but they gave me a spare key and did not charge me anything. That really spoke to the kind of honest, caring people they are, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Une déception du début à la fin… impossible de comprendre la note de cet établissement. Dès notre installation, on nous annonce une vue piscine qui s’avère plutôt être une vue chantier. Dans le bungalow, une climatisation capricieuse et la présence de cafards. Lorsque nous tentons de nous détendre à la piscine, l’eau est bouillante ce qui ne procure aucun rafraîchissement sous 40degres, quelques transats se battent en duel et le comble, une échelle qui se casse et qui entraîne une chute douloureuse. Après avoir passé la première nuit à ne quasiment pas fermer l’œil de la nuit à cause de bruits étranges et très forts, nous nous rendons compte de dizaines de chauve souris sous le toit, que les employés ont tenté de faire partir, mais bien présentes les 3 nuits passées ici. De plus, si vous êtes à côté de la réception vous aurez le droit à la joie du parking de scooter et au va et vient toute la journée et nuit. Encore une fois, pour tenter de nous détendre, nous réservons un massage pour trois personnes à 17h et on nous annonce que nous avons été oubliées, avec une maigre excuse. Attention également aux promesses du restaurant, ouvert du matin au soir qui ne l’est en réalité que le matin jusqu’à 11h et le soir de 18h à 20h. PS : nous avons demandé un geste commercial avec tout cela qui nous a été refusé, de quoi accentuer notre colère et notre déception, merci d’avoir gâché nos derniers jours en Thaïlande !

Very nice place, bungalows, pool and the overall facilities, great location with the beach and the close Yoga, and QI Gong sessions offered straight nearby. Very friendly personal, service and good restaurant. Can recommend.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, hier kann man sich es gut gehen lassen aber man braucht auf jeden Fall einen Roller. Es ist nicht im Geschehen sondern eher ab davon.

The rooms are just adorable. Clean spacious rooms and a lovely outside sitting area with tea and coffee. We have stayed in many of their villas as we have been many many times. All amazing but the sea front ones are our absolute favourites.

Beautiful Bungalow right on the beach, could see the sunrise from the room. Village with restaurants, good coffee, and small local convenience store within walking distance (towards hornbill lookout) and a fantastic Yoga Retreat right next door with drop in classes at 10:00 a.m.

Eine entspannte Bungalow Anlage, sehr schöne Aussicht. Wenig los, perfekt zum Ausruhen.

Auch bei Flut nur bedingt zum Schwimmen geeignet. Der Pool war leider immer sehr, sehr warm also auch keine wirklich Alternative.

Vi overnattede hos seaview bungalow i 3 overnatninger. Vi har været rundt på forskellige øer i Thailand inden koh yao noi, og havde med det samme en fornemmelse af at være “kommet hjem”, da vi ankom til dette overnatningssted. Vi lejede en scooter fra første dag, og kørte rundt på denne måde resten af dagene. En helt utrolig måde at opleve ø livet på koh Yao noi, med både hyggelige restauranter, strandliv og junglevibes. Bungalows er rene, pæne og autentiske. Alle medarbejdere på stedet (som er familiedrevet) var utroligt søde og opmærksomme hver eneste dag. Stedet ligger, direkte ud til stranden, som ja, kan være præget af lavvande, men dette er helt sikkert en del af charmen. Maden er fantastisk, og lavet på ægte thailandsk manér. Vi ønsker inderligt at komme tilbage til dette sted, største anbefaling skal lyde herfra.

Zum Schwimmen ist der Strand auch bei Flut ungeeignet. Empfehlenswert ist ein Roller zu haben. Ich hatte ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage, mitt 2x Ventilatoren.... würde ich nicht noch einmal machen!

Die Anlage ist wirkliich empfehlenswert. Das Restaurant ist zwar günstig, aber das Essen ziemlich geschmacklos. Fürs Abendessen kann man nur von 19.00 bis 19.40 bestellen, das ist halblusttig!

Der Pool wird lleider viel zu wenig gepflegt, wenn viele Leute schwimmen, dann wird das Wasser grünn und trübe. Außerdem wirrd kein kaltes Wasser nachgefüllt, denn die Wasser teemparatur is zwiscchen 30 und 35 Grad, und das ist nicht mehr angenehm und schon gar keine Erfrischung!

Sehr geräumiger, sauberer Bungalow, gepflegte Anlage, sehr nettes Personal und direkt an einem schönen Strand.

Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe, ein Roller ist von Vorteil, den man in der Unterkunft, allerdings problemlos leihen kann.

Supertrevlig personal som hjälpte oss med flera saker, alla kan inte engelska men de ser alltid till att få tag på någon man kan prata med. Bra läge nära till flera restauranger med fantastiska ägare, 20 min promenad till vackra six senses beach. Rent i bungalow, allt funkade som det skulle med bra AC.

Öppen dusch i badrummet så blir rätt blött överallt, men det torkade fort.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ces bungalows situés sur une des belles plages de l île. C est simple mais completement dans l esprit de Koh Yai noi. Choisir un bungalow vue mer. Le personnel parle anglais et est très sympathique et serviable.

Dommage que le petit dej ne soit pas compris. L eau de la piscine est tellement t chaude en fin de journée qu il n est pas agréable de se baigner.

Attention le matelas du lit est très très dur comme du béton

Die Lage am Strand war super, leider aufgrund der Gezeiten wenig Möglichkeiten zum Baden. Aber das war bekannt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt mit Pool. Restaurant nahezu rund um die Uhr geöffnet.

Uns hat alles gefallen.

It seems like they don't wash the towels, they just dry them and put them back for new customers. The towels are stinky! At the same time, you will find a very long list of damages in the room, what and how much you will have to pay if something breaks. I have not seen anything like this anywhere else in Thailand.
