Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war nicht cool, in einem Zimmer gab es Schimmel, aber wir konnten das Zimmer dann wechseln.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026A localização. é o que tem de melhor neste alojamento. É de frente para o mar, o que torna uma vista muito boa. o pequeno almoço é serviço no quarto sem extras, tendo a oportunidade de escolher o que quer comer. Os funcionários também são bastante acessíveis e simpáticos.
A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, muito pó, mosquitos mortos nas teias de aranha. Compreende-se que por estar literalmente á frente da praia haja mais pó, areia, mas mal entras após a limpeza e tens tudo isso, deixa a ideia de que talvez tenha havido afinal pouco cuidado na higiene. wc a precisar de mais cuidados, principalmente os polibans e paredes do lado da cama que liga ao WC com bastante salitre e a descascar a tinta. No quarto econômico, não havia ar condicionado e o lavatório do WC fica dentro do poliban.... que tem cortina de plástico e de dimensão super pequeno. Sem estacionamento perto e o que há é publico e pago. preço- qualidade, só pela vista dos quartos

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The location and the views are exceptional. The staff is friendly. The shower and the wi-fi are above the expectations for a surf guesthouse.
The room we got was very tiny. The kitchen, microwave, etc. are in a small common area, not in the room. The terrace is not private, but shared with other guests. The description in booking is not accurate. Parking is very difficult in the high summer season. The value for the money we paid was low, and justified only by the location.

Der Raum ist eher nüchtern ausgestattet, das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber durchaus ebenfalls verbesserungsfähig.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Está encima de la playa. Tiene unas vistas increíbles a la mar. Te traen el desayuno a las mesitas que están en la entrada de la habitación. Los del hotel son muy amables y están dispuestos a ayudar. En las habitaciones hay aire acondicionado. Hay una pequeña cocina detrás de la recepción que puedes utilizar para hacerte un apaño de cena/comida, en un momento puntual, es muy cómodo si vas con niños y tienes que calentar algo de comida.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Kleine Zimmer für Liebhaber des Strandlebens. Die Aussicht auf Meer und Strand ist mega, woraus sich der vergleichsweise hohe Zimmerpreis herleitet. Das Zimmer war winzig, die Ausstattung zweckmäßig. Das Bad ist jedoch ausreichend groß und komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück wird wahlweise entweder auf dem Balkon oder einer gemeinsamen Terrasse (mehr Schatten am Morgen!) serviert. Man muss sich am Vortag entscheiden, was man möchte - die abgepackten Portionen sind dann recht klein, man kann sich aber nachholden. Baleal hat uns insgesamt unglaublich gut gefallen, insbesondere die lässige und erholsame Atmosphäre in dem kleinen Ort.
Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Safe. Die Matratzen verdienen eine Erneuerung.

Da falta de segurança para crianças. Não recomendo, de todo, a crianças prquenas. À porta do alojamento há umas longas escadas. Dentro do alojamento, há escadas. Todas sem barreiras protectoras. No quarto de cima, para além das escadas, a protecção lateral tem espaços por onde uma criança pode cair. Na sala, o sofá está encostado à parede que é demasiado baixa e dá para as escadas. Uma criança pode facilmente cair, também. No terraço, não há guarda, também. O pequeno-almoço tem que ser encomendado e não dá para pedir mais de duas unidades de cada item, na aplicação.

Had some difficulty seeing the sign out front when we arrived and we ended up at the end of the road…turned around, found the rear parking lot, called the desk and learned that we had arrived!

Absolutely next-level. They’re so warm, chill, young and professional, you just feel part of the crew from the first “hi.” Our room is always spotless, comfy, well-equipped and if we ever need a little extra something, they’re right there, ready to sort it out. Mornings are a highlight: breakfast is royal. Tons of variety, everything fresh and tasty, just the fuel you need before hitting the waves. And the location? It’s wild. Waking up to that view, the sound of the ocean, checking surf conditions right from the balcony, that never gets old. If you’re planning a surf trip to Baleal, do yourself a favor and stay here. The Wave is more than just a place to crash, it’s a vibe, a home, a little slice of surf paradise. Can’t wait to come back next year. 🌊

There was a few dust but in the end the room was cleaned. As all the rest of Peniche area, it is absolutely over priced considering facilities and very basic style and service.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025Charming location, but with some dim spots” The ground-floor rooms come with an unintended choice: enjoy the daylight and be on display, or pull the curtains for privacy and lose both the light and the sea view you’ve paid for. I stayed three nights, and on the second day, housekeeping skipped the room entirely — when I asked, I was told we “hadn’t requested it.” For the rate charged, I’d expect not to have to choose between privacy and sunshine, or request the basics.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025Lage, Lage, Lage. Die war wirklich top. Der Blick von unserer Terrasse war wirklich phantastisch. Zudem hatten wir eine „Garage“ - das ist purer Luxus. Frühstück war ebenfalls gut.
Die Wohnung selber ist eher durchschnittlich. Elternbett hat 1,40 - ist eher mittelgut. Ausstattung sonst ok. Preis Leistung ist schon happig, aber wie gesagt - die Lage.

Über Nacht konnte kein Fenster auf Kipp gestellt werden, da EG.
