Everything about Moonlight was top notch

Their hospitality was tip notch. Staff is very friendly. Place was clean and its a quite area, easy to reach and close to many facilities.

Good and safe location. The guesthouse was well-kept & clean. Also, the hostess was just nice and really helpful as I needed an extra blanket. It smelled fresh & clean. Extra bonus 🙂

The showers and windows were not in the best conditions. Needs a bit of fixing and cleaning the grey spots in the showers, I thought it was mould.

There was no sugar

They don't keep the room for client. They use first come first serve. Clients share the bathroom. I reserved a room with 2 beds, but we slept in 1 bed. There was no wardrobe in the room.

My car was safe. No noice. Able to cook my food -self catering. Able to access Malls. I was able to rest for two without disturbance.. Their bed was comfortable. I will come back if I need rest again.

They must creat a good reception. Again they must extent their kitchen, is too small. Their kettle was leaking, should buy new one.

The place was very welcoming and staff was friendly.

Just the toilet was divided by cardboard and was close to their kitchen.

The ladies are professional, respectful and helpful. The place is so clean

Deluxe room bathroom door doesn't close so it needs attention The main door into the room doesn't have a key Aircon needs attention They must put mats in the room and bathroom in Deluxe room

Didn't like anything, the bathroom were dirty, the bed were not comfortable you could hear that is made of wood. Sharing toilets with make is very disgusting cos they pee on the toilet sit. Atleast they must separate the toilets for make and female. I was thirsty the whole night, they couldn't offer even a single 500ml Bottle of water.

I booked on line on booking. Com. Got my confirm, hv my discount.. On my arrival, mind u is late around 10:00pm..they said fully booked.. Meaning I must book again for more money. No discount this time.. From room R455 discount to R355(to R526 full amount) the bed was very bad.. When u turn sound.. Old blanket with iron burn on it. The floor is timberland noise. .

Poor service, I booked and reserved my space, but when I arrived Xhosa woman told me is full booked I must look out for other place .

Room was not ready when we arrived and then offered a room without a bathroom although we booked a room with bathroom Matrass was terrible, pillows horrible, had to ask for mugs,coffee, etc. Kettle was placed on floor when plugged in. No finer detail. No bathroom mats or at the beds

Staffs were very rude and left me and my partner outside gorgeous more than 30mins despite ringing the bell , they refused to open us thereby endangering our lives and leaving us outside opening the gate for us to come inside despite that we made payment already. Am so disappointed in this workers and embarrassed. They are not professional and even told my partner I brought another lady before coming back now. Am disappointed at the services i got from this colored lady acting like the owner and she was even threatening me

The colored lady acting like a boss was very aggressive rude and refused to open for us to get inside the premises despite pressing the bell. She started swearing at me for asking her why she didn't want to open the gate for us despite paying for the room. She is very rude, unprofessional and lack manners

I love meeting the staff very friendly plus the location is prime especially for embassy visits

I liked it a lot, its clean, smells good, friendly and welcoming staff.

I booked online, when we arrived at the venue we were told that the room we booked has a shared shower, and that information was not highlighted when we made the booking, luckily there were still non-sharing rooms available so we upgraded.

The place is in a quiet neighbourhood which is what l loved. The ladies were super friendly and kind and keep the place really clean. I enjoyed my stay there

No remote given with the room key for opening and closing of door so each time a guest has go out and come back at the property they have to ask the guesthouse staff to open and close the door. It breaches the privacy of guest and also not safe to wait outside at the main door for someone to open it. No soundproofing in the room so people taking outside the room were clearly audible in the room Female staff at the guest house was not properly trained for hospitality and was a bit arrogant

The staff is very friendly and very helpful but the are certain things they don't have control of seeing that they're just workers they don't have much say about the place

Improve the place it needs upgrading I mean there's one toilet for all the residents of which is very unhealthy

It is situated in a very secluded area which is very quiet and also safer,the building looks very old but I was impressed by the inside of the building and also the rooms,the space for parking also was enough for several cars and I am happy and impressed about the place and can also recommend it to other people.They must just add maybe some hot drinks for in case of tea or coffee lovers.

Like I said,the building looks very old and the floors are made of wood which is sometimes very irritating when someone is walking in the house or around the house whilst other people are sleeping,it makes noises with the footsteps.
