Pool looked inviting but not the right time of year for me this time. Perfect location for visiting Kirstenbosch or Constantia Valley.

Nachts hörten wir ein Ticken im Zimmer das man nicht ausschalten konnte. Ansonsten haben wir nichts auszusetzen.

The staff - Aaron, Nathan and Emmanuella went out of their way to make my stay comfortable- and Jane was very welcoming and friendly. The attention to detail in the rooms - such as multiple type of plug points and a magnifying mirror - was notable. The breakfast was also delicious and the menu included lots of options.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025A fabulous all-round experience that sets a high bar for guest houses aspiring to the description of "boutique". Aside from a gorgeous pool-side bedroom with an amazingly comfortable bed, the pool being under the lee of Table Mountain for a spectacular setting, the house offers a wonderful family home-style welcome. Luxuriously appointed lounge and garden-room spaces, with a large TV to soak up some sports, and a quiet library/lounge (with another TV for more sports watching!). Small touches really make for maximum pleasure: complementary afternoon cake, decanters of sweet wine, helpful and well-chosen suggestions for local restaurants. The offer of access to the breakfast room well before it opened for the day when I had to leave early for my Garden Route tour - so kind of my host. With Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden being a pleasant 25-minute stroll away (or an easy five minute drive), the location too could not be better. I really luxuriated in this lovely property and hope to return.
