There was quite a bit of mould on the ceilings at the entrance and in the bathroom which is very unhealthy and toxic Also, patrons or staff made alot of noise drinking and partying below our room by the swimming pool area till late on the Monday evening

The flooring of the room was a bit poor. It didn't line up nicely and pinched as you walked barefoot.

Positive criticism: When towels are taken there is no replacement, it might not be a problem for 1 niht visitors but us 3 day visitors it left us with no towels. I wish there was a sign to use for no disturbance. Because stuff can enter while you are nated if you don't respond for morning cleaning services

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026I loved everything about this place from the location and ammenities to the staff. The staff is one of the kindest, respectable and accomodative staff I have met.
The bathroom had a a mould smell and it was very unpleasant but did not affect the rest of the apartment. The towls looked kind of dirty even though they were clean towls.

If only the could be a TV in the launch area instead of the bedroom. for the 1bedroom apartment it will be absolutely great, otherwise everything was really as expected.

The fact that one has to use stairs, I were traveling with elders so it was a bit of a challenge for them. Either than that all was well.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Firstly, what I really liked about the property is how quick and easy the check-in process is. You literally just walk in, tell them there’s a booking under your name, and they sort everything out for you. There are also no extra fees, which makes the whole process even more convenient.
What I honestly don’t like about the place is the noise from the staff. You’d expect the noise to come from other guests, but surprisingly, it’s actually the staff. When you wake up, you can hear them talking loudly, shouting, and making a lot of noise outside. I understand that staff need to communicate while they’re working, especially when they’re cleaning, but the volume is sometimes unnecessary and really affects the experience. I don’t think it’s very professional, and I honestly wish they could work on keeping the noise levels down, especially in the mornings, so that guests can have a more peaceful and comfortable stay.

The room was on the top floor, we had to walk up a flight of filthy stairs with rubbish bags on the outside passageway of the apartments. Our apartment linen had not been changed, totally creased and disgustingly unhealthy, the windows were filthy, the washing machine had stains drips, we called the helpline numerous times for dish clothes and sunlight liquid, basic amenities they did not have… def rated as a 1 star never to be repeated…

The room service kept either not replacing towels or leaving dirty ones as they were. The most upsetting aspect of our stay was that nothing was done to control noise after hours by any means. One night, there was a "party" with music and loud talking going on by reception that I had to get out of bed twice after 10pm to ask the guard to wrap it up. Another night people in the next door room shouting and drinking until 5am, wouldn't listen to please. Overall as nice as the apartment was, our stay and sleep was ruined by inconsiderate guests and ignorant staff doing nothing to keep things under control after hours.

Apartment was only kitted out for 2 people after we booked for 3 people. We could only have 2 towels, they did not have enough for 3 people. Toilet seat was broken, extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, coffee table was broken, food and dirt under the couches. Fridge was dripping water inside. No dish towel to dry the dishes, nor was there a drying rack. Limited to no crockery/pots/pans in the kitchen.

No clean towels, no floor mats in whole apartment, had to step on the floor in the bath room and it's not ventilated well, no blankets just summer bedding. Not enough utensils.
