Friendly staff who upgraded is to a different unit so we could book in early. The room was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable and the pillows the best we've had in SA. Plenty of hot water, there's a bath available as well. The property felt safe and the car was secure.

We enjoyed the central location of the lodge. The staff were all so friendly and it was a really great breakfast. The lodge was very clean and the beds were comfy.

Everything was really great - just one small thing that could have been better was the size of the towels. We did find them a bit on the small side.

Room was by reception so had a lot of noise mid evening when guests arrived, I still never understand why people cannot arrive without shouting at one another when they are standing next to each other, other than that all good

Shower room was in need of renovation. Door was flimsy and handle hanging off. Didn't eat at the restaurant as we didn't really fancy the menu. Staff were very pleasant when we checked in though.

Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos.

Alguns hóspedes faziam muito barulho, gritavam no corredor tarde da noite e muito cedo. Sugiro que haja algum tipo de sensibilização para trazer consciência aos hóspedes que é preciso ter cuidado com barulho nos corredores. As toalhas de banho eram muito pequenas.

We stayed in Nelspruit Lodge because my son played rugby in Nelspruit. It was my 3 kids and I. We stayed in a family room. It was very comfortable and very well located. We will defininately stay there again in the future.

The room could have been a little bit bigger for 4 people. The television did not have any programs/stations that interested us and the reception on the TV was very poor. A chair or 2 in the room would also be welcome.

I was booked into Nelspruit Lodge to be part of the stage management team for the festival.It was my second time staying there, and as last time my stay was very much enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Because of the location I could easily walk to Bergvlam High School. It felt like home and I was well rested in the morning.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, and the hotel room was average—not bad at all. The room was reasonably clean, the bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet enough for a good night’s rest. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some of the facilities showed signs of wear and could use maintenance or repairs. A little more attention to detail with cleanliness and room upkeep would also enhance the guest experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. With a few improvements and regular maintenance, this hotel has the potential to provide a much better overall experience.

We have stayed at the Nelspruit Lodge on several occasions over the past three months. From the time of arrival, reception has always been quick and courteous. Rooms have been clean, quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Nelspruit Lodge was unlike any trip we had ever planned. We were in the area for 16 days, originally intending to enjoy the Kruger region, but life had other plans when our beloved Baba was hospitalized and eventually passed away. During one of the most difficult periods of our lives, the entire team at the lodge showed us extraordinary kindness, compassion, and hospitality. What could have been an overwhelming and lonely experience was made so much more bearable because of the genuine care we received from everyone throughout our stay. A special thank you to Monique, who went above and beyond to help and support us. Every member of the staff treated us with warmth, patience, and understanding. When they learned of Baba's passing, they immediately sent flowers and a thoughtful message of sympathy. It was such a touching gesture during a time when our family was struggling to process everything that was happening. They made us feel at home when we were far from home. They accommodated our needs, supported us when we felt helpless, and consistently showed a level of care that went far beyond what anyone would expect from a hotel. Their kindness gave us comfort during the toughest time our family has ever faced. We never got to complete the Kruger trip we had planned, but one thing is certain: when we return to Mpumalanga, we will stay at Nelspruit Lodge again without hesitation. We are now back in India, yet we still find ourselves talking about the compassion, humanity, and exceptional service we experienced there. The impact they had on our family during those 16 days will stay with us for a very long time. Thank you, Monique and the entire team, for being a source of comfort, support, and kindness when we needed it most. We will always be grateful.

There was no soap to bath with & not even a bottle of cold water in the fridge. My stay was average. We requested a "To Go Breakfast" & the staff did amazing, that food was wonderful.

Loved the place. The meals were amazing as well. Will be staying there whenever I'm in Mbombela.

The soap dispenser in the bathroom was not dispensing properly.

Everything was perfect, however I got late for my graduation because it took sometime for someone to open the gate for me

I travelled for médical recasons, I stayed at a presidential suite, it was clean, confortable and very quiet.

The room is clean, the air-conditioner, the fan, the shower, and the comfortable bed. The cherybon top was the security around the place which made me feel at home and at ease .

The TV set had very limited channels and the picture or screen defination was pathetic, the bed was one you could swear is from the 18th century, everything wasn't screaming Nelspruit lodge of fame, the place has lost its glory. Their furniture needs attention, the bed wasn't comfortable at all and mind you it was on valentines day. It was very disappointing to say the least.

Increase wifi access points sometimes it gets disconnected, while working or while in meetings. other than that it is a nice, peaceful place.

The block we stayed in was to close to traffic, noisy at night. The restaurant was not open in the evenings.

The rooms from the new building don't have isolation against the noise from the main road. Wood door and windows are not the proper one for this situation.

I like to thank everyone int lodge who gave us a warm hospitality and a good welcome our stay was very perfect.
