The apartment was perfect with a superb ocean/beach view of Herolds Bay South Africa. Sandy greeted us with a bottle of champagne, chocolates and warm birthday wishes. The apartment had all the modern appliances and breakfast was served in our room by Sandy's two lovely assistants after we got to order from a special menu offering a variety of breakfast offerings. Unbelievable hospitality, bespoke accommodations, incredible view, a marvelous memory and hugs goodbye. Thanks Sandy for making the stay at your lovely condo so magical. Paul and Patricia

The breakfast options were lovely every morning. The team is attentive and kind. The town is well situated in relation to the George airport and to explore the Garden Route. Great birdwatching.

The room we bbokeddidn't have a sea view and was small. We do book the budget room so probably this is why The shower in the room is very small causing water to leak on the bathroom floor.

Reviewed May 28, 2026We stayed in the penthouse and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I want to live there! A full beautiful kitchen facility, a beautiful bathroom with amazing water pressure in the shower, a comfortable bed with a heated blanket, a comfortable living room, and a lovely patio that overlooked the water where we played cards. The breakfast was tasty and the service was warm and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026The location is really great and the villa is new, well designed, looked after and really clean. We entirely enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a lovely view over the bay and quaint beach.
The rooms are very small and are not comfortable for a staying for more than one night. Saying that, we apparently were kindly upgraded to a "bigger" room. Property Management really make sure you are aware about the rules and restrictions they apply by messages and notices in the room to the extent that one feels uncomfortable, st the same time we had chipped cups and marks on the pillow case..

The staff, the operation here is very weird. They just come into your room when you not there. No privacy. They overcharge for anything extra. Other guests and staff can look straight into the penthouse from the roof, through glass. So ja. No privacy. Staff actually just walked in to our penthouse while I was standing there naked. They dropped coffee on us at the breakfast table. And if you do have a bottle of wine, prepare to be ripped off.

Beim Frühstück (sehr lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet) kann man wenn man Glück hat (und das hatten wir an zwei Tagen) den Delphinen beim Wellenreiten zusehen. Die Wohnung war riesig, top ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Einwandfreies WLan, Wäscheservice, Gepäckservice, Tolle Dachterrasse (sogar mit putting Green)... Sandra und Ihr Team leisten hervorragende Arbeit und stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Nicht nur bei Themen die das Hotel betreffen. Absolut TOP!!! Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung!
