地點很好，民宿主人也很親切，這次是為了搭紅眼班機，傍晚入住後洗個澡小睡一下，空間乾淨舒適，離平和島車站很近，搭乘末班電車到機場剛剛好，附近也有開到10點的超市可以補給，價格來說非常超值

因為地點在地鐵站附近，電車經過時會有鐵軌的聲音與震動，花了一點時間才睡著，介意的人建議自行準備耳塞或助眠產品

住宿地點位於車站下，一直有火車經過，會發出強烈聲音與震動，原本擔心自己會睡不好，但因為很累，所以還是有睡著。 Check in 的時間是下午四點後，有一點稍晚⋯而且不能提前寄放行李。

平和島駅からも近く羽田空港からの便が良かった 建物は古めですが、中は綺麗に掃除もしてあり不自由はありませんでしたオーナーの女性も親切でした

The hostel is very nearby the railway station, in 30 minutes you are in the center of Tokio

The landlady is almost all the time behind the reception desk, controlling and watching everybody continuously. Practically every move is forbidden, it feels like a kindergarten. Till midnight and from 5 AM on, very noisy because of passing trains.

翌朝羽田空港に行くために泊まらせていただきました。平和島の駅からも近く、雨でもあまり濡れずに空港まで行くことができました。

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Guest House. Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften sogar unsere Fahrräder auf der Terasse abstellen. Die Zimmer sind genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten sind bequem und es gibt große Schließfächer. Die Küche war super zum Kochen und die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Direkt in der Nähe fahren Züge entlang. Wenn man sehr empfindlich ist, was Geräusche angeht, sollte man sich das vorher überlegen. Uns hat das aber gar nicht gestört. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. :)

平和島駅から2分くらいで、ロケーションが抜群です。清潔です。スタッフがさりげなく親切です。必要なものがシンプルに揃っていて落ち着きます。お値段が安く、頻繁に利用することができました。

洗面台に、物を仮置きできる台などがあればありがたかったです。

I really enjoyed my stay here. The host is friendly and she helps if you have any questions. Some people complained about house rules but I just think it's normal to follow the rules of the house owner - after all it's a guesthouse. For me the train sounds make it even more cozy and my past 2,5 months of traveling, this was the place I slept amazingly every single night!

古くて小さな日本家屋ですが、水回りを含め、きれいに保たれていました。駅近で、羽田空港へのアクセスが良いです。何よりこのご時世で、かつ繁忙期の東京にしては値段が安いです（下記理由のため）。最低限のアメニティ（シャンプー&コンディショナー、耳栓、インスタントコーヒーなど）があります。またバスタオルのレンタルは１枚50円です。オーナーの女性は独特な雰囲気を醸し出しています（レビューとは異なり、ぶっきらぼうで怖いです…）。

・トイレの音が丸聞こえ トイレは男女別ですが、小さなリビングの中にあってとても狭く、ドアも壁も簡易的で、トイレの中の全ての音が聞こえます。ほぼ人の真横でトイレするような感じです。女性なら生理用品を変える音まで筒抜け… 男性がよくリビングにいて、トイレに行ける環境じゃないです。トイレに行きたい時に行けず、我慢しなければならなかったのが辛かったです。性犯罪とかが心配になります… ・女性専用の部屋のドアに鍵なし 女性専用の部屋は小さな一軒家の2Fですが、ドアはただのふすまなので、男性も自由に入ってこれます。特に夜間など、防犯上問題がありそうです。ベッドも子供部屋にあるような2段ベッドで、仕切りも何もないので、丸見えです。同部屋の人とのプライバシーは皆無です。 ・共用スペースは小さい 小さな日本家屋で、古い一軒家を利用したゲストハウスなので、小さなリビングのテーブルが唯一の共用スペースで、何か作業したりするのには向いていません。上記の通り、トイレが目の前にあり、男性専用部屋も真横なので、全然落ち着けません。プライバシーのない宿なので、長居して落ち着ける雰囲気ではないです。 ・思った以上に電車の音がうるさい 他の方のレビューにもありますが、真横の京急電車の音がすごくうるさいです。窓まで振動で揺れます。普段音に超鈍感な私でも気になったので、敏感な方は寝られないんじゃないかと思います。一応耳栓は無料で用意されてますが、果たして。終電から始発までの数時間だけ静かになります。 ・時間の融通が全く効かない とにかく時間厳守。スケジュールが読めない人、余裕を持ちたい人には向いてないです。チェックイン、チェックアウト、チェックアウト後の荷物の引き取り、全て時間を事前に伝え、必ずその時間に行く必要があります。チェックアウト時、部屋を出るのが1分遅れたのですが、オーナーの女性がすぐに来て、「いつ出ますか？チェックアウトの時間を5分過ぎたら追加料金を徴収します」と警告を受けました。また、23時を過ぎてチェックインすると5000円徴収されますので注意。チェックインは16時以降しか一切受け付けてもらえません。 ・チェックイン前の荷物預かりがない 16時のチェックイン前の荷物の預かりはしてもらえません。予約後の宿からのメッセージにはその旨ありましたが、Booking.comのポリシーには書かれてないので、予約する前に分かるよう、ポリシーに明記すべきだと思いました。玄関には「駅のコインロッカーを使ってください」との旨の貼紙が英語でありましたが、平和島駅のロッカーは数が少なく、特に大きいスーツケース用は1個しかなく埋まっており、周辺駅のロッカーも見に行きましたが全て埋まっており、基本預けられません。大きなスーツケースを抱えて町をさまようことになりました。 オーナーは女性ですが、全く女性フレンドリーな宿ではありません。防犯上、女性は避けた方が良いと思いました。値段相当とのレビューもありますが、このクオリティなら500円、1000円高くても他の宿を選択した方が無難です。コインロッカーを利用したらほぼ変わらないので。とにかく安く寝るだけだったら一切文句はない！という覚悟がある人にのみ、適した宿です。今回は1泊約4400円で2泊しましたが、私は次は泊まりません。

遅くのチェックインだったが丁寧に対応していただけた。 駅からも近く清潔感もあり止まる分には十分だった。

注意点としてタオルは購入(1枚50円)

I booked this place because it’s close to Haneda Airport where I needed to go early next morning. It’s only a couple of stops away from both terminals. The bed was comfy.

The staff treated me as if I was a kid. Told me at least 5x that the lights need to be out at 10pm. She came at 10pm to the room and switched off the lights. The rule is okay but it felt like if I don’t do it I get fined. Also after booking this I got an information that when I check in after 11pm there will be a 5000¥ cash-only charge. I find it very inappropriate to charge that. So I made sure and stressed myself to be there on time. The whole guesthouse has a kindergarten vibe. “Be home by 11pm. Don’t shower too long. Switch your light off at 10pm.”

It looked a bit shady from the outside at first, but it's actually very comfortable.

Parfait pour une nuit. La guest house est à 2 min à pieds de la station de la keikyu line pour l'aéroport ainsi que la navette. Pratique quand il faut s'y rendre très tôt le matin ou qu'on arrive tard le soir. Lit très confortable.

The place was very well situated compared to the airport, and not so far from Tokyo center. The lady working here is absolutely adorable ! The room is quite well, with lot of space, comfy beds and lockers

The bad point is that the establishment couldn't store your bagages before the check-in, they advise you to put your bagages at the station 2min from the place, but the station lockers are not big enough to keep my bagages. which was very annoying. There is also the train passing just above the house which makes a lot of noise but it doesn't bothers me a lot actually.

ガラス扉の部屋のドアに鍵がないので、少し緊張した。普通の家の改造した一人部屋だったので簡単な鍵が欲しかった。

Magnificent staff, a really kind Japanese lady who actually speaks some English, enough to comunicate and help, location is great, close to the train station and close de Haneda airport.

Be prepared to listen to each train passing by, it is the only thing I could complain about but that's also due to the proximity to a train station and railways.

如其他評價所說，整體環境有如照片看到的一樣，地方環境乾淨整潔而床鋪都是舒適乾淨的。有個大小能放下一個中型背包的密碼鎖櫃是少有而且體貼的配置。

亦都有如其他評價所說，位置在鐵路底下的旅館飽受列車通過的強大噪音及震動影響，這次我是下層房間的上格床位，會明顯感受到每次通過時的震撼，建議有這方便的心理准備才預約。

The location was sublime. 3 min walk from the station and so easy to find. There is a family mart and grocery store nearby. The lady who runs it is so sweet and attentive. I liked that the girls dorm was seperate from the downstairs boys one. Has everything you need and the price was great.

Definitely tiny for bathroom and shower but not too far off from the normal japanese ones. The location is so close to the train station that you will hear and feel the trains. She provides ear plugs so if you're sensitive to that, I would not suggest it. I kind of liked it so it was fine for me. Also the check-in time is super strict. It's someone's home so there's no walking in before check in. I found out its a popular place for ladies to stay on the weekend for those who work or have been drinking close by. Note that they arrive at 11pm and don't go to sleep till 1am and then they're up at 5am for the first train home. So if you want uninterrupted sleep, don't book Friday or Saturday nights.
