Sheba Rock Guesthouse

Cleanliness and linen

Lack of aircon

I did not like the fact that there is no air conditioner.

The host was gracious and gave us recommendations for restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Calm and relatively quiet surroundings. A good location, only a few minutes' drive from i'langa mall. Private parking.

The room we were given was much smaller and not the same room type as what we had booked, although it still served our needs. **Note: After further communication, it turns out the room type "Family Studio" I had booked no longer exists but Booking.com hadn't update the new room configurations yet.*** Basic toiletries was a single unlabeled container of hand wash (or body wash?)

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and very well presented, it was peaceful.

Value for money; Great location; Clean; Served our purpose.

Shower curtain; Shower can do with an upgrade.

It was decent. Reception lady was friendly.

The cleaning lady had attitude. The outside chairs were dirty, and the bathroom door doesn’t close. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Clean and comfortable

Parking

I liked the room, with extra bed and there's outdoor braai area with a swimming pool, n very peaceful place.

There was no bathing soups, or shampoo. The entrance is tricky you have to call the first time you enter. N more can be done about the wall wardrobe.

When I looked through the bathroom window, there were a lot of rubbish lying against the fence - didn't look good.

La gentillesse du personnel

Logement très petit

Love the location. Room was comfortable with plenty of space. Fridge and microwave were great to have in the room. Plenty of warm bedding too!

Very little we didn't like but wonder if a small bin could be placed in the bathroom.

لlocation was good

The place is affordable and near town

Poor WiFi connection, and only 1 channel was connected on the Television, DSTV was not paid. No cups to use for coffee in the room.

It was convenient for me especially where I was attending my work related program

The bed I was sleeping on in the second floor, it’s too hard not comfortable for someone who wants to rest and relax. You should feel them (those two).

Accessibility and the area

The reception or owners are not responsive on time on the number provided. They should give an alternative number in the event where you need something or have an emergency.
