Lovely little B&B! Great location, beautiful building. Very nicely decorated and staff very easy to contact.

- Check lief reibungslos über eine Nachricht mit dem Türcode, der Schlüssel fürs Zimmer steckte in der Tür zum Zimmer - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. - Aufgrund der warmen Temperaturen gab es eine mobile Klimaanlage (die aber leider zu laut war um sie nachts auch laufen zu lassen. Ohne war es das Wochenende nur leider ohnehin sehr warm) - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Tolle Lage im Innenhof mit wunderschöner Gestaltung und direkt am Wasser.

- Man hat die Nachbarn über einem gehört wenn sie sich im Raum bewegt haben da die alten Balken geknarzt haben. - Es gab leider kein Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, sodass man nachts die Fenster nicht offen lassen konnte, da andernfalls sehr viele Insekten reinkamen. - Parkplätze sind rar

The B&B was beautiful, in a lovely, quiet part of the city. The room was spacious, comfortable and elegant. Comfortable bed and luxurious amenities, plus the breakfast every morning was so well done and delicious. The owners were lovely and made us feel looked after. It’s a short walking distance to the city center (maybe 5 minutes) but there are also plenty of cafes and restaurants around. If you are visiting Bruges I absolutely recommend staying at this lovely B&B.

The location is lovely. Quiet, moments to the canals, and 10-15 minute walk to the center of the old city. The breakfast was spectacular. Fresh made croissants, home made granola and many other tasty options. There are Atelier Rebul’s Istanbul products featured throughout the property . The owners are wonderful people, who are kind and helpful.

One thing to note during the hottest times of the year There are windows to open, but it still can get warm in the room. They do provide a fan, but if you are a light sleeper, it may be an issue. There are some steep stairs and be mindful that large luggage does need to go up this way.

Très bon B&B dans le centre de Bruges. Facilement accessible et à proximité de tout. Le petit immeuble est bien décoré et accueillant. La chambre est propre et bien agencée même si attention à l'absence de d'occultant pour la lumière. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et dispose de tout ce que l'on peut attendre avec la majorité des produits fait maison.

Seul point négatif: Aucun accueil de la part des propriétaires qui sont dans un autre B&B.

The area is beautiful, and everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, the service was attentive, and the breakfast setting in the garden by the canal, where tourists were boating, surpassed everything.

Parking is not easy since it is located in the old town, but our host was very helpful with everything in this regard as well

We had the attic room and it was spacious, beautiful with nice touches. The bathroom had a bathtub which was an added plus. Astrid was so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was great. She accommodated our tour time and came in half hour early for breakfast one morning.

The stairs are very steep so be prepared. Would have liked an option to have a carry away breakfast on our day of departure as we left really early.

The location is second to none for exploring Bruges yet totally peaceful and quiet. The apartment was beautiful and the beds luxurious and comfortable. It was even more spacious than the pictures suggested and having immediate access to the courtyard garden meant we could sit outside at night and look at the stars whilst our daughter slept in the second bedroom. The breakfast was delicious, serving warm bread and pastries, cheese, fruit and yoghurt each morning. The owners were warm and welcoming, we felt absolutely at home. We would recommend Tompouce in Burg Square for a warm and friendly welcome, great food and drink whatever time of day , very close to Number 11!

Amazing breakfast served on beautiful dishes, delicious pastries and eggs well cooked. The welcome we got from Astrid with lots of information and help when requested. Lovely old building but with a modern twist added.

There was an odd, unpleasant smell that we had in the room on more than one occasion that had seemed to resemble a drains / sewers

This is a beautiful B&B only 5 min walking from the main center of town / belfry. We booked two rooms and one was in the main house and the other was next door. From the street you entered the main building by a door which took you into a small foyer and then the sitting room/breakfast area for the main B&B that had rooms on the second and 3rd floors. The second room that we rented was accessible from its own door facing the street also. The second room was the larger and it had a lot of space, two bedrooms and a large bathroom along with a small 1/2 bath in the hallway. It also had a small kitchen with a refridgerator. The owner, Astrid, was not on site at all times but it was easy to contact her and she made a wonderful breakfast. The building is on a side street and it is very quiet and no cars driving by. The property is very old and has a lot of charm. The showers were great, ample hot water. The beds were very comfy! Some B&B's lack the amenities of a standard hotel but this one did not! Highly recommended.

This B&B was lovely and enchanting just like Bruges so its a perfect fit. Delicious breakfast and great location ,the rooms are spacious and the wooden ceiling and floor just made it extra cozy.

I prefer harder mattresses so for me the mattress was to soft.

Clean, tasteful and relaxed feel throughout - delightful choice of house fragrance! The room itself was warm, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished - e.g. the table in front of the wardrobe was on wheels to make it easy to move - with coffee/tea making facilities and even a little minibar fridge. It was easy to control the temperature in the room with the radiator thermostats. It was cold when we were there but we could warm the room up quickly when we came in. Great shower! The lovely toiletries in the house fragrance were also much appreciated. Delicious and high quality breakfast personally served by Astrid - fresh juice, yoghurt, fresh fruit, granola, eggs, breads, cold meats and cheeses pastries etc. Quiet location but super convenient for the centre. Charming host, great communication

These really are minor points.... We missed having charger points by the bed The room was a good size with a king size bed, but no room for a couch or comfy seating. Despite the table on wheels, the wardrobe wasn't particularly easy to get to but was only for hanging items anyway - shelves are more useful! On the first day we didnt' realise how extensive the breakfast was going to be - we had filled up on all the delicious fresh breads before we realised!

Nice location in easy walk to everywhere. Note that the stairs are extremely steep to get to the bedrooms so definitely not suitable for everyone.

It was beautiful and thoughtfully designed . Could not ask for a better location in Bruges — on a quiet street in the center of town. The proprietor was helpful and kind. She prepared a nice breakfast every morning and gave us great tips on sights, shopping, and restaurants that really added to our visit.

Le charme du lieu, le décor rustique et singulier. Le calme extrêmement bénéfique, loin de l’agitation.

Le petit-déjeuner fort industriel. Il est dommage de présenter des pâtes à tartiner Nutella et autres viennoiseries peu recommandables, dans un endroit inspirant et bucolique. Ce sont, selon moi, des traditions culinaires obsolètes. J’aurais aimé un choix varié, quitte à placer un menu regroupant un vaste choix.

A charming little hotel in the heart of the old town, with a lovely garden and a canal running right beneath the house. A wonderful atmosphere of coziness, cleanliness, and comfort. Staying here perfectly captures the spirit of the city itself. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. At night it was completely quiet, and in the morning we woke up to birdsong. Each morning we were welcomed with a delicious and varied breakfast — fresh bread, homemade jam, fragrant croissants, and much more — all served on antique porcelain! An exceptional hotel with a warm and welcoming hostess made our trip truly unforgettable. We already can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I stayed there as part of our honeymoon. Astrid that owns the place is a very kind person and a wonderful host. We enjoyed out time in Brussels so much, and are grateful to Astrid for sharing all her knowledge of the local area and the many recommendations she gave. They were fantastic. The other guest at the place were all very kind and we had a thrill at the morning breakfast were we learned just how much hot sauce will bring people together.. Thanks John. We are both vegetarians and Astrid simply changed the breakfast to our needs and served an delicious cousin. Furthermore we were amazed by how easy quality food were to come by in Brussels. We both recommend staying at Astrids place, oh.. No. 11 I mean. Kind regards Kristina and Michael

The pillows were awful. Lumpy and really felt at odds with an otherwise beautiful place.
